In August, 69 new tourism projects were signed (incomplete statistics). From a regional distribution perspective, Fujian Province had the most signings, with 15; from the perspective of the signing amount, there were a total of 10 projects with an investment of 1 billion yuan or more.

The China Yucheng—Cultural Arts Film and Television Tourism Characteristic Industry Demonstration Zone project focuses on developing five major sections: a film and television shooting base, the Three Cities Ruins Museum, the Dayu Culture Film and Television Base, the Old Train Station Revolutionary Memorial Hall, etc.
Karls (International) Tourism Resort Project

Investor: Guanling Autonomous County Bingxue Ruicheng Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Karls (Zhejiang) International Tourism Co., Ltd.
This project, centered around the full-chain service of "eating, lodging, travel, sightseeing, entertainment, shopping, and health," will create a mountain-based deeply immersive cultural tourism resort integrating sightseeing, leisure, vacation, health preservation, experience, entertainment, and shopping. The first phase of the project will include the construction of multiple areas, such as a strawberry planting base, a theme park, a large shopping center, a Eurasian style street, a performance hall, diverse amusement facilities, various themed pavilions, and supporting hotels.
Caiidian District Suohe Street Jinlongshuizhai Upgrading Project

The first phase of the Jinlongshuizhai upgrading project will upgrade the existing ecological park scenic area by establishing a domestic and foreign joint venture company, expanding tourism projects, developing night tourism economy, and constructing resort hotels. It will transform from a sightseeing scenic area to a leisure resort scenic area, building a comprehensive tourism project integrating leisure sports, resort tourism, and cultural tourism health preservation.
Sea Fishing Camping Theme Agricultural Tourism Comprehensive Project

Investment Amount: 30 million yuan
Investor: Zhongshan Shenwan Town Zhupai Island Tourism Investment Co., Ltd.
The project covers an area of 150 mu. Relying on the natural landscapes of Shenwan Zhupai Village wetland and the Xijiang inner bay, the advantages of the municipal intangible cultural heritage Shenwan Hechong and egrets, and the portrayal of Zhupai Danjia fishing life, it will create an agricultural tourism complex integrating sea fishing, wetland camping, non-powered parks, river seafood cuisine, and natural research.
Zhongbao Island Guanba Tourism Project

The Zhongbao Island Guanba Tourism Project relies on the "national heavy equipment" Three Gorges Dam and the high-canyon lakefront sightseeing resources. It plans to introduce parent-child entertainment, brand research, wild luxury camping, and rural cultural creation industries, making this project a world-class research and tourism destination and a national-level rural revitalization demonstration area.
Tianmen Scenic Area Cable Car Complex Project

Project Location: Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang
Investment Amount: 200 million yuan
Investor: Atushi City People's Government
This project is located in the Atushi City Tianmen Cultural Tourism Area, constructing two tourist transportation cable cars and a ski resort cable car and supporting facilities for the Tianmen Scenic Area. The project will create Kizilsu's first mountain climbing cable car, combining exploration, sightseeing, and special experiences, pushing the scenic area's service content and reception capacity to new heights and helping Atushi build a characteristic tourist city in southern Xinjiang.
Taocheng Town Leisure Tourism Development Project

Investment Amount: 100 million yuan
Investor: Fujian Jinyuliangyuan Cultural Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd.
The Taocheng Town Leisure Tourism Development Project plans to integrate the historical culture of Jianglian Village, incorporating local scenery and ecological resources, to construct a visitor reception center, starry sky houses, rainbow slides, glass water slides, bird's nest space capsule aerial bicycles, photovoltaic campsites, a miniature zoo, and characteristic fruit picking, creating a leisure tourism resort with strong tourist appeal.
Yongding District Nanxi Ecological Rafting and Leisure Experience Project
Signing Time: August 15
Project Location: Longyan, Fujian
Investment Amount: 36 million yuan
Investor: Henan Lezhi Tourism Co., Ltd.
Based on the existing rafting facilities, the project is planned with a daily reception capacity of 6,000-8,000 people and an annual reception of 500,000 tourists. The main constructions include: upgrading the upper station service center, lower station service center, upper station dock, lower station dock, rafting channel, return water collection system, and other amusement facilities.
Suzhou Taihu Ocean Park Project

Project Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu Province
The project aims to create a comprehensive ocean exploration park integrating marine life displays, marine cultural experiences, parent-child entertainment, and themed commercial activities. The project will build a new ocean exploration theater and parent-child park to meet the needs of citizens for short-distance leisure trips and weekend getaways, especially providing one-stop service for 2-12 year-old families.
Milan Outlets Project

