On July 14, the Changji Prefecture Tourism High-Quality Development and Jiangbulake Airport Inauguration Signing Ceremony was held at the Gua Po Square in the Jiangbulake Scenic Area in Qitai County.

Thirteen key tourism projects were signed on-site, including the Mulei Silk New North Road Whole-Region Film and Television Shooting Base Project, the Mulei Tourism Resort Construction Project, the Mulei River Film and Television Shooting Project, the Jiangbulake Scenic Area Ma'anshan Cableway Construction Project, the Jimusar County Vienna International Hotel Project, the Jimusar County Whole-Region Research and Study System Project, the Fukang Wujiang Ecological RV Camp Project, the Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area Upgrading Project, the Changji Linxi Waterside - International Forestry Tourism Resort Construction Project, the Changji "Performance Show +" Project, the Hutuobi County Kangjia Shimenzi Scenic Area Tourism Comprehensive Service Function Improvement Project, the Hutuobi Birch Forest Tourism Area Comprehensive Development Project, and the Baili Danxia Tourism Scenic Road (Wudaoya) Construction Project. Guilin, Guangxi signs 2 tourism projects

On July 12, the Guilin Municipal United Front Work to Build Guilin into a World-Class Tourist City Investment Promotion and Project Signing Ceremony, hosted by the Autonomous Region Party Committee's United Front Work Department and the Municipal People's Government, was held in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The projects signed this time include the Yangshuo Lijiang Wonderland International Spa Resort Project, the "Only Guilin" Project, the Mosang Stone New Material Production Project, the Guangxi Fangda Printing Group Intelligent Digitalized Characteristic Printing Base, the Smart Hotel System Cooperation Promotion, and the Guilin Rice Noodle Technology Empowerment Project and the Guilin Rice Noodle Entering Shanghai Cooperation Agreement, covering the fields of health and tourism, electronic information, green chemical new materials, digital economy, and food processing, with a total investment of 3.88 billion yuan.

Among them, the Yangshuo Lijiang Wonderland International Spa Resort Project, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, will use the beautiful Lijiang landscape as its backdrop and life health services as its purpose to create a world-class health tourism destination with a full range of age groups, industrial chains, and systems. The "Only Guilin" project, with a total investment of 1.18 billion yuan, will build a comprehensive film and television shooting base integrating film shooting, tourism sightseeing, and cultural experience in Yanshan.

Signing of Shenyang Qipan Mountain National Comic "Dream Ring Journey" Digital Creative and Integrated Development Project

On July 18, the signing ceremony for the Shenyang Qipan Mountain National Comic "Dream Ring Journey" Digital Creative and Integrated Development Project was held.

The Shenyang Qipan Mountain National Comic "Dream Ring Journey" Digital Creative and Integrated Development Project has a total investment of approximately 2.7 billion yuan and a planned area of 432,900 square meters. The project will use the leading national comic IP of the Aofei series as its core to create Shenyang's first national comic culture-themed tourism and resort park.

The project has a total of six themed experience and play spaces, including the Aofei Theme Parent-Child Hotel Area, the Aofei Dream Ring Plaza Area, the Aofei Hyperspace Area, the Scarlet Forest Area, the Super Dream Factory Area, and the Code Secret Passage Exploration Area, covering theme resort hotels, indoor water parks, outdoor museums, and boutique oceanariums. It is a lifelike, immersive, and all-ages film and national comic IP cultural experience park.

Signing of the Erlongshan Scenic Area Comprehensive Development Project in Binxian County, Harbin, Heilongjiang

On July 17, the Binxian County People's Government of Harbin, Heilongjiang and Harbin Xuegu Tourism Development Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the joint construction of the Erlongshan Scenic Area Comprehensive Development Project.

The project will carry out overall development and construction of the Erlongshan Scenic Area, creating scenic area infrastructure, amusement projects, and a health resort town. The first phase of the project will invest 380 million yuan to build the Xue Village Phase I, the Suoliguo Museum, the Mengchong Kingdom, the Children's Park, the Cartoon Ice and Snow Park, and the Zigong Lantern Exhibition; the second phase will invest 340 million yuan to build the Xue Village Phase II, boat tours, bamboo rafts, and glass walkways; and the third phase plans to invest 1.3 billion yuan to build a health resort town, a five-star hotel, and a health resort hospital.

