From May 23 to 24, the Liangshan Cultural and Tourism Investment Promotion Conference was held in Xichang. A total of 23 projects were signed at the conference, with a total amount of 11.765 billion yuan. Among them, there were 6 formal agreements with an investment of 2.525 billion yuan; 17 framework agreements with a signed amount of 9.24 billion yuan.

On May 28, the "Investing in Anhui" 2024 Main Theme Release Conference was held in Hefei City. The Huangshan China Railway (Shanghai) Investment Group Tourism T1 Line Phase I Project participated in the main venue's concentrated signing ceremony, with a contract investment of 11.1 billion yuan.
The Huangshan Tourism T1 Line Phase I Project starts at the Huangshan North Station integrated transportation hub and ends at Tanjiaqiao, the east gate of the Huangshan Scenic Area, with a total length of approximately 43.71 kilometers. It has 9 stations along the line, connecting 7 scenic spots including Xixinan Ancient Village, Qiankou, Chengkan, Huangshan Scenic Area, and Emerald Valley. This project uses modern high technologies such as AI, AR, and VR, integrating related tourism formats into the train carriages, creating a diversified tourism experience train creative space, and building the country's first theme park on rails.

On the morning of May 24th, the Yangzhou Ecological and Livable City Construction Conference was held. Yangzhou City Control Group and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to jointly promote the construction of the Yangzhou Grand Canal "Ten-Mile Bund" comprehensive improvement project (Guyun River - Qili River).
It is understood that the "Ten-Mile Bund" comprehensive improvement project (Guyun River - Qili River) has a total investment of 8.079 billion yuan. Planned area 6.6 square kilometers. Construction includes ecological landscape improvement projects on both banks, water conservancy projects and supporting facilities. The main venue of this ceremony was located in Gaotang Town, Jiuniuling, at the site of the Mishan·Yangshuo International Sports and Leisure Resort project. This project has a total investment of 360 million yuan and will be built in two phases into an international outdoor mountain sports and leisure resort integrating sports, tourism, culture, experience, and entertainment. It is understood that, Aerophile Company of Paris, France is the owner of the well-known Little Prince theme park. Xisha Township Beizhuangbao Village Signs Immersive Cultural Tourism Project Agreement
On May 28, Xisha Township, Beizhuangbao Village, and Zhongji Technology Services Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement for the joint development of the 'Huai'an County Xisha Township Beizhuangbao Village Immersive Cultural Tourism Project'.
It is reported that this project aims to jointly create a model for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Centered on "culture + tourism," it combines traditional Chinese medicine cultural heritage courtyards, rural cultural heritage courtyards, and agricultural technology courtyards to foster new concepts, generate new products, and expand new formats. The first floor of the Ice and Snow World features a skiing area and a snow play area, while the second floor has an entertainment ice area. The temperature in the skiing and snow play areas is maintained at -5℃ year-round. Shandong Rizhao Baoshanwan Red Cultural Tourism Complex
and the Liangshan Happy Valley Rural Revitalization Project simultaneously commenced construction
On May 25, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Baoshanwan Red Cultural Tourism Complex project was held in Liangjiazhuangzi Village, Hubu Township, Wulian County.
It is understood that the Baoshanwan Red Cultural Tourism Complex project has a total investment of 280 million yuan and a total land area of about 312 mu. Phase one is the agricultural sector, covering 252 mu. It plans to build new intelligent glass greenhouses, new self-insulating building module solar greenhouses, and entrance gates, park water supply and drainage, and other park supporting facilities. Phase two is the health care sector, covering 60 mu, planning to build a health care apartment and supporting health care services.
The Liangshan Happy Valley Rural Revitalization Project also started construction at the same time. The project covers an area of 58 mu, with a planned investment of 100 million yuan. It plans to build three new intelligent glass greenhouses, ten 15-meter new self-insulating building module solar greenhouses, and carry out the renovation of Qiujiadianzi Village and the construction of the Qiushu Cultural Tourism Route. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will contribute strong impetus to Wulian's efforts to build a modern green low-carbon industrial cluster and help create a new situation of high-quality development in modern and beautiful Wulian.

On May 30, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Shangping Town Gukeng Village Peach Tourism Complex Project was held in Lianping County. The project adheres to the concept of "ecological priority and green development," making full use of the beautiful mountains and rivers and rich peach culture of Gukeng Village to create a unique tourism destination.
It is understood that the Shangping Town Gukeng Village Peach Tourism Complex project has a total investment of 360 million yuan. With the Yingzui peach industry as its core, it is a comprehensive tourism complex integrating catering, accommodation, entertainment, health and wellness, sightseeing, and vacation. While providing tourists with diverse tourism experiences, it also introduces advanced agricultural technologies and management models to promote the upgrading and development of the local agricultural industry. On May 27, the commencement ceremony for the Dongfang Jiuxi Hot Spring International Hotel Health Center project was held in Jingshan, Hubei.
It is understood that the Dongfang Jiuxi Hot Spring International Hotel Health Center project takes the health industry as its core, integrating diverse functions such as health, health preservation, elderly care, leisure, and tourism. With a total investment of 310 million yuan and a construction area of 20,000 square meters, including a 12,000-square-meter hot spring hotel and an 8,000-square-meter health center. The completion and operation of this project will help Jingshan accelerate the creation of an "ecological leisure, sports and health preservation" destination and a regional consumption center for cultural tourism and health, providing strong support for Jingshan's vigorous development of characteristic cultural tourism industries.

