Anji City 13 cultural and tourism projects signed at the investment promotion conference

Total investment of 5.024 billion

On the morning of September 1, the "Picturesque Jiangxi, Unique Scenery" and "Ji Shan Ji Shui Jian An Tour" Cultural and Tourism Investment Promotion Conference successfully concluded in Shenzhen, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

At this conference, Jian'an City signed strategic cooperation agreements with Dongguan Zhixing International Travel Agency, Shenzhen Gubu Youyang Youth Growth and Development Center, Shenzhen Kang Hui Travel Agency, Shenzhen Longxiang Self-driving Travel Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nuannxin International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong (Shenzhen) Delicious Holiday Travel Agency Co., Ltd. A total of 13 cultural and tourism projects were signed on-site, with a total contract value of 5.024 billion yuan.

Changchun City Cultural Industry Projects

26 projects signed with a total investment of 4.688 billion yuan

On August 31, Changchun City held a cultural industry investment promotion event at the Golden Hall of Changchun International Film Capital. During the key project signing ceremony, Dehui City High-speed Rail Cluster Internet Celebrity Check-in Themed Cultural Plaza Construction and Operation Project, Beijing Street West Historical and Cultural Street Project, Heyuan Plaza Project, etc. 26 projects were signed, with a total investment of 4.688 billion yuan.

Tianjin Indoor Ice and Snow World Project Signed

On September 2, the Tianjin Municipal Agriculture and Rural Committee held a signing ceremony for the Tianjin Indoor Ice and Snow World project at the Hangzhou Salt Field in Binhai New Area.

It is understood that the Tianjin Indoor Ice and Snow World project is located in the Hangzhou Changlu Salt Field in Binhai New Area, with a planned total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. After completion, it will become one of the top three largest snowfields in the country, accommodating 6,000-8,000 people for skiing and entertainment at the same time. It will also include supporting products such as an ice and snow-themed hotel, an internet celebrity street, and a commercial complex, creating an international tourism and resort complex.

Yantai Cultural and Tourism Industry Signing

12 projects with a total investment of 1.89 billion yuan

On August 30, the 37th session of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's Industry Project Service Platform's high-quality project exchange and docking activity in Yantai was held in Qixia.

This event involved the signing of 12 projects, with a total contract value of 1.89 billion yuan. These include the Laizhou Golden Coast Tourism Resort Project, Penglai District Longhua Culture and Sports Creative Park Project, Laishan District Qu Lang International Beach Park Project, Fushan District Jinduishan Cultural and Entertainment Complex Project, and Mouping District Yangma Island Smart Scenic Area Management and Operation Project, covering various business formats such as sea tourism, aerospace tourism, smart scenic areas, cultural creativity, rural tourism, industrial parks, and branded hotels. These projects highly align with the new demands of the tourism market and will further promote the strengthening, extension, and enhancement of Yantai's cultural and tourism industry chain.

Yunnan Hekou County Yaoshan Township Rural Revitalization Agriculture, Culture, and Tourism Project Signed

On September 3, the Yunnan Hekou County Yaoshan Township Rural Revitalization Agriculture, Culture, and Tourism Project was officially signed.

It is understood that the Yaoshan Township Rural Revitalization Agriculture, Culture, and Tourism Project has a planned total investment of 1.122 billion yuan. It mainly relies on the rich natural resources and unique ethnic culture of Yaoshan Township to create a comprehensive rural tourism project integrating the border happy village tourism belt, the ethnic medicine cultural industry park, the three-dimensional hot fruit modern agricultural industry park, the China Yaoshan Panwang Festival, and the Hekou hot fruit industry summit.

Total investment exceeding 100 million

Three Agricultural, Cultural, and Tourism Projects Signed in Hengdu Town

On the morning of September 5, Hengdu Town held an investment promotion conference and a signing ceremony for agricultural, cultural, and tourism projects. On that day, three agricultural, cultural, and tourism projects were successfully signed: Shan Yu Qiu Homestay, Shan Jian Shuwa Tribe Homestay, and Shuofang Street Film and Television Base. The total investment in these projects exceeds 100 million yuan, and it is expected to create more than 500 jobs for villagers.