Investment Amount: 1.06 billion yuan
The project plans to create an immersive cultural, commercial, and tourism complex integrating outlet brands, specialty restaurants, cultural entertainment, and sports activities by introducing internationally and domestically renowned luxury brands, sports brands, and themed parks. By introducing college graduate performances, shows, village chef competitions, film exhibitions, classic car clubs and exhibitions, and trendy cultural and tourism activities such as animation, it will create a Dongying handmade and souvenir cultural and creative base, driving popularity and consumption upgrades, and promoting the development of the local cultural and tourism industry.
Lechao City Linhu 5C Car Travel Camp Construction Project

Investment Amount: 100 million yuan
The Lechao City Linhu 5C Car Travel Camp Construction Project covers an area of 500 mu and will be built in two phases. It aims to create Guangdong's first and a leading 5C-level self-driving RV camp in China, building a car travel camp integrating charging stations, starry sky accommodation, vineyard sightseeing experiences, specialty restaurants, and parent-child parks.
Luoyang Bridge "Song and Yuan Dynasty World Heritage Town" Cultural Tourism Project

The project will create a compound tourism destination integrating urban leisure and cultural tourism resorts by introducing business formats such as "immersive real-scene performances, art and cultural first stores, Haijie bars, and resort courtyards." Drama Ancient House Large-scale Cultural Tourism Performing Arts Project

Nanan City Xixi Riverside Cultural Tourism Night Economy Street District Renovation
and Upgrading Project

Investor: Liucheng Street, Nanan City, Fujian Provincial Nanan City Culture, Sports and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd.
The project plans to lease, store, and renovate existing shops, vacant land, and urban parks along the Xixi River. It will conduct site-specific landscape design and industrial implantation, renovate and upgrade the street's cultural tourism infrastructure, smart tourism facilities, neighborhood spaces, night economy, and cultural and creative spaces, and develop urban landscape tours and build a comprehensive urban public cultural service space. This will rapidly upgrade the regional cultural and tourism industry and create a high-quality demonstration street district for comprehensive cultural and tourism services in Nanan City.
Zhongshan Cuiheng New District Double-Ring Ferris Wheel Project

Jinzhong Lake International Cultural Tourism Resort Project

The Jinzhong Lake International Cultural Tourism Resort Project has a total construction area of approximately 362,000 square meters. Relying on the beautiful environment of the Jinzhong Lake area, it plans to create a national-level and international tourism resort project in the Jinzhong Lake area, integrating snow and ice entertainment, urban parks, commercial streets, high-end hotels, and characteristic homestays.
The project plans five functional areas, namely the construction of Zhongshan Children's Park & B.DUCK and the renovation of Xin'an Old Village, Jinzhong Lake landscape garden hotel, high-end homestay cluster, ice and snow world and cultural tourism commercial street, and high-end residential area, forming a new cultural and tourism check-in destination in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and further "lighting up" Zhongshan's tourism night economy.
Jingshan City Hot Spring Health and Wellness Complex Project

The project mainly develops a hot spring health resort and a research and study tourism area, including a flower sea-themed hot spring hotel built to four-star standards, a unique Venice water park, a "prayer pool" themed hotel, an open-air hot spring theater, and a commercial street, aiming to create a comprehensive tourism destination integrating hot spring health preservation, leisure vacation, and cultural experience.
Huangshan Low-Altitude Economy Project

Project Location: Huangshan, Anhui
Investment Amount: 200 million yuan
This project plans to select a site and build a Class A helicopter base in Tanjiaqiao Town, at the east gate of Huangshan Mountain, relying on Huangshan City's rich tourism resources to carry out low-altitude sightseeing, aviation research and study, and private pilot training.
The project will not only introduce advanced helicopters and supporting facilities but also combine the local rich natural scenery and cultural resources to design a variety of characteristic air tour routes. Tourists will have the opportunity to overlook the magnificent scenery of Mount Huangshan from the air, experiencing an unprecedented visual feast.
21. Zhangjiajie Maoyan River International Tourism Resort Project

Project Location: Zhangjiajie, Hunan
Investor: Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Provincial Expressway Group
According to the framework agreement, both parties will rely on their respective advantageous resources to jointly build the Zhangjiajie Maoyan River International Tourism Resort, which integrates water rafting, outdoor sports sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, vacation health preservation, and agricultural tourism research and study.
22. Laishan District Qu Lang International Beach Park Project

The project will add water sports such as水上飞人 and paddleboarding in the nearshore area of Laishan and set up jet skis, wakeboarding, and banana boats in the deep-sea area, creating a northern sea recreation center and enhancing the new experience of sea recreation.

Aegean Sea · Colorful Inside is located in Fengjing Town, the geographical center of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to the Shanghai Lego Land Resort.
