According to incomplete statistics from the China Tourism Association (CAAPA), this week (July 8-14), there were 18 key tourism projects with domestic signing and updated project progress, with the highest signing amount of 的 5.5 billion yuan. The signing brief is as follows:

On July 5, the Lishui Tourism Industry High-Quality Development Conference was held. At the meeting, the Nayunhe Lake Whole-Region Tourism Project and the Liandu Nanming Lake Ice and Snow World Project were officially signed.
Nayunhe Lake Whole-Region Tourism Project
The project has a total investment of approximately 3 billion yuan and will be implemented in two phases. The first phase will be invested by Zhejiang Nayun Tourism Co., Ltd. with 1 billion yuan, with a planned land area of approximately 196 mu and a total planned construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The construction period for the first phase is 3 years, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2028.
The planned investment and development projects include areas such as Yunhe East (Shitang) - Xiaoshun Island - Sanjiangkou (Jucun) - Shipu - Jinshuitan. The main constructions include a parent-child resort town in the pharmaceutical factory area, a luxury resort in the Santan area, boats and yachts, a track train from Yunhe East to Shitang Wharf, and a track train from Santan to the pharmaceutical factory area.
The Nayunhe Lake Whole-Region Tourism Project aims to create a national-level tourism resort. The "two hearts" are the Yunhe East leisure group (Yunhe East Resort Hotel + distribution center) and the Sanjiangkou resort group (Santan Resort + pharmaceutical factory entertainment complex), and the "one belt" refers to the Maritime Silk Road cultural experience belt.
Liandu Nanming Lake Ice and Snow World Project
The Nanming Lake Ice and Snow World Project is located in Kaitan Village, Zijin Street, with a construction land area of approximately 180 mu, including approximately 120 mu in the first phase and approximately 60 mu in the second phase, with a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan. The main construction content includes an indoor ice and snow hall, a branded resort hotel (referencing a four-star hotel standard), supporting properties, a water and electricity research and study hall, and Nanming light and shadow night paintings.

On the afternoon of July 8, the signing ceremony for the Hubei Huaxi Valley National Tourism Resort construction project was held in Jianshi.
It is understood that the Huaxi Valley National Tourism Resort covers an area of 10 square kilometers, with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan. The project includes the first and second groups of Qingliba Village in Gaoping Town, the largest Japanese larch colored forest in Central China in Longping Township, a ski resort, and other areas. With the 1314520 great love culture as the theme, the plan includes immersive performances, a Daibird Bar, primitive caves, Fulezhai, a parent-child camping base, a real waterfall, Longlin Beach, a love castle, a glass corridor bridge, and a cliff train.

On the afternoon of July 10, the Perfect World Digital Economy and Tourism Industry cooperation signing ceremony was held in Haizhou.
This cooperation will create a new digital industrial base in Haizhou (High-tech Zone) that integrates metaverse + offline real-scene online game centers and film and game interactive bases. The project plans to invest 1 billion yuan, focusing on "one headquarters, one center, and three platforms," effectively promoting digital construction, new consumption scenarios, and the integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, providing technological services for the entire region, cultivating industrial ecosystems, establishing technological innovation landmarks, and forming a development closed loop where talent services support projects, projects support industries, and industries support talent. On July 9, the investment agreement signing ceremony for the Suning County RBD Marriage and Customs Culture Creative Industry Park project was held at the county's Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism, and Sports Bureau.
It is understood that the Suning RBD Marriage and Customs Culture Creative Industry Park project is a "tourism industry" project introduced through investment attraction, with a planned total investment of 700 million yuan and a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. It plans to create a new tourism comprehensive project including three major industries: a love theme park, a wedding creative industry, and an extended service industry, with 21 sub-projects.

On July 8, the "Qianyi Liangcang Creative Street" tourism project with a total investment of 200 million yuan was signed.
It is understood that the tourism project is located in the grain reserve warehouse in Hedong Township, De'an County. After completion, it is expected to achieve an annual catering and retail income of 80 million yuan and an annual tax payment of 3 million yuan.

