Greenland Group signs contract to build Chongqing Tongliang tourism project
On March 19, Greenland Group and the People's Government of Tongliang District, Chongqing signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will focus on cooperation on a series of projects, including Tongliang's tourism industry, modern mountain characteristic high-efficiency agriculture, and high-tech industrial park construction.

On the afternoon of March 25, Shilin County held an investment promotion project signing ceremony and cultural tourism industry promotion event themed "Building Dreams in Shilin, Leading the Future." 17 projects were signed at the meeting, with a total contract investment of approximately 3.2 billion yuan, promoting the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry and achieving a "successful start" in cultural tourism investment promotion.
This investment promotion conference signed a total of 17 projects, including the Ashima Immersive Performance, Shilin Wildlife Science Base, Azhdi Village Tourism Construction, and Xun Dian National Music Carnival. The total contract investment is approximately 3.2 billion yuan, covering multiple industries and formats such as cultural performances, science education and research, cultural experiences, scenic spot upgrades and renovations, rural tourism, green food processing, new building materials, and smart agriculture. These projects have a high degree of fit and strong relevance with Shilin's industrial layout, and will provide strong support for Shilin to accelerate the construction of an internationally renowned tourist destination, a modern characteristic agricultural base, and a new livable and workable city.

The project is located in Qingyuan Village, Dayang Town, Huangshanggan, and plans to start development from the Jinzhai Reservoir dam. The scenic area covers approximately 4,500 mu. The main construction content includes seven functional zones: entrance visitor center service area, canyon water world experience and sightseeing area, theme resort (homestay) service area, and animation world amusement area.
The Shouchang Town Shanfeng Village Luxury Campsite project has a total investment of 132 million yuan. The first phase of the project mainly covers the Gaotantian wetland park, the river island, and 10 mu of land in Datangbian. It mainly creates a luxury campsite and high-end homestays, and is equipped with supporting facilities such as catering and leisure.

On March 28, Wuzhishan City, Hainan Province, and Singapore SINGCO UNIQUE Company signed an investment agreement for the Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest Aviary project in Boao Lecheng.
According to the agreement, the total investment in the Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest Aviary and Animal Park project, signed this time, is approximately S$250 million (approximately RMB 1.3 billion). It is planned to be built into a flagship project and an external window showcasing the super rainforest boutique project, as well as a flagship project of Hainan Free Trade Port International Tourism Consumption Center.

Recently, the project plans for the Lu Xun's Former Residence Sanwei Bookstore area, Xinjian Road, and the area south of Xianhuan River were publicly announced online. As an important cultural landmark in Shaoxing, Lu Xun's Former Residence is about to undergo new changes. The project covers a total land area of 47 hectares, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, and is being developed and constructed by Shaoxing Lu Xun's Former Residence Co., Ltd.
According to the introduction, the Lu Xun's Former Residence comprehensive protection project will be implemented in the form of sub-projects. The project is divided into three areas: the Sanwei Bookstore area, the Xinjian Road and the area south of Xianhuan River, and the area north of Xianhuan River. The Xinjian Road and the area south of Xianhuan River are located east of the Xianhuan River in Tashan Street and east of Xinjian South Road. This area will feature experiential service-oriented businesses, creating a local characteristic food street. As SsangYong Outlets' second store in Zhengzhou, Zhengzhou SsangYong Outlets Erqi Store covers a total area of 190 mu, with a planned total investment of 2 billion yuan, aiming to create a benchmark for high-end brand outlets in Zhengzhou.

Shanxi Lao Chencu Experience Town to Officially Open on May 1st
Recently, Qingxu County, Shanxi Province, will invest approximately 300 million yuan to build a comprehensive experience town covering 51 mu (approximately 3.4 hectares), integrating cultural experience, leisure and health preservation, and industrial display—the Shanxi Lao Chencu Experience Town. The project will begin trial operation in late April and officially open on May 1st.
It is understood that the Shanxi Lao Chencu Experience Town is primarily positioned around cultural tourism, brand industry, and a new economy night market. Through six major system modules—"products, scenes, culture, merchants, backend, and capabilities"—it will deeply integrate surrounding tours, study tours, parent-child tours, and couple tours, driving the rapid development of the local cultural and tourism industry.
The town uses Shanxi vinegar culture as its theme to create an immersive cultural tourism and leisure street area, covering ten concepts: eating, drinking, playing, having fun, shopping, rest, shows, sports, entertainment, and health. The overall catering ratio combines currently popular themed restaurants, internet celebrity restaurants, and characteristic mainstream restaurants, incorporating some local brand restaurants, time-honored brands, and intangible cultural heritage restaurants.

