1. Total investment: 3.25 billion

16 cultural and tourism projects signed in Longyan City





On November 6, the 6th Longyan City Cultural and Tourism Economy Development Conference for 2025 was held. A total of 16 key cultural and tourism projects participated in the centralized signing ceremony, with a total investment reaching 3.253 billion yuan. Covers areas such as scenic area development, hotel accommodations, cultural experiences, leisure and wellness, and the integration of culture and tourism.


Among them, Xinluo District Successfully Signs Agreements for 3 Projects: A total investment of 1 billion yuan China Longyan Forest Park New-Generation Productivity Enhancement Project; A total investment of 600 million yuan Shinra Dongil Hotel Project, A total investment of 200 million yuan Zijin Flower Sea, Qingxue Resort & Happy Valley Scenic Area Project.


Shanghang County successfully signed two projects: the "Shilihe Bay Ecological Common Prosperity Belt" cultural, sports, tourism, and commerce integrated complex project, with a total investment of approximately RMB 220 million, and the Shanghang County Yuxian Amino Acid Industry R&D and Longevity Vegetable Agriculture Common Prosperity Cultural Center project, with a total investment of about RMB 160 million.



2. Total investment of approximately 1 billion

Hubei Huangshi Signs Agreement for "Xian Dao Lake Swordsman Journey" Project





On November 4, Huangshi Daily reported that the "Xian Dao Lake Swordsman Journey" project in Huangshi, Hubei, has officially been signed and is now set to take root.

 12 cultural and tourism projects were signed on-site, with a total investment of 904 million yuan.



On October 31, the Guangdong Cultural Tourism Industry Investment Promotion Event titled "Stepping into Prefectures and Cities"—along with the Heyuan City "Lake+” Cultural & Tourism Investment Matchmaking Conference Centered Around Wanlv Lake—was held. Event venue 12 cultural and tourism projects were signed, with a total investment of 904 million yuan.


The projects include the Source City Bavarian Manor Comprehensive Improvement Project, the Dongyuan County Green Shipping Enhancement Project, the Dongyuan County "Huangtian Chacheng Xishi" Winery Construction Project, the Dongyuan County Liucheng Town Xiaba Village Agri-Culture-Tourism Development Project, the Dongyuan County Liucheng Town Rice Dream Workshop Project, the Heping County Fuliang Sports & Culture (Park) Block Improvement Project, the Longchuan County Agricultural Road Camellia Oil Industry Valley Project, the Zijin County Leli Zijin Cultural & Creative Project, the Zijin County Nanling Town Dexianlou 3A-Level Scenic Area Development Project, the Lianping County Shangping Town Secondary and Tertiary Industry Integration Development Project, the Jiangdong New Area Heyuan Cloud Valley Cultural & Sports Center Project, and the High-Tech Zone Bieyang Qinghuan (Heyuan) Project.



4. Total planned investment: 500 million
Guangdong Yuexi Polar Ice and Snow World (Phase I) Project Signed




On October 31, the signing ceremony for Guangdong Yuexi Polar Ice and Snow World (Phase I) project was held in Dianbai District, Maoming.


It is reported that the project is located on floors 1 to 4 of the commercial podium at the Dianbai Construction Industry Headquarters Base, featuring a total floor area of approximately 25,000 square meters and a total investment of 500 million yuan. Centered around the concept of an "immersive micro-vacation ice and snow world," the project is designed with five key modules: a themed competitive snow park, bio-research and educational tours, an enchanting ice and snow performance venue, a family-friendly hidden paradise, and the Z-Generation's multifaceted attraction called "Baina Chuan." By seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology with polar-inspired culture, the project aims to create a versatile ice and snow complex that combines entertainment, education, performing arts, and commerce into one dynamic experience.



5. Planned investment of 110 million

Huzhou Moganshan (Wuyang) Senlan Bay Amusement Park Project Signed Agreements

On November 1, the Moganshan (Wuyang) Senlan Bay Amusement Park project in Huzhou, Zhejiang, was signed.


