On June 1, the 2024 Tai'an City Cultural Tourism Industry High-Quality Development Conference held a signing ceremony for Tai'an cultural tourism projects.
At the conference, 11 key cultural tourism projects across the city were centrally signed, with a total investment of 11.87 billion yuan. Huoshaoping Tourist Resort Project Signing
On June 7, Changyang signed an agreement with Wuhan Mulan Grassland Tourism Development Co., Ltd., officially launching the Huoshaoping Tourist Resort project with a total investment of 5.06 billion yuan.
The Huoshaoping Tourist Resort will leverage the unique alpine climate and meadow resources of Huoshaoping Township to create a large-scale tourism complex integrating a grassland-themed scenic area, leisure resort, and health and wellness community. This project is benchmarked against national-level tourist resorts and is planned and constructed in three phases, aiming to accommodate 800,000 tourists annually.

2 Cultural Tourism Projects Signed in Huangpi
On May 29, Changxuanling Street in Huangpi District signed two cultural tourism projects with a total investment of 1.001 billion yuan.
It is reported that the two cultural tourism projects settled in Changxuanling Street are the Wuhan Mulan Longfeng Ancient Town Tourist Resort Project and the Mofu Ecological Agricultural Tourism Sightseeing Project.
The Wuhan Mulan Longfeng Ancient Town Tourist Resort Project is invested and built by Wuhan Weiye Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a total planned area of 7,000 mu and a total investment of 826 million yuan. It is designed to be a comprehensive leisure resort with multi-functional facilities including a comprehensive service area, waterfront leisure and entertainment area, leisure agricultural picking area, children's fun valley entertainment area, farming culture experience area, and agricultural-forestry-tourism integrated development area. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual sales of about 100 million yuan.
The Mofu Ecological Agricultural Tourism Sightseeing Project is invested and built by Hubei Feichuang Zhaoyang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., with a planned area of 200 mu and a total investment of 175 million yuan. The project's overall plan forms six major functional sections: a pastoral parent-child resort area, pastoral farming and reading experience area, waterfront fishing area, specialty picking area, and under-forest camping area. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual sales of about 30 million yuan.

12 Key Projects Signed with Tunxi District
On May 31, the 2024 Huangshan City Cultural Tourism New Products Release and Tunxi District Key Projects Signing Ceremony was held at Huangshan Xiangming Hotel.
It is understood that a total of 2.37 billion yuan in projects were signed at this event, including Longfu Area Rural Revitalization Project, "International Reception Hall" Multi-Village Revitalization Pilot Hall Project, Huangshan·Anxianghao Project, etc. 12 key projects signed with Tunxi District. Concurrently, 16 projects, including the comprehensive renovation of the Xin'an River Tunxi section and the "International Reception Hall" core area quality improvement EOD in Tunxi District for Q2 2024, and the first phase of Huizhou village protection and utilization, commenced construction, with a total investment of 4.22 billion yuan.

On June 6, the 2024 Cool Ningshan Tourism Season and Investment Promotion event was held in Beijing. Eight key projects were successfully signed, with a total investment of up to 1.374 billion yuan.
It is reported that a centralized signing ceremony for key tourism and homestay projects took place on-site. Eight projects were successfully signed, including the Shengfeng Tea-Tourism Integration Project, Samsung Health and Wellness Complex Project (Phase II), Jiangkou Hui Town Hot Spring Hotel Project, Ningshan County Wenshuipan Ecological Tourism Project, Ningshan County Huangguan Town Xinglong Rural Complex Project, Ningshan County Yunxigu Project, Yuwan Yigu Hot Spring Resort Community Project, and Tianhuashan Forest Health and Wellness Base (Phase II).

On the afternoon of May 27, the "Xinjiang is a Good Place" 2024 Xinjiang International Travel Merchants Conference was held. At the project signing ceremony, the Gaochang District People's Government signed cooperation agreements with Xinjiang Guangxinnengyuan Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jiebaoni Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., with a signing amount of 600 million yuan.
Gaochang District will jointly develop the Aiding Lake Scenic Area's underwater ancient village—the Wu Ban Weiyang Cultural Tourism Industry key project—with Guangdong Jiebaoni Culture and Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. This project will delve into Turpan's rich cultural tourism resources, transforming Turpan's cultural heritage into commercial value through creative planning and refined operation.