Zhuanchang Cultural Tourism Integrated Complex Project Commences
On the morning of March 23rd, the Zhuanchang PARK1967 Cultural Tourism Integrated Complex project of Zhejiang Huzhou Su Zhiji Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. officially commenced.
It is reported that the project has a total investment of 150 million yuan, focusing on the transformation of the Qianjin Brick and Tile Factory in Nanxun, Huzhou, and will include cafes, bars, and art spaces. It is expected to be completed in September 2024. As a supporting project for the Yangtze River Delta Central Kitchen Industrial Park, the project will effectively optimize the northern appearance of Qianjin Town after completion.

March 25 Day, China Bidding and Tendering Public Service Platform Issued The announcement of the successful bidder for the "Feasibility Study Report Compilation Service Procurement (tentative name) for the Pude Fu Yunnan Dali International Resort Project" was released, with Shenzhen Hanfangyuan Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and Hualan Design (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly winning the bid, with a bid amount of 1.795 million yuan.
According to the bidding announcement, the scope of the feasibility study report compilation includes the international performing arts theme park project, the theme hotel and international hotel projects, the Dali City Shangguan area cultural tourism facilities comprehensive improvement and transformation project, and all related sub-projects. It requires the completion of the relevant compilation announcement within 30 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
18. Ruoqiang County Rural-Tourism Integration Development Project Commences
On the morning of March 26th, the opening ceremony for the Ruoqiang County rural-tourism integration development project was held at Shengshi Qiangnong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.
It is understood that this rural-tourism integration development project includes two parts: an ecological hotel project and a Gobi facility agriculture base project. After completion, it can increase 260 jobs. The company will improve farmers' scientific and technological literacy and increase market marketing experience through methods such as "training through practice", laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Ruoqiang facility agriculture.
19. Construction of the Taishan-Yellow River-Da Wenhe Cultural Tourism Ecological Corridor Officially Launched
On March 26th, the construction of the Taishan-Yellow River-Da Wenhe Cultural Tourism Ecological Corridor, with a total planned length of 777 kilometers, was officially launched. After completion, it will effectively connect Taishan Mountain, Culai Mountain, Lianhua Mountain, the Da Wenhe River, the Grand Canal, Dongping Lake, and the Yellow River.
The Phase 1 project launched that day includes the main line of 105 kilometers from Jiuxian Bridge to Yanxieba, Wenkou Street, and Daicunba to the Yellow River embankment, and the 93-kilometer branch line in the Culai-Wenhe Scenic Area. This mainly involves the upgrading and improvement of old roads, creating creative demonstration sections, and adding tourism elements. It is expected to be completed in October.
In addition, the second phase of the project will implement 24 kilometers of mainline and 95 kilometers of branch lines along the south bank of the Wenhe River and the west section of the Xiaoqinghe River embankment. The third phase will implement 68 kilometers of mainline from Yanxie Dam to Daicun Dam, widening the original 5-6 meter wide road surface to 12 meters, with main lanes and slow lanes, and is expected to be completed in May 2026. At the same time, the entire route plans to build 71 service stations, and cultural tourism, new energy, digital economy, health, ecological economy, agriculture and forestry, and land comprehensive development will be deployed along the route, building it into a "golden line project" that promotes high-quality economic and social development in the city.
20. Zhengzhou to Complete "Yellow River Ancient Capital" No. 1 Tourist Highway Next Year
On March 25, the Zhengzhou Municipal Government Office released the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Construction of Tourist Highways in Zhengzhou." By 2025, Zhengzhou will complete the "Yellow River Ancient Capital" No. 1 Tourist Highway, themed "Yellow River Soul, Ancient Capital Rhyme, Chinese Sentiment." A tourism highway network that is fully connected and provides high-quality services will be basically formed, achieving the goal of "individual, ten, hundred, thousand."