It is understood that Shan Yu Qiu Homestay was invested by Zhou Zhou from Xinxiang with approximately 30 million yuan. It will be built around the Hengdu Art Museum and will include high-quality homestays with dining, accommodation, and rice paddy sightseeing experiences.

Shan Jian Shuwa Tribe Homestay was invested by Wang Chunwei, a local resident. The project has an investment of 50 million yuan and will be used to build a scenic area homestay with tree houses as its main style. It is expected to provide more than 200 beds, effectively improving the reception capacity of Shuangjian Mountain Scenic Area.

Shuifang Street Film and Television Base primarily uses the ancient village scenery of Hengdu Town as a filming location for online TV series. It is estimated that one TV series with an investment of over 60 million yuan will be filmed in Hengdu each year, which is expected to attract more than 100,000 tourists.

Shandong Underwater Archaeology Research and Cultural Relics Protection Base Project Signed

On August 30th, the signing ceremony for the joint construction and cooperative development of the Shandong Underwater Archaeology Research and Cultural Relics Protection Base (Penglai) project and joint underwater archaeology research was held in Penglai District. The Provincial Underwater Archaeology Research Center signed a cooperation agreement for the "Shandong Underwater Archaeology Jiaodong Base (Penglai)" with the Penglai District Government徑

It is reported that the project covers an area of approximately 20 mu, with an initial investment of 50 million yuan. This is the only comprehensive regional archaeological research base built by the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism in Shandong Province, radiating across the entire province, integrating functions such as archaeological research, preservation of cultural relics and specimens, cultural relic protection and restoration, exhibitions, academic seminars, regional cultural research, study and exchange, and talent training. Project completed After, Relying on the professional strength of the base, relevant work will be jointly carried out in areas such as marine civilization, island archaeology, the Maritime Silk Road, ancient Dengzhou, Deng-Lai-Qing ancient road, Jiaolai Grand Canal, coastal defense sites, salt industry sites, and archaeological research of maritime merchant cultural heritage.

Shanghai Aegean Colorful Lane Project Signed

On August 30th, the signing ceremony for the Aegean Colorful Lane project cooperation was successfully held. Aegean Colorful Lane is positioned around "enjoying urban wild life," targeting new youth and light family customer groups, and creating a new lifestyle-themed product that differs from traditional concept block projects and themed commercial spaces, in a more imaginative way.

Aegean Colorful Lane is located in Fengjing Town, the geographical center of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to Shanghai Legoland Resort, with its central plaza seamlessly connected to the park entrance. The project plans three distinctive themed areas: the open-box "Enjoy Wild Fun Life" in the north, the central flagship plaza focusing on "Cultural Ecological Life," and the southern strolling block creating "Colorful Gathering Life"; it will also gather a rich variety of businesses and renowned brands, including fashion trends, sports technology, and all-day dining.

Hunan Zhangjiajie Maoyan River International Tourism

Resort Project Signed

On the afternoon of August 30th, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation framework agreement for the Maoyan River transportation-tourism integration project was held between Zhangjiajie City and the Provincial Expressway Group.

According to the framework agreement, both parties will leverage their respective advantageous resources to jointly create a Zhangjiajie Maoyan River International Tourist Resort integrating rafting, outdoor sports sightseeing, leisure entertainment, vacation health and wellness, and agricultural tourism study tours. This will facilitate the integration of expressways with local tourism industries, create a national benchmark "expressway + tourism" cultural tourism project, and achieve high-quality development of transportation-tourism integration.

8HaoCang Signed with Jinniu District, Chengdu

To establish the nation's first high-end sports entertainment outlet mall

On September 2nd, the signing ceremony for the project cooperation between the Jinniu District People's Government of Chengdu City and Shenzhen 8HaoCang Commercial Holding Co., Ltd. was held in Shenzhen.

According to the introduction, the two parties will create China's first high-end sports entertainment outlet complex around eight highlights: "fashion trend showground, vibrant sports hub, global gourmet gathering place, event performance empowerment for wider reach, architect IP scenes, ecological integration with a lightweight and relaxed feel, advanced aesthetic and artistic empathy, and exclusive member privileges."