Huizhou Wildlife World Project Settles in Jiulongfeng Tourist Area

On July 18, the strategic framework agreement signing ceremony for the Guangdong Huizhou Wildlife World Project was held in the second-floor video conference room of the Huicheng County Cultural Center.

It is reported that the Huizhou Wildlife World Project has a total investment of 750 million yuan and is located in the scenic Huicheng County Jiulongfeng Tourist Area, covering an area of approximately 1750 mu. The project will be carried out in two phases. The first phase will focus on the construction of the wildlife world, the natural museum, and animal-themed homestays; the second phase will further expand to multiple themed areas such as the ocean world, the ice and snow world, and the water world, and will add animal-themed hotels to provide tourists with a more comprehensive and rich tourism experience.

Signing of the Qiaogang Air Tourism Transportation Operation Demonstration Project

On the morning of July 19, Qiaogang Town officially signed a cooperation agreement for the Qiaogang Air Tourism Transportation Operation Demonstration Project with Beihai Navigation Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Yunmei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is approximately 600 million yuan. It will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will invest approximately 200 million yuan, mainly constructing supporting reception centers, exhibition centers, hangars, helipads, parking lots, and other infrastructure, and introducing more than 10 manned 5-seater unmanned aerial vehicles. After completion, the project will become the first manned and cargo eVTOL operation base of Shanghai Fengfei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. in Guangxi, and will further expand the market in Guangxi and Southeast Asia using the Qiaogang project as a demonstration.

Phase two investment of 400 million yuan is planned to establish a maintenance center and assembly production line in Beihai. Compared with traditional fuel-powered mechanical helicopters, electric unmanned aerial vehicles will significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs. After large-scale operation, the price of a one-way ticket from Beihai to Weizhou Island will drop from 1500 yuan to 300-500 yuan, and the journey will only take more than 10 minutes. The Qiaogang air tourism transportation operation demonstration project will carry out low-altitude tourism sightseeing, open a low-altitude tourism route from Beihai to Weizhou Island, and can also undertake aviation science education, emergency rescue, and fire extinguishing (dropping fire bombs).

The Changsha Tongguan Kiln Forest Valley Project plans to invest 300 million yuan. It is located in Caotaoyuan Village and Tanzhou Community in Tongguan Street, adjacent to the Xiangjiang River to the west, the Xuguang Expressway to the north, the Tongguan Kiln Guofeng Park and OCT Happy Valley to the south, and the Changsha Tongguan Kiln Museum to the southwest. The project will rely on Tongguan's original ecological landforms and ecological planning positioning, and will adopt a "forest health care + rural complex + cultural tourism resort" model to create a new "agricultural, cultural, tourism, and health" scene. The main construction projects include health care wooden houses, hot spring hotels, infinity pools, romantic flower seas, landscape agriculture, aerobic exercise parks, children's parks, ecological restaurants, and wooden walkways, providing tourists with a micro-vacation and weekend rural cultural tourism destination.

28 Degrees North Latitude Fruit World Land Transfer Project

The 28 Degrees North Latitude Fruit World Project is planned to be located in Zhongshan Village, Shuji Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., Tongguan Street. It will fully learn from the construction and operation model of Hainan World Tropical Fruit Window, relying on the geographical advantages of 28 degrees north latitude in Wangcheng District, the scientific research advantages of fruit varieties and resources, and the advantages of fruit industry technology promotion. Focusing on the positioning of "new, unique, special, and excellent," it will strive to create a demonstration project integrating agriculture, culture, tourism, and other elements. It is understood that the project will focus on introducing "new, unique, special, and excellent" fruit varieties from the same latitude at home and abroad, carrying out fruit variety introduction, selection, breeding, promotion, and display, introducing 100 new fruit varieties each year, reaching 500 in five years, and building it into the largest fruit germplasm resource display center in the province.

Tongguan Kiln Bai Gu Yuan Project

The Tongguan Kiln Bai Gu Yuan Project is located in the Tanzhou Community Tongguan Kiln Modern Agricultural Park. It is a comprehensive development project centered on edible fungus cultivation, integrating picking, science education, sightseeing, feeding, entertainment, catering, homestays, and leisure. The total planned area is 2000 mu, with a total investment of 200 million yuan. The first phase of the project will focus on establishing a demonstration edible fungus planting base, developing the edible fungus industry, promoting seedling greenhouses, adopting a new "grain-edible fungus" rotation planting model, using advanced technology for scientific planting, promoting the integration of good fields, good seeds, good methods, good systems, and good machinery, and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of agricultural, cultural, and tourism integration projects.