The "Plan" proposes that by 2025, 100 kilometers of mainline, 100 kilometers of branch lines, and 100 kilometers of connecting lines will be newly built or reconstructed. The plan will prioritize connecting high-traffic tourist areas (points) such as Songshan Shaolin Scenic Area, Kang Baiwan Manor, Zhengzhou Yellow River Cultural Park, Only Henan Drama Fantasy City, Zhengzhou Fantasi Tourism Resort, the Yellow Emperor's Hometown, and Yinji International Tourism Resort, as well as medium-traffic tourist areas (points) such as Gongyi Grottoes and Zhengzhou Yellow River Garden Mouth Tourism Area. The focus will be on promoting the "end" of the tourism highway network and solving the "last kilometer" problem.
21. Yellow River Culture-Hancheng Digital Tourism Integration Industrial Park Opens
On March 20, the Yellow River Culture • Hancheng Digital Tourism Integration Industrial Park, jointly built by Longmen International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Xingmiao Da Network Technology Co., Ltd., officially opened.
It is understood that the Hancheng Digital Cultural Tourism Industrial Park is located in the cultural center. With digital cultural tourism as its core, it focuses on three dimensions: digital industrialization, industrial digitalization, and tourism intelligence. It plans to attract a number of projects with strong driving force and demonstration effects in information technology services, film and television production, and cultural dissemination. The park will build a well-equipped entrepreneurial environment for enterprises and provide comprehensive policy guidance and assistance. According to the plan, the park will aim for the goal of a provincial-level digital cultural and creative industrial park, deepen the integration of "Internet + culture + tourism," and create a digital cultural tourism innovation and entrepreneurship highland based in Hancheng, empowering the entire province and radiating nationwide. Efforts will be made to transform the park into a new city landmark and an industrial landmark.
22. Ganzhou's Third Wanda Plaza is About to Top Out
According to reports, the progress of the Longnan Wanda Plaza project in Ganzhou, Jiangxi has been updated again: Currently, the basement has been completed, and 90% of the 1st floor has been completed. The reinforcement of the second floor is underway, and the construction of the three-story formwork is planned to begin immediately. The main structure is expected to be topped out in the first half of the year.
The Longnan Wanda Plaza project plans to build a three-story commercial complex with a partial four-story structure, covering a full range of business formats including retail, catering, supermarkets, entertainment, Wanda Cinema, children's playground, and experiences. After completion, it will comprehensively become a new city landmark and a new city business card for Longnan's commercial, leisure, and recreation center, playing an important role in improving regional supporting facilities, enhancing urban functionality, and making it convenient for citizens to shop, relax, and entertain.
23. Guangzhou Children's Park Continuation Project Expected to Open on "June 1st"
It is understood that the Guangzhou Children's Park continuation project is expected to open on "June 1st."
The project covers a total land area of approximately 283,200 square meters, with a renovation area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The newly built area is approximately 6,089 square meters, in addition to building exterior updates and landscaping. The project department actively responds to the call for a "child-friendly" city construction, and the design is based on a child-friendly perspective, considering children's scale, usage, and play needs, and improving the existing park's functional zoning and supporting service facilities.

The Project "Underwater Ode to the Goddess Luo" is About to Debut
Recently, staff at the Luoyang Longmen Oceanarium are rehearsing and adjusting the brand-new original performance project—"Underwater Ode to the Goddess Luo"—in preparation for the first performance during the Peony Culture Festival.
As Luoyang's first underwater real-scene performance, "Underwater Ode to the Goddess Luo" is originally created by the Longmen Oceanarium. Inspired by the description in "Ode to the Goddess Luo"—"Her form, like a startled swan, graceful as a swimming dragon. Glorious as autumn chrysanthemums, luxuriant as spring pines"—it is arranged and created using underwater dance performance forms. It seeks to use the dynamic and elegant characteristics of underwater performance to showcase the graceful beauty of the Goddess Luo's image, leading citizens and tourists to travel spiritually to the banks of the Luoshui River and experience the Heluo culture.
In terms of performance arrangement, three versions have been created: a three-person dance, a four-person dance, and a five-person dance, with solo and group dance performances interspersed. At the same time, combined with underwater peony scenery construction and underwater light shows, it creates an underwater visual experience of "Goddess Luo swimming among flowers, people and scenery complementing each other."