Lianyungang signs 8 tourism projects
On July 6, the 25th Lianyungang Summer Tourism Festival opened. The opening ceremony also incorporated investment attraction activities, resulting in the signing of 24 projects on-site, with a contracted investment of 31.8 billion yuan; among them, 8 tourism projects were involved, with a total contract amount of 165 million yuan.
Among them, the Donghai County Xuetuan Peanut Theme Project organically combines traditional factories with sightseeing tourism, promoting local agricultural product culture and promoting the integrated development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.
The East China Sea Western Nostalgia Theme Street aims to create a group of themed buildings from the 1960s and 70s in Xue Tuan Village. By collecting old objects from rural residents in western towns and villages, it preserves the memory of Donghai County's city and retains rural symbols and a nostalgic atmosphere.
The Kongwang Mountain Immersive Experience Project is invested and constructed by Dalian Wanrong Ocean Development Group. This project will leverage Kongwang Mountain to hold a series of activities, including a national style themed market, immersive time-travel plays, and music festivals, enriching Haizhou's cultural and tourism resources and enhancing Kongwang Mountain's reputation.
The Qinshan Island Water Sports Project will add facilities such as electric boats, pedal boats, sailboat night tours, and a water sports training center.
The Yuwan Creek溯溪飞拉达 and zip line project will use the ravines in the direction of Shenxian Cliff as support to create a unique professional creek溯溪 sports track in northern Jiangsu. The Kongwang Mountain Immersive Experience Project will hold a series of activities, including a national style themed market, immersive time-travel plays, and music festivals.

According to previous filing announcements, the "Winter and Summer Together Ice and Snow World" amusement park project has a total investment of 80 million RMB. 。
It is understood that the project party leased the plot at No. 1 Yongxing Road, Yongning Community, to construct the "Winter and Summer Together Ice and Snow World" project. The project takes ice and snow culture as its soul, "Winter and Summer Together" as its core, and modern technology as its foundation to create a ice and snow cultural display 、 viewing 、 experience 、 ice and snow sports introduction 、 ice and snow wedding photography 、 research and study all in one one-stop ice and snow theme park. The main venue is approximately 20,000 square meters . Inside the venue, it will create a scene where summer water play and winter ice and snow activities coexist; outdoors, it will create a non-powered playground and build other public leisure facilities and parking lots. Yunshan Peak Commercial Project Signing Ceremony
On July 10th, with the signing of a commercial cooperation agreement between Poly Commercial Travel and Yue Shi Group, the Yunshan Peak Commercial Project located in Danzao will be operated by Poly Commercial Travel. This marks Poly Commercial Travel's first foray into the western region of Foshan, establishing Foshan's first "Time Series" commercial project.
Next, Poly Commercial Travel will leverage its professional strength and brand influence, fully combining the location of the Yunshan Peak Commercial Project, and adhering to the concept of "built by the park, semi-open scene, high-quality standards," to strive to create the "Danzao CBD" and a benchmark commercial complex in western Foshan, leading to the iterative upgrading of the Danzao city center Yunshan commercial district.

