On the morning of September 1, the "Picturesque Jiangxi, Unique Scenery" and "Ji Shan Ji Shui Ji'an Tour" cultural and tourism investment promotion conference successfully took place in Shenzhen, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

At this promotion conference, Ji'an City signed strategic cooperation agreements with Dongguan Zhixing International Travel Agency, Shenzhen Gubu Youyang Youth Growth and Development Center, Shenzhen Kang Hui Travel Agency, Shenzhen Longxiang Self-driving Travel Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nuannxin International Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong (Shenzhen) Delicious Holiday Travel Agency Co., Ltd. 13 cultural and tourism projects were signed on-site, with a total contract value of 5.024 billion yuan.

Three agricultural, cultural, and tourism projects signed in Hengdu Town

On the morning of September 5, Hengdu Town held an investment promotion conference and agricultural, cultural, and tourism project signing ceremony. On that day, three agricultural, cultural, and tourism projects were successfully signed: Shan Yu Qiu Minsu, Shan Jian Shuwa Tribe Minsu, and Shuofang Street Film and Television Base. The total investment in these projects exceeds 100 million yuan, and it is expected to create more than 500 jobs for villagers.

It is understood that Shan Yu Qiu Minsu was invested by Zhou Zhou from Xinxiang with approximately 30 million yuan. It will be built around the Hengdu Art Museum and will include a high-quality minsu (inn) integrating dining, accommodation, and rice paddy sightseeing experiences.

Shan Jian Shuwa Tribe Minsu was invested by Wang Chunwei, a local resident. The project investment is 50 million yuan, which will be used to build a scenic minsu with tree houses as the main style. It is expected to provide more than 200 beds, effectively improving the reception capacity of Shuangjian Mountain Scenic Area.

The Shuofang Street Film and Television Base mainly uses the ancient village scenery of Hengdu Town as a filming location for online TV dramas. It is expected to arrange one TV drama with an investment of more than 60 million yuan per year for filming in Hengdu, which is expected to attract more than 100,000 tourists.

On August 30, the cooperation and construction and joint underwater archaeological research signing ceremony for the Shandong Provincial Underwater Archaeology Research and Cultural Relic Protection Base (Penglai) project was held in Penglai District. The Provincial Underwater Archaeology Research Center and the Penglai District Government signed the "Shandong Underwater Archaeology Jiaodong Base (Penglai)" cooperation agreement.

It is understood that the project covers an area of approximately 20 mu and has an initial investment of 50 million yuan. This is the only regional archaeological research base in Shandong Province built by the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, radiating throughout the province. Shanghai Yaoxue Ice and Snow World Officially Opens

On September 6, the world's largest indoor ski resort—Shanghai Yaoxue Ice and Snow World—officially opened. With a design concept of "joyful exploration," Yaoxue Ice and Snow World features a vertical drop of nearly 60 meters and three professional ski slopes with a total length of nearly 1200 meters, as well as a snow play area, leading visitors to explore more ice and snow experiences.

Since August this year, Yaoxue Ice and Snow World has entered the internal testing phase. As of September 1, Yaoxue Ice and Snow World has held 27 internal tests, receiving nearly 100,000 visitors. It is reported that the Tongluowan•Yunmengji cultural tourism project covers an area of 111.6 mu (approximately 7.4 hectares). While optimizing the original village appearance, it combines the local nature of Yunmeng cultural research, uses the street block as a carrier, promotes national style, and enhances the urban image of Yunmeng. According to a message from the Suohe Street Office on September 2, two key projects in Suohe Street, Caidian District, with investments exceeding 100 million yuan, Hehe Xili Phase I and Mu Chuan Man Life Phase II, started construction along the Songyang Avenue Rural Revitalization Demonstration Belt, adding new highlights to Caidian District's overall cultural tourism boutique creation project.

It is reported that the Hehe Xili Phase I project is located in Shigang Village, Suohe Street, with a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan, a land area of 6,432 square meters, and a planned construction area of 30,129 square meters. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism project integrating culture, tourism, leisure, and vacation. The project adopts the design concept of "one axis, two cores, and four zones," relying on the cultural tourism development axis, centering around the waterfront resort core and Zen culture core, and dividing it into four functional zones: lake field leisure experience area, 1980s rural life area, modern agricultural supporting area, and mountain forest Zen quiet cultivation area. Located by the Wusongkou Wharf in Baoshan, Shanghai's first cruise-themed riverside cultural tourism commercial complex, "Shanghai•Maritime World," is expected to open on September 30.
