To implement the important instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping on tourism work, stimulate innovation and creativity within the cultural and tourism industry chain, and further promote the cultivation and development of new-quality cultural and tourism productivity, the China Amusement Park Association, with approval from the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Central Social Work Department, is conducting activities in accordance with relevant regulations governing the evaluation and commendation of social organizations. "The China Amusement Ride & Park Association's Award for Innovative Enterprises in the Amusement Industry" evaluation and recognition event—relevant notice is as follows:

II. Award Categories and Selection Criteria

1. Innovative Amusement Equipment Enterprise ( 1) The submitted product meets the criteria for this year’s award selection and has already been launched in the market; the equipment manufacturing company behind the nominated product is legally registered with the government and has maintained a clean record, free from any violations or irregularities over the past three years.

( 2) Possessing independent R&D capabilities and proprietary intellectual property rights, these entities can effectively develop and deploy cutting-edge technologies, processes, materials, and applications, delivering innovative solutions that reflect the latest advancements in amusement equipment technology. They demonstrate strong forward-thinking, leadership, and creativity, while also wielding significant influence and serving as a notable benchmark within the industry.

( 3) The functional structure design and technical applications are reasonable, compliant with and meeting relevant domestic and international quality standards, while the technological level has reached either an internationally or domestically advanced benchmark.

( 4) The declared product demonstrates a strong application and demonstration effect, aligns with market demands, is replicable and scalable, and has yielded significant social and economic benefits.

2. Innovative Amusement Project Planning Company ( 1) The submitted project qualifies for this year’s award selection and has already been launched in the market; the company behind the nominated project is legally registered with the government and has maintained a clean record, free from any violations or irregularities over the past three years.

( 2) The projects/activities submitted for evaluation should be independently designed and completed by the applicant organization, possess independent intellectual property rights, demonstrate standardization and innovation, and must not exhibit any similarities or instances of plagiarism among comparable projects.

( 3) The project being submitted has a systematic safety management system, with no major safety incidents recorded in the past three years.

( 4) The proposed project demonstrates a strong application and demonstration effect, aligns with market demands, and has achieved significant social and economic benefits.

3. Innovative Enterprise in Amusement Park Operations ( 1) The proposed project qualifies for this year’s award selection; the participating company is legally registered with the government, has been operating the project for more than two years with no record of violations in the past two years, and enjoys widespread recognition and a strong brand reputation within the industry.

( 2) The participating companies have demonstrated outstanding performance and received recognition in areas such as revenue, profit, market share, and growth scale;

( 3) The participating companies have implemented significant innovative initiatives in various areas such as products, technology, management, talent, and development models, setting the pace for future industry trends.

( 4) The companies nominated have earned recognition from users across various sessions through their product quality and excellent service, demonstrating strong brand awareness and significant social influence.

4. Innovative Amusement Industry Enterprises ( 1) The submitted project qualifies for this year’s award selection and has already been launched in the market. The participating company is legally registered with the government, has been operating the project for more than one year without any legal violations in the past year, and enjoys widespread recognition and a strong brand reputation within the industry.

( 2) The participating enterprises have demonstrated significant innovative initiatives in areas such as business model integration, commercial models, and production factors, showcasing forward-thinking approaches that are set to lead future industry trends.

( 3) The proposed project demonstrates a strong application and demonstration effect, aligns with market demands, and has achieved significant social and economic benefits.

( 4) The project being submitted has a systematic safety management system, and there have been no major safety incidents recorded in the past three years.

4. Defense Session: February 7–13, 2026
