On December 12, the "2024 Liaoning Province Cultural, Sports and Tourism Project Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Investment Promotion Conference" was held in Beijing, hosted by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the Liaoning Provincial People's Government Office in Beijing. 10 cultural, sports and tourism projects were signed at the event, with a total signing amount of 6.65 billion yuan.

Total investment of 2.8 billion yuan, Guangdong Foshan will build a Happy Cave astronomical tourism project
Recently, the Le Tang Feiyingyan land plot in Xihe, Lushu Town, Sanshui was won by Foshan Xinxin Dongtian Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and the announcement was completed on December 18.
According to the plan, this land will be used to develop rural tourism projects, construct cave amusement tourism sightseeing and other rural tourism projects, and must be built according to the national AAAAA-level scenic area standard. It is revealed that the project is planned to start construction in early 2025.
The Foshan Happy Cave astronomical tourism project has a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan, mainly constructing core scenic areas such as a 10,000-meter cave drift, a cave water world, and an ice and snow wonder cave. The project will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase having a total investment of approximately 850 million yuan and is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2026. The project will surpass existing cave and drift scenic areas in the Pearl River Delta region in terms of location, scale, and project diversity.
Zhejiang Huzhou Aofei Dreamland Project signed, with a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan
On December 16, the Huzhou Aofei Dreamland project was signed at the 2024 Huzhou Wu Xing District New Youth City Shanghai Promotion Conference.
It is understood that the Huzhou Aofei Dreamland project has a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan, including the first phase, Aofei Children's Dreamland; the second phase, Aofei Theme Cultural Town Resort Area; and the third phase, Aofei Theme Mountain Exploration Area. The first phase, Aofei Children's Dreamland, which is about to start, has a total investment of approximately 556 million yuan (excluding land price) and covers an area of approximately 148 mu (the specific area is subject to actual measurement). The project plan will deeply integrate the globally renowned IPs such as "Super Wings," "Armor Warriors," "Balala the Fairies," and "Monga Team" under Aofei Entertainment with Huzhou's local culture, relying on regional resource endowments to create a new parent-child micro-vacation park integrating cultural experience, parent-child leisure, theme entertainment, and theme performances.

Wuhu Yintai INPARK officially signed and started construction
On December 12, Yintai Commercial Management Group officially signed an investment cooperation agreement with Jinlv Company, the platform of the Wuhu City Jinghu District Government, and Wuhu Huayi Group, marking the official landing of the sixth Yintai inPARK project nationwide in Wuhu, Anhui. It is understood that the XDG-2024-93 plot located at the southwest intersection of Zhenghe Avenue and Huishan Avenue in Huishan Economic and Technological Development Zone has been successfully auctioned and will be jointly developed by Longfor Group and Huishan Gaoko to create a complex project centered on Tianjie.
From the planning and design drawings, the project has a planned land area of 42,004㎡, and the commercial MALL has a total construction area of over 140,000㎡, divided into 6 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The exterior continues the modern architectural style of the Tianjie series, using a large area of glass and geometric elements; the interior integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment trends, parent-child activities, and culture; and the outdoor commercial street landscape creates a "day cafe, night bar" atmosphere.
Ningbo Qianwan New Area Commercial Project Officially Starts Construction

On December 15, Greenland Group officially started construction on its park-style commercial project in the Ningbo Qianwan New Area's Binhai New City—the Kang Le Yi Ju 5#A project.
This project is located in the core starting area of the Binhai New Town in Qianwan New District, with a planned land area of approximately 16,000 square meters and a construction area of approximately 35,000 square meters. It consists of a central MALL and a street-style commercial area. The project adopts an enclosed layout design, creating a simple architectural form to build diverse social interaction scenarios, creating a three-dimensional, green, new generation of park-style street commercial area. This project plans to set up diversified scene interaction experience areas such as parent-child interaction, neighborhood gatherings, and pet exchanges, with various formats covering all aspects.
Changchun Black Myth Wukong Theme Ice and Snow Park
Expected to open on December 22
The Extreme Snow World, an ice and snow park themed on Black Myth Wukong, built by Changchun Nanxili Cultural Tourism Town, will open on December 22.
It is reported that the park will build straight and curved slides, supplemented by decorative elements such as colorful lights and sculptures, creating a strong mythological atmosphere. It includes a magical light show, ice and snow parade, crisscrossing snow circle slides, and ten snow sculpture scenes themed on Five Finger Mountain, Water Curtain Cave, Land Temple, and Niu Mowang Roast Beef. Immersive mythological ice and snow live-action dramas such as "Flying Fire Meteor," "Peach Blossom Leap," and "Realistic Battle" will also be staged on site. In addition, a "Little Destiny Person" snow play area has been created, including snow carousel, snow bumper cars, and snow banana boat and many other snow play projects.
Qingdao Laixi Wangfujing Shopping Center
Qingdao Laixi Wangfujing Shopping Center will officially open its doors to customers on the morning of December 21.
It is reported that the Laixi Wangfujing Shopping Center has a total area of 220,000 square meters, covering a shopping center, boutique office buildings, and a five-star hotel; among them, the shopping center has a construction area of 93,000 square meters, creating six immersive theme formats, with floor themes being Life Market, Trendy International, Energetic Fashion, Childlike Fun, Happy Food, and Infinite Starry Sky.