On June 4, the Shanhe Cultural Tourism and Health Resort Project officially signed and settled in the Feicheng High-tech Zone, Shandong Province.
It is reported that the Shanhe Cultural Tourism and Health Resort Project has a total investment of 500 million yuan and aims to create a comprehensive base integrating cultural tourism and health and leisure. Utilizing the resource advantages of six villages in the northern mountainous area of Feicheng High-tech Zone, especially the barren hills, farmland, and reservoirs of Luozhuang Village, the project covers an area of over 1,000 mu, providing tourists with a unique natural experience. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed within 36 months, covering the construction of cultural tourism facilities and the initial construction of the health resort.

On June 6, the mobilization meeting for the creation of the Guyan Huaxiang National Tourism Resort was successfully held. A large number of cultural tourism projects were signed on-site, including Shanhai Xingqiu, the "19th Du PARK" art and cultural commercial street project, the Freedom Hill International Boutique Mall project, Wendong Cultural Brand, and the National Tide Digital Beauty Museum, with a total investment exceeding 300 million yuan.
It is reported that the most eye-catching project is the "19th Du PARK" art and cultural commercial street project, with a total area of 24,300 square meters. This project will integrate the resources of the Huaxiang Fengqingyuan community in Dagangtou Town to create a large-scale art and cultural commercial street.

On June 4, the District Agriculture and Rural Bureau held a successful investment promotion and cooperation signing ceremony with Jilin Senlong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.
It is reported that the Yongchun Town Senlong Ecological Park is located in Nongfeng Village, Yongchun Town. The project will be implemented in two phases, with a total estimated investment of 60 million yuan. The first phase of the project has already started construction, with 31 high-standard solar greenhouses and 32 solar greenhouses built, with a total construction area of 78,724 square meters, reaching the national level four-level park standard, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. On the morning of May 28, Beibu Gulf Port Group and Wanwu Cloud Space Technology Service Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Nanning The agreement is a practical measure to help Nanning build an international tourism consumption center city and an international metropolis open to ASEAN cooperation.
It is reported that, according to the agreement, Beibu Gulf Port Group and Wanwu Cloud will jointly build "Beigang Yujangtai" into Guangxi's first light luxury cultural tourism commercial complex integrating shopping, leisure, food, and entertainment, with light luxury brands as its matrix. On June 2, the Henan Tianzhong Lake Cultural Tourism EOD project officially commenced construction in Dengfeng City.
It is understood that the project covers a total area of approximately 3,500 mu, with a total estimated investment of approximately 4.79 billion yuan. On May 31, the pure commercial plot of Changsha International Convention and Exhibition New City (Changsha Free Trade Zone Convention and Exhibition Area) was successfully awarded to Shanshan Commercial Group. Changsha Shanshan Outlet Commercial Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanshan Commercial Group, won the [2024] Changsha No. 021 plot at the reserve price of 343.12 million yuan, marking the official establishment of the Shanshan (Changsha) International Brand Plaza (Outlet) project.
According to previous reports, the Shanshan (Changsha) International Brand Plaza (Outlet) project plans a total investment of over 2 billion yuan, with a construction volume of over 200,000 square meters. It is planned to be completed and opened in September 2025. The project will combine local Changsha cultural characteristics with Shanshan Outlet's classic "∞" shaped traffic flow to create a new type of street commercial area.