According to reports, the Moganshan (Wuyang) Senlan Bay Amusement Park project plans to invest 110 million yuan and is expected to complete its first-phase construction by June 2026. The project will leverage the Ruijiawu Reservoir in Shuangyan Village to build an artificial sandy beach and a waterfront playground. Simultaneously, it will advance distinctive initiatives such as an aerial sightseeing cableway over the lake and thrilling natural river canyon rafting, creating a comprehensive water-themed park that combines canyon rafting, water sports, and scenic lake tours.



6. Total investment of 50 million

Handegate Mongolian Ethnic Township

Health and Wellness Tourism Project Signed





On October 31, the signing ceremony for the cooperation between Handegate Mongolian Township People's Government and Zhejiang Yinchuang Tourismbao Technology Co., Ltd. was held at the township government office.


It is reported that this collaboration precisely targets high-quality cultural and tourism resources within the township. Zhejiang Yinchuang Tourism Treasure Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest in developing a boutique homestay cluster centered around hot spring wellness, along with an accompanying commercial and cultural tourism complex, in the township area. Preliminary estimates put the total investment at 50 million yuan. Currently, the project site-selection process has been fully completed, laying a solid foundation for its swift implementation in the future.

It is reported that the "Wanli" project boasts a total investment exceeding 10 billion yuan, with a total development area of approximately 500,000 square meters. The project comprises three distinctive sectors: "Wanli·Wangfujing WellTown," "Wanli·Tingyun Town," and "Wanli·Nuolan Hotel," collectively offering a brand-new cultural and tourism experience designed for "all times, all places, and all ages." Among these, Wanli·Wangfujing WellTown features four core segments—culture and arts, sports and entertainment, global cuisine, and family-friendly activities—creating a multi-faceted, integrated commercial complex. Meanwhile, Tingyun Town adopts an open-block design, featuring several nationally first-ever flagship stores, including the China National Geographic Exploration Center, the Little Prince-themed amusement park, and Bad Market. The area will also introduce vibrant leisure venues such as live music venues, bars, and diverse dining options. Lastly, Wanli·Nuolan Hotel has crafted 329 uniquely designed guest rooms, alongside innovative dual social spaces—the "Art Box" and the "Crystal Box." These include an art-filled multipurpose hall, a column-free grand banquet hall, as well as the serene Nuolan Garden and a chic rooftop garden.



2. Total investment of 3 billion

Huangmei County's Nuobuyuan Cultural, Tourism, and Health-Care Integrated Development Project Commences Construction





On October 31, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Huangmei County Nuobuyuan Cultural, Tourism, and Health-Care Integrated Development Project was held at Nuobuyuan Park.


It is reported that the Nuobuyuan Cultural, Tourism, and Wellness Integrated Development Project has a total investment of 3 billion yuan, with the first-phase investment totaling 1.74 billion yuan and a total construction area of 142,700 square meters. Leveraging Nuobuyuan's unique ecological resources and rich cultural heritage, the project features a diverse integration of "mountain-water, Zen, tea, martial arts, and drama." Its overall plan adopts a functional layout structured around "one core, one axis, and three zones," creating immersive experiences such as resort stays, sightseeing tours, and wellness retreats. Additionally, the project aims to cultivate new tourism formats—including low-altitude flight activities, nature-based educational programs, outdoor adventure expeditions, and health-focused wellness therapies—while striving to become a comprehensive cultural and tourism destination that seamlessly blends Zen meditation and health practices, eco-tourism, and enriching cultural experiences.



3. Phase-one investment of 2.47 billion

Sichuan Ya'an Pandaland is expected to open on New Year's Day 2026.





On October 31, it was learned from the Ya'an Municipal Development and Reform Commission that One of the sub-projects under the construction of the Giant Panda National Park, the first-phase inaugural area of the 1869 China Giant Panda Ecological World—Panda Planet project—is now entering its final stages. Currently, all construction entities have completed their work and are now conducting on-site equipment debugging as well as processing special equipment safety permits. The park is expected to officially open during the 2026 New Year's Day holiday.