Matan Mountain Research and Study Homestay Complex Project

The Matan Mountain Research and Study Homestay Complex Project is located in Shutangshan Village. It will combine the Shutangshan Ouyang Xun cultural tourism resources to create a group of mountain-style Chinese courtyard-style homestays, building a research and study homestay complex integrating themed homestays, art exhibitions, art salons, agricultural tourism research and study, and ecological farms.

Tanzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Base Project

The Tanzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Base Project is located in Tanzhou Community. The project will take traditional Chinese medicine culture as its core and build a characteristic traditional Chinese medicine village (community) integrating traditional Chinese medicine cultural experience, health services, rural leisure, and conferences and forums. It will focus on creating a series of health care experience projects, such as the Rural Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Tourism Festival, a science education park, a traditional Chinese medicine "intangible cultural heritage" inheritance workshop, a famous doctor's studio, and health care and healing homestays.

Tongguan Kiln Huo Wenquan Homestay Project

The Tongguan Kiln Huo Wenquan Homestay Project is located in Machang Kiln Factory, Tanzhou Community, near the Tongguan Kiln Modern Agricultural Park. The project will be based on the "kiln culture" of the Tongguan Kiln, transforming abandoned factories using traditional Hunan architectural techniques to create kiln fire hot spring homestays. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be put into trial operation in October this year. It is understood that the Tongguan Kiln Cultural Tourism Resort, as a national-level tourism resort, has nearly 300 tourism and resort products in 13 major categories, including accommodation, culture, performing arts, science education and research, and health care. It is a cultural tourism resort that integrates cultural experience, leisure vacation, research and study education, theme entertainment, and sightseeing. Next, Tongguan Street will continue to strengthen cooperation and coordination, optimize the business environment, and promote the development of signed projects with high-quality services.

Signing of the Bobai County Health and Wellness Culture Street Construction Project

On the morning of July 17, the signing ceremony for the Bobai County Health and Wellness Culture Street Construction Project was held at the Kunlun Building of Guangxi State-owned Bobai Forest Farm.

It is reported that the project plans a total investment of 60 million yuan and covers an area of 300 mu. The project will be constructed in three phases. Upon completion, the project will become a pilot area for the integrated development of the health and wellness and greater health industries, contributing to the construction of a "healthy Bobai".

Urumqi Tourism Development Conference Held

On July 17, the 2024 Urumqi Tourism Development Conference was held. Multiple key cultural and tourism projects were signed on-site.

These include the Mangrove Future City International Resort Project, the Silk Road Urumqi Cultural, Commercial, and Tourism City Project, the Xinjiang Minjie Renovation Project, the Xinjiang Global Resort Hotel Project, the Shenghe Mojo 969 Cultural and Tourism Park Project, and the Vineyard Nature Camp Project. Taking the construction of high-level hotel projects as an opportunity, it promotes the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism market. Currently, Xinjiang's first ultra-five-star hotel—the Urumqi Huamei Shengdi Ritz-Carlton Hotel cluster and commercial and tourism complex project—is being comprehensively promoted. Mangrove Future City International Resort Project

This is a future city international tourism resort invested and constructed by Xinjiang Mangrove Future Investment Co., Ltd. It plans to build five themed parks: Xinjiang Folk Culture Industrial Park, Central Asia Five Countries Theme Park, China Cuisine Culture Park, Kunlun Mountain Culture Industrial Park, and Metaverse Culture Industrial Park, creating a paradise for domestic and foreign tourists to eat, live, travel, play, and relax.

Urumqi InterContinental Hotel Project

The project is located at the intersection of Donghua South Road and Kashi Road East Extension in Midong District, planning to build one hotel and one office building. The hotel has 21 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a main building height of 100 meters. It will have a total of 311 rooms, including standard rooms and executive rooms; equipped with a 1000-square-meter super-large banquet hall and 345 parking spaces, capable of accommodating large banquets and conferences for 600-800 people at a time. The project is scheduled for completion on December 30, 2026, and trial operation on April 1, 2027.

