Xishan Lake Ecological Sports Resort Project

signed by Dalian Ganjingzi District Government and Dalian Zhongtou Ruidi Development Co., Ltd. The Xishan Lake Ecological Sports Resort Project covers an area of approximately 750 mu. It plans "mountains and forests," "lakes and islands," "lakeside," and "cultural tourism resort communities" four major sections around Xishan Lake, and layouts trendy formats such as water and mountain sports, floating cinemas, show venues, and equipment districts. After completion, it is expected to receive 400,000 tourists annually and create approximately 1,000 jobs. This project is committed to creating a new super tourism IP in Dalian—"the first national all-encompassing outdoor sports town." It is of great significance to adjusting the industrial structure of Ganjingzi District, improving the ecology of the Xishan Lake area, and promoting the development of Dalian's culture, sports, and tourism industry.

Donggang City Sun City Health Preservation Project

During the meeting, Donggang City and China Sunshine Group signed a contract for the Donggang City Sun City Health Preservation Project with an investment of 6 billion yuan.

Dengta Granary Cultural and Creative Park Project

The "industrial reuse project—Dengta Granary Cultural and Creative Park Project" utilizes and transforms existing granary buildings to create a comprehensive cultural and creative park.

Taikang Hutangwan Health Preservation and Cultural Tourism Project

signed by the Dalian Zhongshan District Government and Taikang Home Management Co., Ltd. It plans to build a high-end elderly community and cultural tourism project integrating high-end health preservation and elderly care, leisure tourism, resort hotels, art and culture, and health management.

Xigang Wanda Culture and Tourism Complex Project

signed by the Xigang District Government and Beijing Wanda Cultural Tourism Industry Co., Ltd. Fengming Street is the most Japanese-style courtyard-style old street in Dalian and an important carrier of Dalian's urban humanistic memory. The area of the Fengming Street historical and cultural landscape area is 169,400 square meters, and the area outside the landscape area is 21,900 square meters. The project plans to carry out protective repairs and renovations of Fengming Street, creating a new cultural and tourism space integrating cultural and creative industries, tourism, science popularization, education, exhibitions, and homestays.

Nanwan International Hot Spring Hotel Project

The Nanwan International Hot Spring Hotel Project, with an investment of 1 billion yuan, covers an area of 50,188 square meters and plans to build a 35,000-square-meter courtyard-style hot spring resort hotel relying on the Qianshan scenic area, striving to create an eastern new urban area based on an industrial city.

Anshan Lishan District Culture and Tourism Complex Project

The Lishan District Culture and Tourism Complex is expected to invest 1 billion yuan. Project Located in Lishan District, with a construction area of approximately 300,000 square meters, it will be built into a comprehensive culture, sports, commerce, and tourism complex with a full range of experiences.

Jinzhou World Expo Garden Overall Improvement Project

signed by the Jinzhou Municipal Government and Jinzhou Canxi Culture and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. With a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan, the project will make full use of the existing resource advantages of the World Expo Garden. Following the construction concept of "open, romantic, fashionable, and leisure" and the construction standards of a national 5A-level scenic area, it will transform the Jinzhou World Expo Garden into a compound international tourism resort and world-class tourist destination integrating eating, lodging, playing, appreciating, entertainment, and shopping, suitable for all ages, all-weather, and all-time.

Wanyuan Ski Resort Town Project

Wanyuan Ski Resort Town Project is a high-end cultural tourism project based on ski resorts, encompassing sports entertainment, leisure vacations, and wellness integration. It is invested and constructed by Chengde Yihua Cultural Development Co., Ltd. The project plans a total investment of 200 million yuan, covering an area of 500 mu. The main construction content is divided into three phases: Phase I is expected to have a total investment of 38 million yuan, mainly constructing a children's playground, pet park, visitor center, beginner ski slope, and parking lot; Phase II is expected to have a total investment of 55 million yuan, mainly constructing a research and education base, flight base, intermediate ski slope, and cable car facilities; Phase III is expected to have a total investment of 107 million yuan, mainly constructing a swimming pool, wellness resort hotel, high-end elderly hot spring apartments with medical integration, and advanced ski slope facilities. After the project is completed and operational, the estimated annual output value is expected to exceed 50 million yuan, providing 300 jobs, which will not only drive the development of the ice and snow economy but also promote the cluster development of local tourism.

China International Cultural and Sports Industry Talent Exchange Center Project

The "China International Cultural and Sports Industry Talent Exchange Center Project," as a collaborative project between China Logistics Group and Liaoti Group, has a total investment of approximately 4 billion yuan. It is dedicated to becoming a high-quality cultural, sports, and tourism integrated development demonstration project that combines sports talent exchange, digital cultural media, sports and entertainment cultural experiences, and high-end commercial complexes. This project serves as an effective supplement for implementing national strategies and actively promoting central-local cooperation for integrated development. It is a high-quality cultural, sports, and tourism integrated development demonstration project that combines multiple formats such as sports events, cultural and entertainment activities, national fitness, educational technology, and themed commerce.

Exhibition Phase I Renovation Cultural, Commercial, and Tourism Complex Project

Signed by Shahekou District Government and China Resources Dalian Co., Ltd. According to the plan, China Resources will soon complete the conceptual design, foundation pit support, and trenching design, while Chengtou Group will complete site preparation, partial earthwork, and pipeline relocation works. Subsequently, Chengtou Group will carry out earthwork and foundation pit support engineering. After completing the acceptance of the first batch of main structures in the underground section, it will be handed over to China Resources Group for subsequent construction of MixC City. Among these, the subway connection passage, 66 kV substation, and some electromechanical installation and decoration work will be completed by Chengtou Group.