It is reported that, 1869 China Giant Panda Ecology World (Phase I) Covering an area of approximately 6.53 square kilometers, the project boasts a total investment of To 5.6 billion yuan, Featuring the 1869 Panda Performing Arts Center, the "Panda Planet" themed amusement park, a high-end panda-themed cultural resort hotel, a boutique cultural and creative commercial street, and related supporting facilities, the project aims to create an integrated cultural and tourism destination that combines panda-themed performances, immersive cultural experiences, leisure entertainment, eco-friendly vacations, and regional distribution functions. One of the investments amounts to approximately 2.47 billion yuan.



4. Total investment exceeds 2.2 billion

Zhoushan City Announces Latest Progress on Two Cultural and Tourism Projects





On November 4, Zhoushan released a message, announcing “The Sky City Project on Clouds, Stars, and the Vast Ocean” Progress of the Baosheng Cultural and Tourism Complex Project.


"The Sky City Project on Clouds, Stars, and the Vast Ocean" The cultural and tourism complex—boasting a total investment of approximately 2.2 billion yuan and strategically arranged along the rugged cliffs of the mine—is steadily advancing at full speed since construction began. To date, about 55% of the overall project has been completed. Scheduled to officially begin operations in the first half of 2027.


Baosheng Cultural and Tourism Complex Project: Construction began in May of this year, with a total of 1,393 piles required. So far, more than 900 piles have been completed. Currently, the pile foundation work is about 60%–65% complete, while the excavation support system is nearly 40% finished. Currently, the project's pile foundation work is expected to be completed from late November to early December, after which construction will move on to the basement phase. The project is scheduled to open in June 2028, and upon completion, it will offer approximately 1,000 guest rooms.



5. Total investment exceeds 500 million

The Intercontinental Resort Hotel project in Nan'ao County, Shantou, Guangdong Province, breaks ground.





On November 3, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the InterContinental Resort Hotel project on Nan'ao Island in Shantou City.


It is understood that the InterContinental Resort Hotel on Nan'ao Island in Shantou has a total investment exceeding 500 million yuan, aiming to create a luxurious resort hotel that seamlessly blends high-quality amenities, exceptional comfort, and cutting-edge natural experiences. Once completed, this project will not only fill the gap in high-end cultural and tourism accommodations on Nan'ao Island but also stimulate the growth of the entire industry chain—spanning dining, conventions and exhibitions, and island-based educational tours—thereby injecting strong momentum into elevating Nan'ao's vibrant cultural and tourism image.



6. Total investment of 500 million

Fujian Sanming: The Origin of the Long March (Ninghua) National Defense Military Camp

On November 3, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Sanming Changzheng Source (Ninghua) National Defense Military Culture & Creative Park project in Fujian.


It is understood that the project plans for a total investment of 500 million yuan, with an initial phase allocating 80 million yuan to build the National Defense Military Park. Leveraging Ninghua's "Red Legacy" as the "Starting Point of the Long March of the Central Red Army," the project aims to create a comprehensive cultural and tourism park that integrates national defense education, military experiences, and vibrant cultural-tourism integration.



7. Total investment of approximately 430 million

Huizhou Children's Park Phase I to Open at the End of December





On November 3, Huizhou released an announcement. Phase I of Huizhou Children's Park is set to open by the end of December. Meanwhile, the renderings for Phase II—the family-friendly playground—have been unveiled one after another, with plans to welcome visitors in May 2026.


It is reported that, Huizhou City Children's Park has a total investment of approximately 430 million yuan. The park covers a total site area of about 163,000 square meters and is being developed in two phases. Phase I is scheduled to open at the end of December. Phase II will feature a themed mechanical amusement park, the "Huizhou Star" Ferris wheel, a four-season snow-themed乐园, as well as nature-based educational workshops and a creative cultural craft space. Among these attractions, the 88-meter-tall "Huizhou Star" Ferris wheel boasts 36 panoramic, transparent gondolas, offering visitors a unique vantage point to take in the city's stunning views from above. Huizhou’s first—and currently only—outdoor four-season snow-themed乐园 will utilize cutting-edge snow-making technology, creating year-round snow-covered landscapes. Here, guests can enjoy icy thrills like snow slides, ice-carved castles, and even classic snowball fights!