Wenzhou Lucheng District Cooperation Project Officially Signed

On September 5th, Yushang Hemei Group officially signed a cooperation agreement with Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, to jointly promote the development of the Huagaili project in Lucheng historical district.

It is reported that the Lucheng Historical and Cultural Block, with Huagaili as its core, radiates and leads Mo Chi Fang and Huayuan Alley. The project aims to deeply explore Wenzhou's excellent traditional culture by introducing cultural tourism formats with high traffic, revenue, and unique characteristics, creating a humanities block that showcases the ancient charm of "mountain-water city" (a city shaped by mountains and rivers), and a popular retro-chic internet-famous block. This cooperation will focus on the protective development of Lucheng historical blocks and the integrated creation of cultural tourism resources. As the project progresses, it is expected to bring more employment opportunities and economic growth points to the local area.

Guiyang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Cooperates with Chentian Village, Huchao Township

Signing of "Rural Tourism" Agricultural-Cultural-Tourism Integration Project

On September 3rd, the "Contract for the Cooperative Implementation of 'Rural Tourism' Agricultural-Tourism Integration Project between Huchao Township People's Government of Guian New Area, Guiyang Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., and Chentian Village of Huchao Township" was signed at the Huchao Township Government, between Guiyang Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Guiyang Tourism Development Group) and Chentian Village, Huchao Township, Guian New Area.

It is reported that Chentian Village in Huchao Township is located upstream of Tianhetan Scenic Area. This cooperation is an important measure to implement the integrated development of Guiyang and Guian, especially the industrialization of tourism. Guiyang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guiyang Tourism Development Group, will lead the promotion of new business formats such as Chentian River bamboo rafting, Chentian rural market, Chentian Art+ commercial space, Chentian Lake water market, and Chentian Village coffee. At the same time, it will periodically upgrade cultural tourism projects such as Chentian Village farmhouse stays, summer tourist homestays, and Chentian night tours, further strengthening the synergistic development of Tianhetan, Ludicun, and Chentian Village, which will effectively boost the revitalization of surrounding villages.

Two Cultural Tourism Projects Signed in Huangtan Township

On the morning of September 5th, the signing ceremony was held in Huangtan Township. The Huangtan Township People's Government signed agreements with Jiangxi Kaoshan Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. and Jingdezhen Midnight Time Tourism Development Co., Ltd. for the Kaoshan Ecological Agriculture Project and the B&B Time Agricultural Cultural Tourism Project, respectively.

"Wander China: Pavilion of Prince Teng" Project Signed

On the morning of September 5th, Blue Universe Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Universe") signed the strategic cooperation agreement for the "Wander China: Pavilion of Prince Teng" project with the Pavilion of Prince Teng Scenic Area.

It is reported that both parties will fully explore the historical and cultural value of the Pavilion of Prince Teng, leverage Blue Universe's technological advantages in the VR large-space domain, jointly create a new cultural tourism IP for "Wander China: Pavilion of Prince Teng," actively expand new digital cultural tourism business models that are market-oriented and sustainably operated, contribute to the revitalization of the cultural tourism industry, and inject new technological impetus into the inheritance of Chinese culture.

Shanghai Yaoxue Ice and Snow World Officially Opens

On September 6, the world's largest indoor ski resort, Shanghai Yaoxue Ice and Snow World, officially opened. Yaoxue Snow World is designed with the concept of "Joyful Exploration", featuring an internal vertical drop of nearly 60 meters, 3 professional ski runs totaling nearly 1200 meters, and a snow entertainment area, leading visitors to explore more ice and snow experiences.

Since August this year, Yaoxue Ice and Snow World has entered its internal testing phase. As of September 1, Yaoxue Ice and Snow World has conducted 27 internal tests, receiving nearly 100,000 visitors. Among these, the Snow Country Train and Snow Mountain Jumping Platform in the snow entertainment area have become "must-visit" attractions for most tourists.

