It is reported that the Nuobuyuan Cultural, Tourism, and Wellness Integrated Development Project has a total investment of 3 billion yuan, with an initial investment of 1.74 billion yuan and a total construction area of 142,700 square meters. Relying on Nuobuyuan’s unique ecological resources and rich cultural heritage, the project features a diversified integration of “mountains, waters, Zen, tea, martial arts, and opera.” Its overall master plan adopts a functional layout of “one core, one axis, and three zones,” creating experiential environments for leisure vacations, sightseeing, and wellness retreats. The project will also develop new business models such as low-altitude aviation, nature-based research and learning, outdoor adventure, and health-focused healing, aiming to build a comprehensive cultural and tourism project that integrates Zen meditation and wellness, ecological sightseeing, and cultural experiences.

The latest progress of two cultural and tourism projects in Zhoushan City has been announced.

On November 4, Zhoushan released a notice. Announced. “The Sky City on Clouds, Stars, and the Vast Ocean” project, Progress of the Baosheng Cultural and Tourism Complex Project.

“The City in the Sky Above Clouds, Stars, and the Vast Ocean” Project: The cultural and tourism complex—totaling approximately 2.2 billion yuan in investment and featuring a staggered layout along the mine’s cliffside—is maintaining a full-speed pace of progress ever since construction began. Currently, the overall construction progress has reached 55%. It is expected to be officially put into operation in the first half of 2027.

Baosheng Cultural and Tourism Complex Project: Construction began in May of this year, and a total of 1,393 piles are required. Currently, over 900 piles have been completed. At present, the pile foundation work is about 60% to 65% complete, and the excavation support system is nearly 40% finished. Currently, the foundation work for this project is expected to be completed from late November to early December, after which construction will move on to the basement phase. The project is scheduled to open for operation in June 2028 and, once completed, will offer approximately 1,000 guest rooms.

On November 3, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Intercontinental Resort Hotel project on Nan'ao Island in Shantou City.

It is understood that the Intercontinental Resort Hotel on Nan'ao Island in Shantou has a total investment exceeding 500 million yuan and will be developed into a luxury resort hotel that combines high quality, comfort, and cutting-edge natural experiences. Upon completion, this project will not only fill the gap in high-end cultural and tourism accommodations on Nan'ao but also drive the development of the entire industry chain—including catering, conventions and exhibitions, and island-based educational tours—injecting strong momentum into enhancing Nan'ao's cultural and tourism image.

Fujian Sanming: The Origin of the Long March (Ninghua) National Defense Military Tour

Huizhou Children’s Park Phase I to Open at the End of December.

On November 3, Huizhou released a notice: Phase I of Huizhou Children’s Park will open at the end of December. Meanwhile, renderings of Phase II—the family-friendly amusement park—have been successively unveiled, and the park is expected to open to the public in May 2026.

It is reported that, Huizhou Children’s Park has a total investment of approximately 430 million yuan. The park covers a total area of about 163,000 square meters and is being developed in two phases. Phase I is scheduled to open at the end of December. The second phase will feature a themed mechanical amusement park, the “Huizhou Star” Ferris wheel, a four-season snow-themed乐园, as well as nature-based learning classrooms and cultural-creative handmade workshops. Among these, the 88-meter-high “Huizhou Star” Ferris wheel boasts 36 panoramic transparent cabins, offering visitors a unique vantage point to take in the city’s stunning views from above. Huizhou’s first—and currently only—outdoor four-season snow-themed乐园 will employ advanced snow-making technology to create year-round snowy landscapes. Here, visitors can enjoy ice and snow activities such as snow slides, ice sculpture castles, and snowball fights.

Chuxiong City The Yiran Plaza Cultural, Tourism, and Commercial Complex Project Breaks Ground.

On November 5, the Yiran Plaza (Chuxiong) cultural, tourism, and commercial complex project—jointly developed by Chuxiong City Urban and Rural Investment Special Township Construction & Development Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Yiran Investment Holding Co., Ltd.—began construction on the east side of Qinglong River.

It is reported that the project has a total investment of approximately 400 million yuan, occupies a land area of 39.62 mu, and features a construction area exceeding 52,000 square meters. With the core positioning of “breaking traditional commercial boundaries and reshaping urban consumption scenarios,” the project encompasses a diverse range of business formats—including fashion, gourmet cuisine, entertainment, health, and education—and will introduce a large-scale branded cinema and a high-end supermarket, thereby creating an integrated, one-stop consumer and lifestyle ecosystem that caters to all age groups and seamlessly blends various business sectors.

Progress of two projects in Kaizhou, Chongqing, announced.

On November 5, according to a report by “Kaizhou Release,” the Xiangshuiwan Water Park project is currently 37% complete and is expected to open in the summer of 2026. The Xiangshuiwan camping site is basically completed and is now undergoing finishing touches. We plan to open for a trial run before the 2026 Spring Festival.

Xiangshuiwan Water Park Covering an area of 120 mu, with a total estimated investment of approximately 200 million yuan, the project is themed “In the Marvelous Realm of the Three Gorges, Celebrating in Hanfeng Lake” and is planned to include water-based recreational facilities such as a surfing pool, a drifting river course, and water slides.

Xiangshuiwan Camping Base Land area 135 mu The total estimated investment is 52 million yuan. The project will primarily construct 520 camping sites, including 288 self-operated tents, 81 RV parking spaces, and 151 beds in camping cabins. Additionally, supporting facilities such as service stations, container blocks, and parking lots will be built concurrently.

News on November 5: The "Happy World" amusement park project—the core supporting facility of the Qili Binjiang Wetland Park in Langzhong City, Sichuan Province—is progressing smoothly and is expected to officially open its doors to visitors during the Spring Festival in 2026.

The project’s estimated investment exceeds 60 million yuan, and it covers an area of 30,000 square meters. The planning and design encompass two major sections: the “Powered Amusement Park” and the “Non-Powered Amusement Park.” The park will feature amusement facilities such as a Ferris wheel, pirate ship, go-karts, and glass water slides, creating a brand-new destination that combines family-friendly and leisure-oriented experiences.

Harbin City Yabuli "Dreamy Music Fairy Tale World"

It is reported that the project covers an area of 13,000 square meters and is planned to require an investment of 12 million yuan.