8. Total investment of approximately 400 million

Chuxiong City The Yiran Plaza Cultural, Tourism, and Commercial Complex Project Breaks Ground





On November 5, the Yiran Plaza (Chuxiong) cultural, tourism, and commercial complex project—a joint venture between Chuxiong City Urban-Rural Investment Special Township Construction & Development Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Yiran Investment Holding Co., Ltd.—broke ground on the eastern side of the Qinglong River.


It is reported that the project boasts a total investment of approximately 400 million yuan, occupies a site area of 39.62 mu, and features a building footprint exceeding 52,000 square meters. At its core, the project is positioned to "break traditional retail boundaries and redefine urban consumption experiences," encompassing diverse sectors such as fashion, dining, entertainment, wellness, and education. Additionally, it will introduce a large-scale branded cinema and a premium supermarket, creating an integrated, multi-sectoral consumer lifestyle hub that caters to all age groups—all in one convenient destination.



9. Total investment is approximately 250 million.

Chongqing Kaizhou Announces Progress on 2 Projects





On November 5, according to "Kaizhou Release," the Xiangshuiwan Water Park project is currently 37% complete and is expected to open to the public in summer 2026. The Xiangshui Bay Camping Base is nearly complete and is now undergoing final finishing touches. Scheduled to open for trial operations before the 2026 Spring Festival.


Xiangshui Bay Water Park Covering 120 mu of land with an estimated total investment of about 200 million yuan, the park is themed "A Fantastic World in the Three Gorges, a Carnival on Hanfeng Lake," and features planned water-based amusement facilities such as a wave pool, a drifting river channel, and thrilling water slides.


Xiangshui Bay Camping Ground Land area 135 mu , the total estimated investment is 52 million yuan, with the primary construction focusing on 520 campsite spaces, including 288 self-service tent sites, 81 RV parking spots, and 151 beds in camping cabins. Additionally, supporting facilities such as service stations, container-style block areas, and parking lots will be built concurrently.



10. Total investment is approximately 218 million.

Zhoushan Baisha Island, Zhedong: The Dream Boat Culture and Tourism

The integrated complex project has begun construction.





October 31 The municipal slope project for the Baisha Island Dream Boat Cultural and Tourism Complex officially kicked off trial piling operations. This marks the project's full entry into the construction phase.


It is reported that the Baisha Island "Dream Boat" Cultural & Tourism Complex project plans to invest a total of approximately 218 million yuan. The project will occupy a total land area of 8,397 square meters, with a total floor area reaching 14,800 square meters. It will feature an international light-luxury themed resort hotel, complete with 95 guest rooms of various types, along with well-equipped facilities such as a lobby, restaurant, bar, fitness center, infinity pool, and a conference center. The development aims to create a new romantic wellness and leisure landmark, seamlessly blending health-focused vacations, cultural experiences, coastal sightseeing, and family-friendly activities into one vibrant destination.



11. Initial investment of 200 million

Dongguan City's Shijie Town Promotes the Integrated Development of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Industries in Rural Areas

Construction of the Supporting Facilities Project for the Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone Commences





November 6, News from the official release platform of Shijie Town. The supporting infrastructure project for the Demonstration Zone of Integrated Development of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Industries in Shijie Town, Dongguan City, aimed at achieving common prosperity, has officially begun construction.


It is reported that the project, centered around the vision of "Bay Area Agricultural Port & Water Town Rural Dream," aims to transform rural resources into tangible benefits for local residents by improving infrastructure and enhancing public services. The first phase of the project, with a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan, is jointly supported by government funding and special-purpose bonds. It spans Liangjia Village and Shayao Village, covering a total renovation area of 1,800 mu, and will establish a benchmark model for rural revitalization, integrating modern agriculture, eco-tourism, cultural experiences, and health-focused education and research initiatives.

Sichuan Langzhong Qili Binjiang "Happy World" Amusement Park

Expected to open during the 2026 Spring Festival





News reported on November 5: The core supporting project for Qili Binjiang Wetland Park in Langzhong City, Sichuan Province—the "Happy World" amusement park—is steadily advancing and is expected to officially open its doors to visitors during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday.