"After 27 internal tests, we are listing the discovered problems and solving them one by one," said Yin Kang, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Yaoxue Real Estate Co., Ltd. He stated that on one hand, prominent safety warnings have been added at cable car entrances, arrival points, and mountain top ski trail entrances, reminding visitors that the ski trail levels are relatively difficult and advising beginners and those without skiing experience to enter with caution. On the other hand, Yaoxue is developing plans to enhance safety risk warnings through multiple channels, while also adding practice areas suitable for beginners without extra charges. Simultaneously, in response to concentrated passenger flow during certain periods, the daily number of skiers will be capped after official operation, depending on the situation, and the park's hardware and software facilities and staffing will be continuously optimized.

Hubei Xiaogan Causeway Bay • Yunmeng Collection Commences Construction

On September 3, the Causeway Bay • Yunmeng Collection cultural tourism project in Yunmeng County, Xiaogan, Hubei, commenced construction. As an ancillary extension of the "Chu King City Ruins Park" project, it has a total investment of 500 million yuan and is expected to be completed by October next year.

It is reported that the Causeway Bay • Yunmeng Collection cultural tourism project covers an area of 111.6 mu. While optimizing the original village landscape, it integrates the local essence of Yunmeng culture research, using the block as a carrier to promote traditional Chinese style and enhance Yunmeng's urban image. This project is a multi-format integrated block, planned with three major business formats: cultural tourism commercial street, hotel banquet area, and commercial office area. Upon completion, the project will provide tourists and local residents with one-stop leisure services including shopping, leisure, entertainment, dining, business, office, and culture.

Total Investment 240 Million Hubei Wuhan Caidian District

Two Cultural Tourism Projects Commenced Construction

According to news from Suohe Sub-district Office on September 2, two key projects with investments exceeding 100 million yuan in Suohe Sub-district, Caidian District—Hehe Xili Phase I and Muchuan Man Life Phase II—have commenced construction along the Songyang Avenue Rural Revitalization Demonstration Belt, adding new splendor to Caidian District's overall cultural tourism excellence shaping project.

It is reported that Hehe Xili Phase I project is located in Shigang Village, Suohe Sub-district, with a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan. It covers an area of 6,432 square meters and has a planned building area of 30,129 square meters, making it a comprehensive cultural tourism project integrating culture, tourism, leisure, and vacation. The project is designed with the concept of "one axis, two cores, four zones," relying on the cultural tourism development axis and centering around the waterfront resort core and Zen culture core. It is divided into four functional zones: Huhu Tian Leisure Experience Zone, Post-80s Rural Life Zone, Modern Agricultural Supporting Zone, and Mountain Forest Zen Retreat Zone, aiming to create a high-quality, complex tourism and leisure destination in the suburbs of Wuhan.

The Muchuan Man Life project is located in Yinwan Village, Suohe Sub-district, with Phase I completed and officially operational. Phase II has a planned land area of approximately 32,000 square meters and a planned total investment of about 120 million yuan. It aims to develop new business formats such as water entertainment, agricultural and forestry experiences, distinctive guesthouses, and resort hotels, based on the theme of "Campsite +". The project will provide tourists with a two-day, one-night full-day immersion experience, converting "visitor flow" into "visitor retention" and meeting diverse tourism demands.

Shanghai • Sea World

Expected to Open on September 30

Shanghai's first cruise-themed riverside cultural tourism commercial complex "Shanghai • Sea World," located by the Baoshan Wusongkou Wharf, is expected to open on September 30.

It is reported that Shanghai • Sea World has a total volume exceeding 240,000 cubic meters, including a 66,000-square-meter shopping mall, approximately 38,000 square meters of prime river-view Grade A office space, about 24,900 square meters of family vacation and leisure service apartments, and the Cordis Hotel. It is a cruise-themed commercial complex integrating shopping, leisure, culture, and art.

Inside this commercial complex, a miniature yet vibrant ocean world will be created, featuring three specially designed immersive ocean-themed scenarios: "Seamart Story," "Star Sea Paradise," and "Underwater Journey." It will also include an open plaza, a parent-child park, a themed market, skateboarding areas, and more. Among these, the ocean-themed non-powered amusement park covers 5,000 square meters, divided into four major sections: Underwater Bus, Lighthouse Lookout, Beach Harbor, and Adult Fitness Area.
