On March 21, the signing ceremony for the Lushan Xihai International Health and Tourism Characteristic Industry Project was held in Jiangxi.
It is understood that the project has a total scale of approximately 50 billion yuan. Based on the unique ecological resources of Lushan Xihai's "thousands of islands and pearls, beautiful mountains and rivers," it takes the creation of a green development demonstration area, a new highland for the integration of health and tourism, a hydrogen medical demonstration base, a gathering place for element resources, a frontier area for opening to the outside world, an important gateway hub, and an important ecological barrier as important work priorities. It is reported that the Anfu Yuxiawan Micro-Vacation Cultural Tourism Complex Project is located in Shixi Village, Henglong Town, on the banks of the Lushu River at the foot of Qifeng Mountain. It is expected to have a design and construction period of about two years, with a total investment exceeding 20 billion yuan. It is reported that the "Seven-Colored Silk" Snow World Project is located in Hongshan Street, with a total planned area of 25,000 square meters, including a 11,500-square-meter ski hall and a 13,500-square-meter ice and snow theme hotel, with a total investment of approximately 183 million yuan. The project will create a four-season ice and snow theme park. It is expected that after its completion in 2026, it will receive more than 250,000 tourists annually, providing citizens with a new ice and snow experience scene that is "all-age and all-season."

7. Signing of the investment intent framework agreement for the Bosten Lake 5A scenic area
On March 22, the Bosten Lake County People's Government and Beijing Yifei Hanyuantian Technology Development Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the investment intent framework agreement for the Bosten Lake 5A scenic area.
It is reported that this signing will be committed to promoting the development of the cultural tourism industry in Bosten Lake County, investing in and constructing two five-star hotels in the Bosten Lake Dahekou Scenic Area and the Peacock Beach Scenic Area, building a flight cinema, AR/VR and other digital cultural tourism technology products, further enriching the whole tourism business format, improving the tourist experience, and promoting the rapid development of the cultural tourism industry in Bosten Lake County.
8. Wanda Hotels & Resorts signs agreement for the Dahai Dan Snow Mountain in Qinghai

On March 25, Wanda Hotels & Resorts and Xiehe New Energy Group Co., Ltd. officially signed the "Management Agreement for the Dahai Dan Snow Mountain Hot Spring Ecological Culture Tourism Resort Hotel," introducing its luxury brand "Wanda Vista" and high-end brand "Wanda Realm" to Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province for the first time, settling in the core node of the Qinghai-Gansu large loop line.

14. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region's Major Projects for Q1 2025 Commence

It is understood that the project is fully funded by the Xiangcheng Ecological Tourism Group. The first phase is positioned as the nation's first immersive science fiction complex, introducing the national-level science fiction IP "Three-Body", and combining cutting-edge technologies such as XR virtual-real fusion and AIGC generative artificial intelligence to build a science fiction ecological community.