The project is estimated to require an investment of over 60 million yuan and will occupy a site area of 30,000 square meters. The planning and design encompass two major sections: the "Dynamic Amusement Park" and the "Non-Mechanical Amusement Park." It will feature a variety of attractions, including a Ferris wheel, pirate ship rides, go-karts, and glass water slides, creating a brand-new destination that combines family-friendly experiences with leisure activities.



13. Planned investment of 12 million

Harbin City's Yabuli "Dreamy Music Fairy Tale World"

Premiering expected in mid-November





On November 2, Harbin's cultural and tourism authorities announced that the main construction of the "Dreamy Music Fairy Tale World" cultural and tourism project—developed jointly by the Yabuli Management Committee of Harbin City and Heilongjiang Huayangnian Ski Sports Technology Development Co., Ltd.—has been completed. The project is expected to officially debut in mid-November.


It is reported that the project covers an area of 13,000 square meters and is planned to receive an investment of 12 million yuan. Crafting six major themed projects, including the classic ice fairytale musical "Alice in Wonderland," an indoor ice electronic music festival, and the Winter Grimm's Fairy Tale Ice Sculpture Exhibition, among others.



14. Construction Begins on Zhenhai District Comprehensive Sports Center Project in Ningbo, Zhejiang





On November 2, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Zhenhai District Comprehensive Sports Center construction project was held.


It is reported that the project The total land area is approximately 33,500 square meters. The total floor area is approximately 104,800 square meters, of which 58,800 square meters are above ground. The main construction projects include an indoor ski resort, a swimming pool, and supporting facilities such as ancillary buildings, as well as outdoor works like landscaping and road plazas. Transformed into a cultural, commercial, and sports complex integrating tourism, leisure, trendy play, and shopping experiences. Notably, the indoor ski resort will become the largest indoor skiing destination in eastern Zhejiang.



15. Longhu Xi'an Changle Tianjie

On November 3, Longhu Xi'an Changle Tianjie officially announced that it will have its grand opening on November 14.


It is reported that the project integrates headquarters economy, commerce, ecology, and residential functions into a single comprehensive development, serving a customer base of over 1.3 million people within the surrounding area. The commercial section is positioned as the "Lively Community Hub for Eastern City Residents," with plans to introduce nearly 300 carefully selected brands. Additionally, the project will highlight local and regional characteristics by creating distinctive spaces such as the "Urban Living Room" and the "Stone Path Alleys," offering consumers more shared areas and fostering relaxing, leisure-oriented lifestyle experiences.



16. Expansion of Shanghai Disney Resort's Fourth Hotel

It is reported that the expansion project will be located near the main entrance of Shanghai Disneyland, and upon completion, it will become the Disney hotel closest to the park—just a few steps away from entering the magical world of Disneyland. 17. Yangjiang City Jinshan Botanical Park Playground Completes Upgrade and Renovation

November 1, the upgraded and renovated Yangjiang City Jinshan Botanical Park Playground officially opens to visitors.

It is reported that, as an important supporting facility of Jinshan Botanical Park, the playground features a total of 19 attractions of various sizes and operates under an "open-access" model. Opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a special nighttime highlight: the park will activate its glowing light-and-shadow system after dark, creating an immersive experience for visitors.


18. Huainan Science and Technology Museum is expected to open in November

On November 3, news from the Huainan High-tech Zone Management Committee. The Huainan Science and Technology Museum has recently been fully completed and is now in the equipment installation and commissioning phase. It is expected to open for trial operations in November of this year.


It is reported that the Huainan Science and Technology Museum is located in Building D3 of the former Zhigao Industrial Park project in the Shan'nan New Area of Huainan City. The museum boasts a total floor area of approximately 16,500 square meters and features six major themed exhibition halls: Curiosity Land, The Principles of All Things, The Way of Nature, Public Safety, Energy Technology, and Cutting-Edge Innovation. In total, the museum houses around 317 exhibits (sets).



19. Beijing Red Mansion-themed Large-scale Immersive Experience

The "Banquet Beyond the Banquet" dining show opens its doors.





On November 2, Beijing's first large-scale immersive dining show with a Red Mansion theme, "Yan Wai Yan," officially opened.


According to reports, Yan Wai Yan revolves around four core themes—drama, banquet, scenery, and attire—and presents each guest with a uniquely crafted "plot-driven meal."
