Upon completion, it will become the largest indoor entertainment complex in Asia. The aggregation of five major IP theme parks—Hasbro, Peppa Pig, Mattel, Haierle, and Wobei—is one of the biggest highlights of the Apex Park project. Peppa Pig, Barbie, Snoopy, Thomas, and Makabaka… these well-known international IP brands will be presented to tourists in a brand-new way. In particular, the introduction of the world's first Peppa Pig indoor ice and snow world will greatly enrich the parent-child entertainment experience. In 2023, the Tongzhou District Government issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Development and Construction of the Beijing Sub-center Cultural Tourism Area (2023-2025)". Apex Park is the first industrial project introduced to the northern industrial belt of the Beijing sub-center cultural tourism area.