The project is a comprehensive creative park integrating culture, tourism, leisure, entertainment, art, and sports. It is expected to accommodate more than 100 businesses and provide about 2,000 jobs. The project is divided into two phases, with the first phase expected to be completed by the end of September this year and the second phase by next June.

The project is located in the core of Yingbin Road, High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Xinshi District). It plans to build a healthy urban resort camp with camping sites, dining areas, bar areas, fishing areas, product display areas, children's entertainment areas, accommodation areas, breeding areas, night markets, comprehensive entertainment squares, pet parks, and RV campsites.

Located in the Bai Niaohu New District, adjacent to the International Land Port Area and the starting point of the China-Europe freight train. The hotel covers more than 6,500 square meters, with 310 parking spaces, 110 rooms, and meeting rooms, restaurants, and entertainment facilities, providing first-class meeting and business services for business guests.

The project mainly includes: interior renovation and upgrading of the Wang Luo Bin Music Art Museum (300 square meters); construction of a new air conditioning and heating system; construction of new towerless water supply equipment for the scenic area; interior renovation and upgrading of the Wangyue Pavilion and Youth Hostel (500 square meters); construction of a new 20-cabin wooden house camp and supporting infrastructure; a set of Han and Tang Dynasty Western Regions cultural guidance and interpretation system; addition of one container transformer; construction of 500 meters of new water supply and drainage pipelines. At the same time, the overall appearance of the ancient town will be improved, ancient buildings will be repaired, ancient streets will be restored, and the landscape quality of the ancient town will be enhanced. By introducing local specialty snacks, handicrafts, and other commercial formats, the tourist experience will be enriched, and the high-quality development of the local economy will be driven.

The Wanda Meihua Hotel brand will be located in the Yue Lai Hotel cluster in the Bai Niaohu New District. The hotel is located on the Wansheng Street in the center of Bai Niaohu, and is expected to open at the end of July this year. The project will provide 174 standardized, high-quality, latest version of Wanda Meihua rooms in the center of Bai Niaohu, comprehensively improving the level of Xinjiang's increasingly popular tourism accommodation services.

Haichang Ocean Park and Ningbo Qianwan Holdings

Plan to jointly develop Qianwan Haichang International IP Park

Recently, Haichang Ocean Park and Ningbo Qianwan Holdings Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly promote the planning, development, and construction of the "Qianwan Haichang International IP Park" project (tentative name).

The "Qianwan Haichang International IP Park" project is located in the Qianwan New District of Ningbo. It is planned to be located in an area of about 800 mu east of the Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It will focus on international IP entertainment experiences, themed tourism consumption, themed vacations, and commercial supporting facilities. With international first-class planning, design, construction, and operation standards, it will be built into an international IP theme park that is in line with international standards and leading in Asia. On July 19, Jining Fantasi Oriental Dawn, a new masterpiece from Huachang Fantasi Group, grandly opened.

It is understood that Jining Fantasi Oriental Dawn covers an area of 660,000 square meters, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. The park includes nine themed areas and 42 themed projects, and has created a large number of retro buildings and trendy photo spots, comprehensively showcasing the unique social customs and humanistic sentiments of China's recent and modern times, allowing tourists to obtain an immersive and highly interactive high-tech cultural tourism experience.

Jining Fantasi Oriental Dawn is the second part of Huachang Fantasi's "Beautiful China Trilogy." The park uses the great rejuvenation process of the Chinese nation over the past hundred years as its background, comprehensively using cutting-edge high-tech technology in the industry to panoramically interpret the great modern and contemporary historical process of the Chinese nation's pursuit of national independence and national rejuvenation.

According to the introduction, the Rizhao Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday Resort has a total investment of 2.016 billion yuan. Following the "hotel + park" model of the Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday brand, it uses "nature" as its design inspiration and has built a tropical island-themed water park, a marine-themed restaurant, a parent-child experience-themed non-powered park, a pristine-themed resort house, and a central hotel, making it the most immersive IP-themed park among all Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday Resorts, with the strongest sense of atmosphere and the best experience.

