At the signing ceremony, the Anhui Provincial People's Government and China Tourism Group signed a cooperation agreement, under which both sides will focus on deepening collaboration in areas such as tourism destination investment and operations, tourism marketing and promotion, tourism retail businesses, and hotel management. Meanwhile, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, along with the Anhui Provincial People's Government Office in Guangzhou, also separately inked cooperation agreements with Shenzhen Securities Times Media Co., Ltd., the Shenzhen Cultural & Creative Industry Association, and the Management Committee of Ziyunshan (Baohe) Cultural & Creative Industry Park. In addition, all 16 cities across the province have reached cooperative agreements and signed contracts with relevant investors for a series of cultural tourism, health & wellness, accommodation, catering, and film & television projects—including major initiatives like the construction of Hefei Ice and Snow World, the Fengqi Wutong Mountain Land Amusement Park in Duji District, Huaibei City, the Jiangnan Xianggu Phase II Boutique Homestay Cluster in Wanzi District, Wuhu City, and the Bozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Grand Garden, among others.

It is reported that the project, themed around marine culture, aims to create a three-dimensional destination integrating an ocean park, rocky coastline, and inland mountainous terrain. The first-phase initiative, "China's Rocky Coastline Project," spans over 1 kilometer of core rocky shoreline along with its surrounding areas, featuring a variety of amenities such as a commercial marketplace, RV camping site, rocky boardwalks, and shaded leisure zones beneath trees. Shandong Yiyuan's "Insight·Time" Cultural and Tourism Complex Opens to the Public





On November 18, the "Dongjian·Shiguang" cultural and tourism complex in Yiyuan, Shandong, officially opened, coinciding with the launch of the "Cultural Heritage Ceremony for the Third-Generation Military Industrial Legacy."


According to reports, the Yiyuan "Insight into Time" project leverages the original 4,850-square-meter production workshop of Shandong's No.1 Machinery Repair Factory. Sichuan Guang'an Never-Ending City Phase II

Expected to begin operations during the 2026 Spring Festival





November 17, Guang'an Rongmedia releases a message. The second phase of the Guang'an Night City project in Sichuan is rapidly advancing. Currently, the project has completed the lighting installation along both banks from the East Gate Pier to the Baita Qujiang Bridge section, and over 50% of the core supporting riverside lighting project has been finished. Construction on the remaining sections is scheduled to wrap up by January 2026. It will officially begin operations during the 2026 Spring Festival, operating in sync with the first-phase Songyun Commercial Street.


The project officially kicked off this June, featuring an 8-kilometer round-trip waterway route designed in a Song-era style while seamlessly integrating modern technological elements. On the evening of November 17, snow-making operations officially kicked off at the 27th Harbin Ice and Snow World, with multiple snow machines simultaneously activated for test runs.


It is reported that, to enrich visitors' experience and elevate service quality, the 27th Harbin Ice and Snow World will introduce a range of new facilities, including a newly constructed ticketing and inspection hall, as well as a 5,000-square-meter air-membrane venue. Additionally, entirely new attractions such as winter fishing, off-road skiing, and snow soccer will debut at the park. Notably, the park will expand an existing ticketing and inspection hall to ensure visitors can quickly enter the grounds;配套 parking lots and an entrance plaza will also be built for added convenience. Drawing inspiration from natural waterways, the park will incorporate innovative activities like winter fishing and off-road skiing. A grand ice and snow stage will be erected, complementing the existing Dream Stage and diversifying the park's entertainment offerings. Moreover, the park will host exciting snow soccer and snow rugby tournaments, inviting sports enthusiasts from across the country to participate. To provide comfort and convenience, a 5,000-square-meter air-membrane venue will be added for rest, dining, and warmth, while a new snow-themed hot spring hotel will offer unique accommodation options.