June 3, Yichun SASAC Released a message. Currently, the Fantasi Water Park has been completed, and the Bear Haunted Park has entered the final stage of construction, Equipment debugging is underway. The civil engineering of the Bear Haunted project has been basically completed and has entered the equipment installation and decoration stage. Among them, the comprehensive pipe network is 95% complete, the garden construction is 95% complete, and the air conditioning and fire protection, greening, and decoration projects are 95% complete. All parties involved in the project are orderly advancing a series of opening preparations, including project construction and marketing promotion, in accordance with the opening requirements.
It is understood that the Yichun Fantasi Theme Park project is a key cultural tourism project introduced by the Yichun Municipal Government. Located in the Yichun Flower Expo Park, the project has a total investment of approximately 1.8 billion yuan and includes the Bear Haunted project and the Bear Haunted Water World project. It is jointly invested and constructed by Yichun Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Huachang Fantasi Group.

Shaanxi Fengxian Phoenix City Cultural Tourism Resort Project Officially Commences Construction
On the afternoon of June 4, the Fengxian 2024 second-quarter key project centralized commencement ceremony was held at the Phoenix City Cultural Tourism Resort project site in Shuangshipu Town.
It is understood that the Phoenix City Cultural Tourism Resort project is a foreign investment project in Fengxian County. Located south of Fenghe Mountain and north of the Jialing River, the project covers an area of 108 mu and is mainly divided into two areas: a five-star hotel and ecological residences. The total investment is 1.2 billion yuan. The project is invested and constructed by Baoji Jianan Group and is Fengxian County's first integrated high-end urban complex integrating a four-star hotel, commercial shopping, health and fitness, and ecological residences. After the project is completed, it will greatly drive the development of the Daping area, stimulate high-quality development of the county's economy, continuously enhance urban service functions, improve urban quality, and is expected to achieve 15 million yuan in annual tax revenue and provide more than 500 jobs.

On May 30, the commencement ceremony for the Cai Lun's Homeland Scenic Area National 5A-level Scenic Area Upgrading Project in Leiyang City, Hengyang City, Hunan Province was held in Cai Lun Bamboo Sea.
The Cai Lun's Homeland Scenic Area National 5A-level Scenic Area Upgrading Project in Leiyang City has a total investment of 489 million yuan and a construction period of 3 years. After completion, it will effectively improve the quality of the scenic area, highlight the characteristics of Cai Lun culture, and enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the scenic area.
Emei Mountain A: Plans to use 118 million yuan of surplus raised funds
To renovate the Jinding cable car
On May 31, Emei Mountain Tourism Co., Ltd. issued an announcement announcing the completion of some fundraising projects and the permanent replenishment of surplus raised funds to working capital and the change of the use of some raised funds.
Emei Mountain Plan A will use the remaining raised funds of 22,102,900 yuan to permanently supplement the working capital of Hongya Emei Xueya Tea Co., Ltd. The remaining 118 million yuan originally planned for the "Emei Mountain Tourism and Culture Center Construction Project" will be invested in the Jinding Cableway renovation and upgrading project.
It is understood that the total investment in the Jinding Cableway renovation and upgrading project is 350 million yuan, with a planned use of 118 million yuan in raised funds and 232 million yuan in own funds. The project's expected annual operating income is 213 million yuan, with an annual net profit of 130 million yuan, and a post-tax investment payback period of 4.37 years.

Construction of the Anhui East Huangshan Huiyun Health and Wellness Rural Complex Project Commences
On the morning of June 2nd, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Anhui East Huangshan Huiyun Health and Wellness Rural Complex Project was held in Gaojia Village, Baidi Town.
It is understood that the total planned investment for the East Huangshan Huiyun Health and Wellness Rural Complex Project is approximately 120 million yuan, divided into three phases. The first phase plans to invest approximately 40 million yuan, constructing facilities including a visitor reception center, health and wellness resort guesthouses, and restaurants, as well as an outdoor activity area with a sunny lawn and an organic fruit and vegetable planting and picking experience base. The second phase plans to invest approximately 60 million yuan, mainly constructing a courtyard-style guesthouse resort base to further enhance the project's reception capacity. The third phase plans to invest 20 million yuan, using leased land to construct 20 finished wooden houses and 20 RV campsites to create a personalized vacation experience base.