Hainan Oriental Qihang Hotel, Business, and Commercial Complex Project Commences Construction

On July 13, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hainan Oriental Qihang Hotel, Business, and Commercial Complex project was held on the west side of Binhai North Road in Boso Town. The project has a total investment exceeding 2 billion yuan and plans to build a super five-star hotel, business, and commercial complex rich in Li ethnic culture, filling the gap in Dongfang City's lack of five-star hotels.

The Hainan Oriental Qihang Complex project base is located in the southwest coastal area of the Xindun area of Dongfang City, C-03-3 plot. The total land area of the project is 31,314 square meters, and the total construction area is 157,597.89 square meters. According to the project plan, a hotel building, a business office building, and a large commercial shopping center will be built. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2026 and put into operation in July 2027.

Hainan Shenchong Coastal Tourism Resort Project Commences Construction

On the morning of July 18, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hainan Shenchong Coastal Tourism Resort project was held in Shenchong Village, Mutang Town, Danzhou City.

This project, based on the innovative model of "station + tourism area," aims to create a comprehensive tourism resort benchmark that integrates tradition and modernity, local culture and fashion. Its planning concept, "sparse courtyards and narrow alleys, stone houses and local people, half village locals and half village guests, half village smoke and fire and half village leisure," aims to showcase the harmonious coexistence of the original appearance of Danzhou's coastal ancient fishing villages and modern fashionable elements.

The planned land area of the project is approximately 3 square kilometers, with a total investment estimated at 1.34 billion yuan. The project will be constructed according to the functional layout of "one core, one heart, one belt, and three groups," namely the Dan'er Chasing Light Station service core, the Shenchong Suji Resort Center, the boundless theater coastal experience belt, and the three groups of Chasing Light Coast, Sea of Light Years, and Bright Coast. Each group will rely on the unique natural and cultural resources of the local area to provide tourists with a variety of tourism products and experiences.

Wendu Water City - Yunhe Bay Health and Leisure Project

Currently, the overall construction of the Wendu Water City - Yunhe Bay Health and Leisure Project has been completed 95%, the amusement equipment installation has been completed, and all main bodies have been fully completed. The project is scheduled to officially open and operate at the end of July.

The Wendu Water City - Yunhe Bay Health and Leisure Project covers an area of 24,318.43 square meters, with a total investment of 924 million yuan. The park is built according to domestic top and world-leading standards, aiming to create an international, fashionable, and localized urban entertainment, health, leisure, and experiential cultural tourism destination. It has six pools, including children's amusement slides, a "Turn the River and Turn the Sea" combination slide, a leisure wave pool, and an octopus slide. Surrounding it are a hot spring resort center, a hotel, and a commercial street area, making it a water park that combines ecology, health preservation, leisure, and parent-child activities.

Hubei Dahua Xiyou Project Officially Commences Construction

On July 18, the Hubei Dahua Xiyou project commenced construction.

It is understood that the Hubei Dahua Xiyou project has a planned total area of 1,169 mu and is a key cultural and tourism project in Wuxue City. With a total investment of 500 million yuan and a total land area of 1,169 mu, it is the first animal companion theme park in China based on the theme of Journey to the West culture, with six animal companion experience modes: companion sleep, companion food, companion travel, companion observation, companion entertainment, and night companion.

The project combines Journey to the West culture The design incorporates natural lakes, mountains, slopes, hills, fields, rivers, bays, and forests, utilizing the terrain to arrange aquatic, herbivorous, avian, pastoral, subterranean, and wetland animals and habitats. The key focus is on the "183" key construction elements: first, creating a "Great King's Mountain Patrol" Journey to the West animal-themed interactive drama; second, constructing eight major recreational parks: Flower and Bird Isle (aquatic animal viewing garden), Unbridled Slope (herbivore companion area), Deer Bell Valley (animal companion homestay village), Night Banquet Bay (companion dining restaurant and themed performances), Flower Fruit Mountain (monkey mountain and themed roller coaster park), Gao Lao Zhuang (pastoral pet park), Pan Si Dong (subterranean animal museum and Journey to the West park), and Liu Sha River (wetland animal rafting course); and third, creating three personalized animal experience routes: the night light forest animal exploration trail, the Flower Fruit Mountain themed roller coaster trail, and the Liu Sha River animal rafting course.

It is understood that the project is located in the east garden of the botanical garden in the South New District, with a planned area of 40 mu.
