Just now, there has been new progress in the Shanghai Fuyue Group Hangzhou Parallel World Tourism Comprehensive Project. This afternoon, the Shanghai Fuyue Group Hangzhou Parallel World Tourism Comprehensive Project obtained the development and reform commission project filing and registration form and obtained the project code, taking a solid step towards the project's launch. In the early stage, the project has completed land transfer, and is currently undergoing land plot design plan announcement.

The Shanghai Fuyue Group Hangzhou Parallel World Tourism Comprehensive Project, which was approved this time, has a total investment of 6 billion yuan and consists of two parts: the Parallel World Resort Hotel and the Parallel World Resort Park. The project is planned to be completed in 2026. After completion, the resort hotel will add approximately 1,200 rooms to Linping District, effectively alleviating the pressure on accommodation during peak tourist seasons and improving tourist satisfaction; the rich tourism and cultural scenes and experience projects planned for the Parallel World Resort Park will comprehensively meet the needs of different tourist groups. After completion, the project will also become an important support for improving the image and tourism quality of Linping City.

It is understood that, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the Grand Canal Science and Technology City actively coordinated with relevant district-level departments to solve problems one by one, compress approval time limits, and under the concerted efforts of various relevant departments to quickly promote the project, the project took only 6 months from signing to land acquisition, even with the involvement of overall plan revisions, shortening the time by more than 4 months compared to the conventional approval cycle. With the completion of the Chaoshan-Dingshan Lake Comprehensive Protection Project and the opening of Linping District's first waterway tour line - Shuiyun Tangqi-Tangchao Waterway Tour, favorable conditions have also been created for the project's implementation.
