Guest Introduction:
Dai Bin, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, recipient of special government allowances from the State Council, and National Excellent Teacher. He has presided over numerous major and key national social science projects, the drafting of national tourism development plans, policies, and tourism laws, and has twice received the United Nations World Tourism Organization's Government Innovation Award. His main research areas are tourism ideology and tourism economics. He has published more than 20 monographs, textbooks, and collections of essays, and more than 500 papers and professional articles. He is currently the president of the China Tourism Research Institute (Ministry of Culture and Tourism Data Center).
