On the evening of May 24, the 2024 Liaoning Provincial High-Quality Cultural, Sports and Tourism Integration Development Conference was held in Dalian. At the conference, 30 major cultural, sports and tourism projects in Liaoning Province were signed, with a total investment of 53.2 billion yuan. On the evening of May 20, the 2024 "May 19 China Tourism Day" Chongqing (Wulong) sub-venue and the launching ceremony of the Wulong Tourism 30th Anniversary series of activities were held at Xinglong Square in Wulong District.

Huangshan Tourism T1 Line Phase I Project Signed
On May 28, the "Investing in Anhui" 2024 Main Theme Release Conference was held in Hefei City. The Huangshan China Railway (Shanghai) Investment Group Tourism T1 Line Phase I Project participated in the concentrated signing ceremony at the main venue, with a total investment of 11.1 billion yuan.
The Huangshan Tourism T1 Line Phase I Project starts from the Huangshan North Station integrated transportation hub and ends at Tanjiaqiao, the east gate of the Huangshan Scenic Area, with a total length of about 43.71 kilometers. There are 9 stations along the line, connecting 7 scenic spots including Xixinan ancient village, Qiankou, Chengkan, Huangshan Scenic Area, and Emerald Valley. This project uses modern high technologies such as AI, AR, and VR, integrating relevant tourism industries into the train carriages, forming a train cultural and creative space with diversified tourism experiences, and creating the first theme park on the rails in China.

Among them, the Guangzhou Zhengjia Maofengwan Tourism and Cultural Scenic Area project, invested by Guangzhou Zhengjia Group with 2.5 billion yuan, is located in Suifeng Village, Taihe Town, Baiyun District. It covers an area of approximately 600 mu and has a construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The plan includes multiple sections such as forest + tourism, nature education, forest health preservation, red culture, national defense education, and a national-level biological landscape greenhouse and wetland park. It aims to create a national 5A-level tourist scenic area and a world-class cultural tourism destination with multiple content presentations, multi-scenario coverage, multi-industry integration, unique ingenuity, and uniqueness, as well as a new benchmark for cultural tourism industry integration in the Greater Bay Area and even the whole country, and a new model for rural revitalization and the "Hundred Million Ten Thousand" project.
The new Nanhu Amusement Park uses the New History Galaxy No. 983 parallel universe creation of the Yuan Earth Star Gate Special Zone as its background to create "Nanhu Park NH983," the first metaverse scenario-based amusement theme park in China. Tourists will enter a real-scene science fiction game world that combines online and offline elements. They will activate camp missions through interactions with different amusement equipment, performances, and NPCs, explore together, collect story fragments, and complete missions. The first phase of the park is planned to begin trial operation in December 2024. The second phase of the project is under planning and will create amusement groups of "multiple digital worlds" to further enrich the park's immersive science fiction experience.

On the morning of May 13, the signing ceremony for the Poyang Lake "Three Zones and One Line" cultural tourism investment development and operation project was held.
It is understood that the Poyang Lake "Three Zones and One Line" cultural tourism investment development and operation project refers to the Nanshan National Tourism Resort in Duchang County, the Oriental Bermuda Scenic Area, the Luyang Ancient City Scenic Area, and the creation of a high-quality Poyang Lake waterway tourism route. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, covering an area of 112 square kilometers within Duchang County. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will have an investment of 5.2 billion yuan and will include 28 major cultural tourism construction projects. The project will effectively link Lushan, Jingdezhen, Nanchang, and the surrounding Poyang Lake cultural tourism development, integrating functions such as landscape sightseeing, waterfront leisure, and waterfront vacation, and striving to create a Poyang Lake tourist destination and a characteristic Chinese cultural tourism destination.

