Dear Member Organizations:

To implement the important instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping on tourism work, stimulate innovation and creativity throughout the cultural and tourism industry chain, and further foster and develop new‑type productive forces in the cultural and tourism sectors, with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Central Commission for Social Work, the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association is conducting the “China Amusement Rides and Parks Association Award for Innovative Enterprises in the Amusement Industry” in accordance with relevant regulations governing the evaluation and commendation of social organizations. The relevant notice is as follows:

I. Award Name

Innovative Enterprise Award in the Amusement Industry, China Association of Amusement Rides and Parks

II. Award Categories and Selection Criteria

1. Innovative amusement equipment enterprise

(1) The product being nominated must meet the eligibility criteria for this year’s award and must already be available on the market; furthermore, the equipment‑manufacturing enterprise to which the nominated product belongs must be legally registered with the government and have no record of violations or non‑compliance over the past three years.

(2) Possesses independently developed technologies and proprietary intellectual property rights, capable of effectively researching, developing, and applying new technologies, processes, materials, and applications, and delivering innovative solutions that reflect the cutting edge of amusement‑equipment technology. It demonstrates strong foresight, leadership, and innovation, and enjoys a certain degree of influence and representativeness within the industry.

(3) The functional and structural design, as well as the technological applications, are rational and comply with and meet relevant domestic and international quality standards; the technical level reaches an internationally or domestically advanced standard.

(4) The proposed product demonstrates strong application‑demonstration effects, meets market demand, is replicable and scalable, and has yielded significant social and economic benefits.

2. Innovative Enterprise in Amusement Ride Planning

(1) The nominated project must be eligible for this year’s award and must already be on the market; the enterprise to which the project belongs must be legally registered with the government and have no record of violations or non-compliance over the past three years.

(2) The projects or activities submitted for evaluation must have been independently designed and completed by the nominating organization, possess independent intellectual property rights, demonstrate standardization and innovation, and show no similarity to or instances of plagiarism when compared with other projects in the same category.

(3) The proposed project has a comprehensive safety management system and has maintained a record of no major safety incidents over the past three years.

(4) The proposed project demonstrates strong application and demonstration effects, meets market demand, and delivers significant social and economic benefits.

3. Innovative Enterprises in Amusement Ride Operations

(1) The proposed project must be eligible for this year’s award; the participating enterprise must be legally registered with the government, have been in operation for at least two years, and maintain a clean record with no violations in the past two years; furthermore, it should enjoy broad industry recognition and a strong brand reputation.

(2) The applicant enterprises have demonstrated outstanding performance and received recognition in terms of revenue, profitability, market share, and growth scale;

(3) The participating enterprises have implemented significant innovative initiatives across multiple dimensions, including products, technologies, management, talent development, and business models, thereby setting the pace for future industry trends.

(4) The participating enterprises have earned widespread recognition from users across multiple editions through the quality of their products and services, enjoying strong brand awareness and significant social influence.

4. Enterprises Innovating in the Amusement Industry

(1) The proposed project must be eligible for this year’s award and already on the market; the applicant must be a legally registered entity; the project must have been in operation for at least one year and have no record of violations in the past year; and it must enjoy broad industry recognition and a strong brand reputation.

(2) The participating enterprises have implemented significant innovative initiatives across multiple dimensions, including business model integration, commercial models, and production factors, demonstrating forward-thinking and leading emerging industry trends.

(3) The proposed project demonstrates strong application and demonstration effects, meets market demand, and yields significant social and economic benefits.

(4) The proposed project has a comprehensive safety management system and has recorded no major safety incidents in the past three years.

III. Selection Process

1. Submission of Materials and Preliminary Review 202 April 27, 2006 - July 1, 2026

2. Online Re-evaluation: July 2, 2026 – July 31, 2026

3. Final Expert Review: August 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026

4. Public notice period: September 1–30, 2026

5. Results Announcement 202 October 2006

1. This event is free of charge;

2. The applicant shall ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the submitted documents.

3. The submitted materials (text, images, videos, etc.) are hereby granted, by default, to the China Amusement Park Association for use within the scope of this event, including but not limited to verification, exhibition, and promotional purposes.