Construction Project Commences
On the morning of June 4th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Heping Ancient Town Integrated Cultural Tourism and Research Base construction project was held in Heping Town.
It is reported that the project has a total investment of approximately 50 million yuan. It aims to transform and construct the former Shaowu No. 2 Middle School, covering an area of 55 mu and a building area of 11,067 square meters, into a research base for conducting national studies research and educational social practice. Fujian Fuzhou Octonauts Theme Park
Striving for July 1st Opening
On June 4th, according to Fuzhou Evening News, the first theme park in China officially authorized by the animated film "Octonauts" is striving to open on July 1st this year. This is the Octonauts theme park located in Gui'an Flower Sea Expansion Park.
It is reported that this theme park is a comprehensive theme park based on the well-known animated film "Octonauts". The entire park covers an area of more than 40 mu, with an investment of 25 million yuan. As of now, this theme park's restaurants, convenience stores, and visitor centers, main structures have been completed. Carousel, bubble machines, and other small amusement facilities have been installed. Undersea Adventure World, 200-meter water slide, and the Octopus Adventure Castle, large-scale amusement infrastructure is taking shape.

Will Officially Open on July 11th
News on June 7th: Club Med announced that its new Mediterranean Neighborhood · Heilongtan Resort will officially open on July 11th, marking the first resort in the west for the Mediterranean Neighborhood product line.
It is reported that the Mediterranean Neighborhood · Heilongtan Resort is located in the China Railway Heilongtan International Tourism Resort in Heilongtan Town, Renshou County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, adjacent to the 4A-level scenic area of Heilongtan. As the core ecological hinterland of Chengdu and Meishan, Heilongtan Scenic Area was designated a national wetland park in 2019. The resort is located here, with the architecture and landscape closely integrated, creating a natural, orderly, simple, and vibrant architectural landmark.
The resort has 350 guest rooms and several restaurants and bars of different styles. On June 1st, the Beijing Maya Beach Water Park officially opened.
It is reported that the Beijing Maya Beach Water Park covers an area of 55,000 square meters and is built next to the landmark building Crystal Holy City of Beijing Happy Valley. The water park features 13 popular top-level amusement facilities, including a water storm roller coaster, a super custom big horn, and a whirlwind wave board. Construction of the Guangdong Jiangmen Low-Altitude Cultural Tourism Town Project Commences
On June 1st, Xiaopeng Heitian signed a contract with Xichangxing Cultural Tourism Company, with the latter pre-ordering 100 split-type flying cars, "land carriers," and making an advance payment. Xiaopeng Heitian announced the commencement of construction of the Jiangmen Low-Altitude Cultural Tourism Town project.
According to the introduction, the low-altitude cultural tourism town project includes low-altitude flight experiences, flying car displays, flying car maintenance, scenario simulation interaction, popular science research and study trips, flight personnel training, and supporting leisure and entertainment facilities.
Chengdu Florence Town Phase III Project Opens
On June 6th, the Chengdu Florence Town Phase III project officially opened.
As the first large-scale high-end boutique town in Southwest China with an Italian style, Florence Town is inspired by classic Italian architectural styles. Through the application of classic Italian elements such as square fountains and monumental buildings, it presents Florence during the Roman and Renaissance periods. In 2019, it was rated as a 3A-level scenic area. In 2023, the town received over 3.7 million tourists, with tourists from Chengdu's five urban areas accounting for 50%, and attracting a large number of tourists from other provinces to visit and shop.
Hohhot Original Junma Detergent Factory
Urban Renewal Cultural Tourism Project Starts
On the morning of June 2nd, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yuquan District Yujunfang Detergent Factory urban renewal cultural tourism project was held in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. The original Junma Detergent Factory will be built into a new demonstration project for the transformation of old factory areas in the entire autonomous region.
It is understood that the project is positioned to transform industrial heritage into a four-in-one theme park. Relying on the industrial heritage and excellent historical buildings in the factory area, it will create a cultural industry complex integrating various business formats, including a garden banquet art center, a parent-child square, and a wedding customs exhibition hall. Based on focusing on diversified cultural industries, it will create a cluster of creative business formats, shaping it into a new landmark for the capital's cultural industry and a new benchmark for urban leisure and trendy tourism.
Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition "Tianfu Eye" Ferris Wheel Officially Opens
On June 1st, the "Tianfu Eye" Ferris wheel at the main venue of the Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition officially opened. It is reported that the Ferris wheel has 30 gondolas, each with a capacity of 8 people, and takes about 20 minutes to complete one rotation.
The 88-meter-high Ferris wheel has a human-shaped structure on its main facade, with various components connected by flange bolts. The design is novel and the structure is simple. The Ferris wheel turntable is an all-cable structure, composed of rollers and steel cables. The overall structure is scientific and reasonable, with a simple and generous appearance, full of a sense of technology and power. It is the tallest facility at the main venue of the Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition. In addition, the gondolas are equipped with air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, wireless intercoms, ambient lighting, and interior seats, making them more modern and user-friendly while ensuring safety.
As one of the landmarks of the park, the Ferris wheel uses a large circular screen to display the blooming of hibiscus flowers, reflecting the logo of the World Horticultural Exposition. At night, it can achieve diverse colorful changes, using electronic fireworks to illuminate the main venue's brilliance, creating a beautiful and magical interactive performance scene.
The Main Body of the "Suzhou Eye" Ferris Wheel Successfully Completed
On June 2nd, the main body of the "Suzhou Eye" Ferris wheel, located in the Jinji Lake Scenic Area of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, was officially completed. The Ferris wheel was designed and built by Juma Group.
It is reported that the "Suzhou Eye" Ferris wheel is 128 meters high and has 28 rotating space capsule gondolas, each with a capacity of 25 people. It adopts personalized space design and modern and fashionable themes to meet the customized needs of different groups of people. At the same time, the project fully considers the unique geographical location of Jinji Lake and its profound Wu culture, cleverly integrating the unique natural scenery with modern commercial elements. It is expected to be open to the public by the end of 2024.
Chongqing Hanhai Ocean Park
New Coral Theme Pavilion Opens on June 8th
On June 5th, according to news from Chongqing Hanhai Ocean Park, the park's newly installed coral single-unit tank has been prepared and will officially open to the public on June 8th. This is currently the largest coral single-unit tank in Chongqing.
It is reported that the coral single-unit tank at Chongqing Hanhai Ocean Park has a total water volume of 66 cubic meters, is 13.5 meters long, 2 meters high, and 1.7 meters deep. Currently, the entire coral theme exhibition area exhibits a total of 27 colorful coral species, 14 of which belong to the national second-level protected animal stony coral.
21. "Damai Farmer · Nanyang" Agricultural Cultural Tourism Park Opens
On June 1st, an important supporting project of the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center—the "Damai Farmer · Nanyang" agricultural cultural tourism park—held a trial operation opening ceremony.
It is reported that "Damai Farmer · Nanyang" is located in Nanyang Street, Xiaoshan District, north of Phase I of the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, covering an area of about 365 mu, including more than 200 mu of farmland. Aiming to be the "back garden" of Zhejiang's "largest meeting room," the agricultural cultural tourism park will improve the surrounding environment of the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center and enhance its supporting functions.

Erbin Jiang Shang Da Wutai Expected to be Completed on June 7th
On June 4th, Harbin Ice and Snow World Company learned that the much-anticipated "Meet · Harbin" immersive performance on the Songhua River stage is 80% complete and is expected to be fully completed on June 7th; the construction of the audience viewing area is 60% complete; and night lighting arrangements and debugging have begun.
It is understood that the "Meet · Harbin" immersive performance on the Songhua River is a large-scale real-scene performance on the Songhua River in Harbin, created by Harbin Ice and Snow World Co., Ltd., to continue the popularity of winter tourism and meet the trend of integrated cultural and tourism development and the expectations of the people. The stage for the "Meet · Harbin" immersive performance is built along the Songhua River, with three barges forming the stage base, creating the first large stage on the Songhua River using barges as a carrier, with audience seating built on the bank.
