Recent progress has been reported from Changsha Happy Valley. The Changsha Happy Valley Cultural Tourism Integrated Project is located south of the Tongguan Kiln National Style Park and north of Huangqiao Avenue. The construction will mainly consist of four sections: a parent-child park, a land park, a water park, and an exploration park. The first phase, the parent-child park project, is planned to be carried out first. The construction of the walls, land clearing, and relocation of 10-kilovolt power lines have been completed, and subsequent work is being carried out in an orderly manner.

OCT Changsha Happy Valley Large-Scale Cultural Tourism Integrated Project

According to previous reports, the OCT Changsha Happy Valley large-scale cultural tourism integrated project has a total investment of 3.7 billion yuan and covers an area of approximately 880 mu. The overall project "uses water as the foundation and green as the corridor, proposing a spatial artistic conception of 'water surrounds the city, the city relies on water, and water and city interact.' It will create a comprehensive urban leisure and entertainment area integrating cultural theme parks, boutique hotels, cultural and creative commerce, themed restaurants, interactive entertainment, and light and shadow night tours. It includes four sections: a parent-child park, a land park, a water park, and an exploration park, as well as supporting operations.

The project is planned to be developed and constructed in three phases: Happy Galaxy, Happy Valley, and Happy Countryside; it is planned to start with the construction of Phase 1. Happy Galaxy The main products include large water castles, rainbow slides, rafting rivers, and parent-child pools.

Planning details are as follows:

Parent-child Park Project: The planned land area is approximately 231 mu (net land area, the same below), the land use is commercial land, the plot ratio is no more than 1.0, the construction area is approximately 30,000 square meters, the planned construction investment is approximately 500 million yuan, and the construction content includes, but is not limited to, track-type equipment, non-powered combination equipment, children's water play equipment, children's performing arts products, and park logistics support.

Land Park Project: The planned land area is approximately 429 mu, the land use is commercial land, the plot ratio is no more than 1.0, the construction area is approximately 150,000 square meters, the planned construction investment is approximately 2.2 billion yuan, and the construction content includes large-scale roller coasters, indoor rides, dynamic cinemas, light and shadow night tours, real-scene performances, and park logistics support.

Water Park Project: The planned land area is approximately 120 mu, the land use is commercial land, the plot ratio is no more than 1.0, the construction area is approximately 30,000 square meters, the planned construction investment is approximately 400 million yuan, and the construction content includes wave pool equipment, slide equipment, rafting, and parent-child pools.

Exploration Park Project: The planned area of point-like commercial land is approximately 30 mu. According to project needs, some farmland will be leased separately. The planned construction investment is approximately 350 million yuan, and the construction content includes parent-child non-powered facilities, a happy farm, a cute pet park, and camp education.

Operational Support: The planned investment for the parking lot and parking building is 250 million yuan.

With the completion and operation of the seven major Happy Valley theme parks in Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Wuhan, Tianjin, and Chongqing, Happy Valley theme parks have received nearly 200 million visitors from home and abroad.

OCT Hotel Project

In addition to the Changsha Happy Valley in the Tongguan area, there is also progress on the signed OCT Hotel project. In the previously published land documents of Wangcheng District, a large project in Daze Lake was revealed, which is expected to be the OCT Hotel project.

According to the document, this project will be the most representative Happy Coast, a city living room under OCT. As shown in the figure below:

OCT Happy Coast is positioned as an urban entertainment destination, and there are already several successful cases, such as Shenzhen Happy Coast, Shunde Happy Coast, and Ningbo Happy Coast.

Currently, the Tongguan Kiln National Style Park has become a popular check-in spot in Changsha, with very high popularity. We look forward to the early completion of the OCT Happy Valley!