Snow World Amusement facilities will be installed by the end of July
On July 8th, a key construction node was reached for the Ganluxi Xili Commercial Street, a key supporting project of the Ganlusan Cultural and Creative City Snow World. The installation of amusement equipment is proceeding in an orderly manner. Currently, the pirate ship and swing chair have been installed at the construction site, and the Ferris wheel installation is nearing completion.
The Ganlusan Cultural and Creative City is developed by Wuhan Urban Construction Group and operated by Hot Snow Miracle. It has Central China's largest indoor ski resort, an ice and snow commercial mall, an amusement carnival, a Song-style water town commercial street, and a cluster of boutique hotels, aiming to create a one-stop cultural and tourism city centered on ice and snow.
According to a relevant person in charge of the Snow World of Wuhan Urban Construction Group's Cultural and Tourism City Company, all amusement facilities in the Snow World are expected to be installed by the end of this month.
On July 9th, a press conference for the Jining Fantasi Oriental Dawn Theme Park officially announced that the park will open to the public on July 19th.
It is understood that the Jining Fantasi Oriental Dawn Theme Park covers an area of approximately 660,000 square meters, with a total investment exceeding 3 billion yuan. It includes 9 large-scale indoor high-tech theme projects exclusively created by Fantasi, more than 30 outdoor amusement projects, and hundreds of characteristic leisure landscapes, theme restaurants, and shops.
As the second part of Huachang Fantasi's "Beautiful China Trilogy," Jining Fantasi Oriental Dawn uses the struggle of the Chinese nation over the past hundred years as its background. Relying on Huachang Fantasi's cutting-edge technology and leading creativity, and comprehensively utilizing the latest technologies in the park industry, it panoramically interprets the modern and contemporary history of the Chinese nation's pursuit of national independence and national rejuvenation. The Harbin Ice and Snow World's Four-Season Ice and Snow Project was officially completed on July 6th. Certified on-site by a Guinness World Records official, the last project—the indoor ice and snow hall—is the world's largest indoor ice and snow theme park.
The Harbin Ice and Snow World's indoor ice and snow hall, "Ice and Snow Wonderland," complements the winter "Ice and Snow World." The ice used inside is stored ice from the Songhua River, as well as colored ice with edible pigments. The indoor temperature is kept between -8°C and -12°C, allowing visitors to enjoy it year-round.
A Harbin Ice and Snow World Co., Ltd. representative introduced that this is an immersive ice and snow light and shadow interactive experience hall. With a construction area of 23,800 square meters, it has 9 themed zones and 13 experiential projects. It uses internationally advanced ice carving and snow construction techniques and processes, employing artistic means and sound, light, and electrical effects. On July 11th, information from the Shanghai Construction Engineering Transaction Service Center website revealed that Shanghai International Theme Park Co., Ltd. has begun public tendering for the construction of the "Aite" project. The Aite project is located in the A-1 plot of Chuansha New Town, Pudong New District, with a building land area of approximately 21,306.36 square meters (subject to actual measurement). The total building area is approximately 6,227.86 square meters, and the building height is controlled to be below 24 meters.
According to the public information, the Aite project is an expansion project of the Disney Resort with a brand-new theme. The main buildings and facilities are amusement projects, including 6 individual building units and site landscape development work. The total investment for this project is 2.459 billion yuan.

On July 11, Club Med, under Fosun Tourism Culture Group, announced the official opening of its new resort, Club Med Joyview Mediterranean Neighboring Region - Heilongtan Resort, in Meishan City, Sichuan Province. This marks the first entry of the Mediterranean Neighboring Region product line into Southwest China.
It is reported that the Mediterranean Neighboring Region - Heilongtan Resort is located in the scenic Heilongtan Town and offers 350 rooms and a wealth of dining and entertainment facilities. On July 12, the world's first Ultraman Ice and Snow World opened for trial operation.

Currently, the basic construction of the Kashgar East Lake Ferris Wheel project in Xinjiang has been completed, and the Phase 1 platform area and the Ferris wheel are expected to be put into operation on September 1 this year.
It is understood that the newly built East Lake Ferris wheel has 36 panoramic cabins, each cabin can accommodate 8 people, and can accommodate more than 200 people to visit and tour at the same time. It takes about 20 minutes to rotate once, and the highest point can reach about 130 meters. After completion, the Ferris wheel cabins will be equipped with air conditioning, audio, LED lighting, and multimedia systems, and will also be equipped with VIP high-configuration cabins.

It is reported that the Changsha JIGAO Tuwowow Paradise project is positioned as a "family-themed leisure resort complex & provincial research and study education base." Henan Zhengzhou Yimao Cang Kunmeng Star Sea Park
Planned for trial operation in the near future
On July 9, according to the official WeChat account of Yimao International Warehouse, the basic infrastructure of Zhengzhou Kunmeng Star Sea Park has been basically completed and is undergoing detail improvements, and is planned for trial operation in the near future.
Yimao Cang Kunmeng Star Sea Park covers an area of approximately 7,000 square meters, themed on ocean adventures, and features amusement facilities such as trampolines, rainbow slides, pirate ships, and popular swings, while also incorporating elements such as camping, a food street, and stove-top tea.

Guangdong Foshan Baini Children's Park
Expected to open to the public before October 1
On July 8, according to Baini Release, Baini Children's Park is preparing to enter the construction phase, and is expected to be completed and open to the public before October 1.
It is understood that Baini Children's Park covers an area of 18 mu, and is divided into three areas according to different functions: sparse forest and large lawn, children's playground, and outdoor parking lot. Located in the central and eastern parts of the area is a parent-child park of approximately 2700 square meters, themed on dragon boats, with amusement facilities such as dragon boat slides, paper-cut window flower climbing frames, and Baini IP sculptures.
