Guangxi Fanmu Baise Waterside City Project

The Guangxi Baise Fanmu Waterside City project covers a planned area of approximately 118,000 square meters and a renovation and new construction area of approximately 115,000 square meters. Through the coordinated construction of four core sub-projects: Jiefang Street, Baitong Factory, Red Army Valley, and Art Exhibition Center, it will build a three-in-one cultural tourism ecosystem of "red research and study, intangible cultural heritage experience, and trendy consumption."

This Has Water Commercial Complex

"This Has Water" continues the gene of integrating natural landscapes into commercial spaces from "This Has Mountain," while upgrading and iterating. With an operating area of 200,000 square meters, it plans innovative scenes such as "indoor canyons" and "light and shadow water screens," integrating Northeast folk culture with international trendy elements. In addition to traditional retail, it plans to introduce immersive theaters, science and technology art exhibitions, and parent-child research and study bases to create a "24-hour non-stop" micro-vacation destination.

The project takes the Dongxi Cave Scenic Area in Nanyan Town as its core, covering parts of Chunsan Village, Lihu Village, and Nanyan Village, with a planned area of approximately 9.03 square kilometers and a total investment of 2.27 billion yuan. The construction includes ten sub-projects, including the basic supporting facilities improvement of the Dongxi Cave Scenic Area and the Lion Ridge area. By comprehensively promoting the construction of beautiful countryside in the entire Yandang area, extending and integrating the whole tourism industry chain, enhancing the attractiveness of cultural tourism, helping local people increase their income, and becoming a new engine for the transformation and upgrading of famous mountains. As of now, 5 of the ten sub-projects of this project have started construction, and the other 5 sub-projects are also actively promoting preliminary work, with an overall project completion rate of 18%.

The Ninghuiyuan Culture, Education, and Tourism project covers a planned area of approximately 480 mu and a total construction area of approximately 180,000 square meters, and is expected to achieve an annual passenger flow of over 1 million. The project mainly includes four modules: high-quality private schools, museums, tourism resorts, and aerospace biology science popularization. The Ninghuiyuan Tourism Resort and Aerospace Biology Science Popularization Base, two core sections, have been started. It is expected that some businesses will be trial-operated by the end of this year, and all businesses will be completed and accepted next year, and fully opened. The other two core sections—high-quality private schools and museums—will also start construction this year and be completed and put into use next year.

The Qinh Lake InterContinental Hotel project is located in the core area of Qinh Lake Bay, adjacent to the 5A-level Qinh Lake National Wetland Park, forming a golden linkage zone for ecological and cultural tourism. The project is implemented by Zhejiang Jinyindao Company, a cultural tourism enterprise, with full-cycle development. It specially invites the chief designers of the world's top five luxury hotels to plan the project, using original immersive aesthetics to reconstruct the spatial narrative logic.

The Xinjiang Kunlun International Building Construction Project is located east of Youhao North Road and south of Xin Yi Road in Shayibake District, Urumqi, adjacent to the Bailou Station of Metro Line 1. The project covers an area of approximately 14.82 mu and has a building height of 104.9 meters. The project will adopt a diversified business model of "guest rooms + meetings + catering", creating a high-end service base integrating business, meetings, and tourism reception, complementing the Kunlun Hotel and jointly building an "international reception room" for Xinjiang's external exchanges.

Xinjiang Intangible Cultural Heritage (Mukam Art) Protection, Inheritance and Development Project

The Xinjiang Intangible Cultural Heritage (Mukam Art) Protection, Inheritance and Development Project, relying on the dual advantages of the Jiujiawan Reservoir water resources and the urban core location, deeply excavates the cultural and historical heritage of Xinjiang, using "Xinjiang Mukam intangible cultural heritage" as a characteristic IP, integrating intangible cultural heritage inheritance with modern experience, constructing a three-in-one innovative cultural tourism new industry format of "cultural display, immersive experience, and ecological leisure", creating a comprehensive cultural tourism industry integrating cultural protection, artistic interpretation, scenario interaction, and leisure tourism.

It is a new Chinese architectural style, with a total land area of 38.27 mu and a construction area of nearly 25,000 square meters, with a total investment of approximately 360 million yuan. The project mainly constructs two hotel main buildings and a courtyard hot spring leisure area, equipped with 230 guest rooms, 175 parking spaces, a dining area, a business conference center, a cultural display space, and other full-业态 supporting facilities.

Jimu Nai County Huating · Garden International Hotel Cultural, Commercial and Tourism Integrated Project

The passenger ropeway and forest trail project is designed as a single-line circulating detachable grip 8-person gondola ropeway with a maximum capacity of 1600 people/hour; the simultaneously constructed forest trail includes three types: ground-level, column-type, and cantilever-type, and is equipped with two fire water storage pools, which will form a "land and air linkage" sightseeing loop with the passenger ropeway. The high-altitude drifting project utilizes the terrain of Shuanglong Valley and the existing track foundation to construct a glass water slide double track of approximately 1.8 kilometers and four sections of "flying magic carpet" uphill lines, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. Among them: the vertical drop of the glass water slide is 135 meters, and it can transport 600 tourists per hour; the lengths of the four sections of the "flying magic carpet" are 286 meters, 365 meters, 343 meters, and 313 meters, respectively.

Pilo Site Protection and Utilization Project

The project encompasses exhibition venues, research and study facilities, and visitor service areas, combining exhibition and research preservation with visitor reception and supporting services. The total construction area is 13,581 square meters, with a planned completion date of December 2027. Upon completion, it will significantly improve the conditions for cultural relic protection, promote the research and application of archaeological findings, and enable multi-level display and utilization of cultural relics.

Hengshan Dalezhiye Rural Tourism Project

The Dalezhiye project is another milestone in Hengshan's implementation of its "cultural tourism revitalization" development strategy. With a total investment of 200 million yuan and a total planned area of 386.8 mu, the project will be developed in two phases. The first phase, covering approximately 240 mu, leverages the ecological secrets of Zigaifeng and the cultural heritage of Hengshan to create a rural tourism complex integrating boutique homestays and rural experiences. Planned facilities include clifftop starry sky resort rooms, mountain bars, KTV, coffee bars, infinity pools, children's playgrounds, specialty restaurants, gyms, sweat steam rooms, and health and wellness centers.