Hubei Zhangjiahu Agriculture, Culture, and Tourism Integration Project Commences Construction
On May 29, the commencement ceremony for the Zhangjiahu Agriculture, Culture, and Tourism Integration Project and the launch ceremony for the first annual sports carnival were held in Longbei Village, Jiu Zhen Town.
It is understood that the Zhangjiahu Agriculture, Culture, and Tourism Integration Project is located in Jiu Zhen Town. With a planned total investment of approximately 200 million yuan, it mainly relies on the ecological "treasure" of the Zhangjiahu National Wetland Park, combining the development of lake area ecological resources with the construction of beautiful countryside. Utilizing the five resources of "people, events, land, objects, and culture," it aims to create a national-level ecological tourism area integrating "ecology + health preservation + tourism + leisure + vacation." The project will be implemented over three years, with the first phase planning an investment of 60 million yuan to construct "Fisherman's Commune" and "Eight Immortals Commune" in Luling Village and Longbei Village respectively, expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Beijing Yanqing District plans to complete in 2026
World-class Great Wall Scenic Area
On May 27, the "Yanqing District Action Plan for Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Reply" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan") was released. Focusing on "one axis, three lines, and four zones," Yanqing will take the Badaling Great Wall as its core to create a world-class Great Wall scenic area, expected to be unveiled by the end of 2026. The Badaling Town at the foot of the Great Wall will work in coordination with the Great Wall area. In terms of Great Wall repairs, the research-based repairs of the Dazhuangke Great Wall will be completed by the end of this year.
It is understood that this "Action Plan" clearly states that the Great Wall scenic area will mainly be constructed around "one axis, three lines, and four zones". "One axis" is the Badaling Great Wall scenic area's connecting axis. By the end of 2026, the cultural themed trail from the Badaling Great Wall to the Juyongguan Great Wall (Yanqing section) will be opened, creating a large Great Wall scenic area, with the Yanqing section's open area reaching 10% of the total length of the Great Wall in the district.

On May 30, the Taiyuan Municipal Government Information Office held a series of press conferences on "Taiyuan's Accelerated Construction of a National Regional Center City," introducing the situation regarding Taiyuan's construction of a major domestic and international cultural tourism destination.
It is understood that Taiyuan City, focusing on the goal of building a major domestic and international cultural tourism destination, is making every effort to build leading scenic areas. The Jinshi Tianlongshan National 5A-level tourist scenic area is progressing smoothly, the Taiyuan Botanical Garden has successfully been created as a national 4A-level tourist scenic area, Jinyuan District has passed the provincial-level acceptance of the first batch of cultural tourism and health preservation gathering areas, Senqi Town and Taiyuan Ancient County have been awarded the title of provincial-level cultural tourism and health preservation demonstration areas, and Yingze District, Jinyuan District, and Xishan Demonstration Area have been selected as provincial-level cultural tourism industry integration demonstration areas. Currently, Taiyuan City is accelerating the construction of projects such as the Zhonglou Street Phase III, Taiyuan Ancient County Phase II, Jinyangli Phase II, and Senqi Town Phase II. It is also actively promoting the transformation of the Changjinglou and Gulou areas and the protection and utilization of the Dongsandao Alley historical and cultural street, creating new hotspots for Fucheng's nighttime consumption, and vigorously promoting the landing of the Jinyang Lake cultural tourism, sports, and commercial large-scale comprehensive project to enhance the vitality of Jinyangli. China Resources Land Hefei Baohe Mixc Opens
On May 25, China Resources Land Hefei Baohe Mixc opened. Hefei Baohe Mixc is a regional benchmark commercial complex jointly created by China Resources Land and Hefei Urban Construction, and it is also the fifth shopping center that China Resources Land has established in Hefei.

Jilin Changbaishan Huameishengdi Resort
International Exploration Theme Park expected to open in August
May 23, according to Changbaishan Huameishengdi Resort. It is expected that from June to August this year, Changbaishan Huameishengdi will fully unveil three brand-new parks: the International Adventure Theme Park, the Go-Kart Park, and the Non-motorized Park.

It is understood that the Yangxi Hilton Hotel project is a five-star hot spring hotel project under the Hilton Group, with a total development area of more than 130 mu, located on the north bank of the Zhizao River.
