The Wuyuan Bay Starry Bay micro-vacation project is located on the north bank of the inner bay of Wuyuan Bay. On July 31, Shenzhen OCT Commercial Management Co., Ltd. and Wuxi National Hi-Tech District Culture, Commerce and Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement.

This signing marks that OCT will focus on the commercial operation project of the Wuxi Symphony Hall. Recently, the main structure of the first block of commercial buildings in the Dongguan Mixc Village (Mixc Village) commercial project has been topped out. This project is the first project of the fourth product line of China Resources Land after Mixc, Mixc Plaza, and Mixc World, and will be built into the latest commercial and tourism destination radiating the Greater Bay Area.

The project has a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters, consisting of 14 blocks of commercial buildings and one shopping mall building. On August 1, Panlong Water World, located in Hengdian Street, Huangpi District, Wuhan, officially opened.

This large-scale indoor and outdoor dual-park ocean-themed water park covers an area of approximately 138,000 square meters, is 45 meters high, and has 22 high-tech water-playing equipment. Xiban Winery in Tourism Town Officially Topped Out

On July 28, Xiban Winery, located in the Qingtongxia wine region in the Helan Mountain foothills of Ningxia, was officially topped out.

The winery has a construction area of 5,800 square meters and an underground cellar of 1,500 square meters, and is scheduled to be completed and put into production this year. Among them, the cultural tourism section will be completed in the second quarter of 2025, planning to build a winery complex integrating winemaking area, bottling area, underground oak barrel cellar, bottled aged wine cellar, visitor reception center, professional tasting area, wine cafe leisure area, outdoor barbecue area, and characteristic hotel.

Foshan Nanhai Guicheng plans to renovate and operate the Phase 1 shelter property of Qiandeng Lake Park. It has been closed for construction and is expected to complete the overall improvement and renovation of the project and the exterior renovation in 2024.

On the evening of August 2, the launch ceremony of Ruyi Longhu City Water Night Tour, themed "Ruyi Upward, Longhu Forward," was held on the banks of Ruyi Lake in Zhengdong New District CBD.

It is introduced that the Ruyi Lake and Longhu cruise projects take city scenery, water-shore linkage, city night view, and light and shadow show as the core elements, with cruise ships as the carrier, to create Zhengzhou's largest and most comprehensive water tour and sightseeing project.

The project lasted 70 minutes, using the historical and cultural context of Zhengzhou as its axis. From ancient times to the present, from south to north, it planned five scenes: "The Center of Heaven and Earth," "The Yellow Emperor's Homeland," "Kung Fu Zhengzhou," "The Mighty Yellow River," and "Global Brilliance." Along the way, light shows, water screen projections, accompanying boat performances, and fireworks markets were set up.
