Upon completion, it will become Asia’s first Ferrari-themed entertainment complex, with an estimated annual visitor count reaching 1.8 million.
Mars Habitat Science Fiction City Project With a planned investment of nearly 5 billion yuan, the project will create China’s first immersive Mars-themed experience base integrating Martian cultural creativity, aerospace science education, immersive interactive experiences, and space entertainment. Specific application formats include VR large-space environments and drifting adventure experiences. Construction of this project is scheduled to begin early next year, and the base is expected to open to the public by the end of 2028.

On November 26, according to Wan'an Rongmei, Jiangxi’s first comprehensive amusement park—Wan’an Furong Amusement Park—is currently under vigorous construction. At present, the project is carrying out construction work such as equipment foundation building and installation.
The project covers a total land area of approximately 31 mu and has a total construction area of 10,000 square meters. It comprises five core sections: a mechanical amusement park, a non-powered amusement park, go-kart racing, a leisure camping site, and basic supporting facilities. The project will be developed into a comprehensive amusement park integrating leisure, entertainment, and themed experiences.
The extreme sports venue at Fujian Aofengzhou Sports Park has been basically completed.

On November 24, according to news from Fuzhou Urban and Rural Construction General Corporation, the extreme sports venue at Aofengzhou Sports Park in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, has been basically completed recently.
It is reported that the project covers an area of approximately 5,500 square meters and centers around a skate park, creating a new urban hub that combines sports challenges, casual socializing, and natural scenery. The site features skateboarding facilities—including street-style areas, extreme bowl pools, and obstacle challenge zones—catering to the diverse needs of both beginners and advanced enthusiasts. At the same time, the site is equipped with restorative bleachers, functional service areas, and landscaped green spaces, providing athletes with a comfortable experience while also offering residents an inviting environment for leisurely strolls and observation.