On the morning of May 24, the Yangzhou Ecological and Livable City Construction Conference was held. Yangzhou City Control Group and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to jointly promote the construction of the Yangzhou Grand Canal "Ten-Mile Bund" comprehensive improvement project (Ancient Canal - Qili River).
It is reported that the "Ten-Mile Bund" comprehensive improvement project (Ancient Canal - Qili River) has a total investment of 8.079 billion yuan. Planned area 6.6 square kilometers. Construction content includes two banks ecological landscape improvement project, water conservancy projects and supporting facilities. The main venue of this ceremony was located in Gaotang Town, Jiuniuling, where the Mishan Yangshuo International Sports and Leisure Resort project is located. This project has a total investment of 360 million yuan and will be built in two phases into an international outdoor mountain sports and leisure tourism resort integrating sports, tourism, culture, experience, and entertainment. Other projects that were concentratedly opened, completed, and signed include the first phase of Yangshuo County's Mountain Song and Dance Culture IP, the Yulong River smart system of Wisdom Love Travel Yangshuo, Yangshuo County Yuehe Agricultural Industrial Park, Yangshuo Hilton Garden Inn, Phase 1 of Yangshuo County Bus Station, the main bridge of the Lijiang Bridge in Fuli Town, Yangshuo County, the renovation and expansion of the Yangshuo County water supply network, the 300-megawatt agricultural greenhouse photovoltaic power generation in Yangshuo County, drainage and flood prevention facilities in the west area of Yangshuo County, and other projects, covering cultural tourism industry, smart management, social livelihood, infrastructure, and industrial development.

On the morning of May 15, the "Shaanxi-Gansu Family, Hand in Hand for Mutual Benefit" Gansu Province Investment Promotion and Signing Conference, hosted by the Gansu Provincial Government and undertaken by the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Gansu Culture and Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd., was held in Xi'an.
At the project signing ceremony that day, a total of 49 investment cooperation projects were signed, with a total investment of 13.238 billion yuan, mainly involving culture and tourism, new energy, and biomedicine. On the afternoon of May 11, Zhuhai Wanshan Marine Development Pilot Zone and Beijing Qiangyou Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement for an island tourism, residence, and health care project. Both parties plan to jointly create a high-standard island tourism, residence, and health care project in the Wanshan Islands (Guishan Island, Dongao Island, and Wai Lingding Island), integrating tourism sightseeing, leisure vacations, cultural experiences, and health care.
It is reported that the total investment in the island tourism, residence, and health care project is 2.78 billion RMB. The project will mainly develop integrated industries such as health care, commerce, and hotels, and plans to introduce low-altitude sightseeing, water sports, and diving experiences to meet the diverse needs of tourists. At the same time, the project plans to develop life science health care, tourism residence, and a unique island-themed tour, creating a comprehensive tourism product that combines unique island features with health care themes.

On May 17, Beihai City held the 2024 Beihai Cultural Tourism Industry Scene Opportunities Release and Investment Promotion Conference. On the afternoon of May 9, Guangzhou Huadu District Jinchan Gorge Ecological Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Lian'an Village, Huadong Town held a signing ceremony for the "Huadong Town Jinchan Gorge Ecological Tourism Project" in the East Conference Room on the third floor of the town government.
It is understood that the Jinchan Gorge Ecological Tourism Area is located in Lian'an Village, Huadong Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou City. The project is positioned as the "First All-Age-Friendly 'Sports + Tourism' Integrated Development Zone in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area." The project has a total planned area of 19,000 mu, with a core area of 6,975 mu, planned as "one core, one road, and five parks." At the same time, the project adheres to five development principles: ecology as the root, happiness as the foundation, sports theme, research and study characteristics, and cultural and creative empowerment. Relying on existing resources such as the Chanchuashi Reservoir, Lian'an Power Station ruins, fitness trails, valleys, mountains, and pomegranate orchards, it will upgrade and create a national-level ecological tourism demonstration area centered on "Flower-like Drifting on the Tropic of Cancer," integrating four major series of products: ecological sports, ecological leisure, ecological research and study, and ecological health care. The total investment in the project is 2.04 billion yuan, divided into three phases. It is expected to generate more than 50 million yuan in taxes. After the project is completed, the number of tourists will increase dramatically, providing more than 1,000 jobs for Lian'an Village and bringing about 101 million yuan in income to the village collective.

On May 22, the People's Government of Mile City held a signing ceremony for the Mile City Pengyang Health Care Project and the Dacheng Real Estate Cultural Tourism Hot Spring Hotel Project with Yunnan Pengyang Construction Group and Honghe Dacheng Real Estate Co., Ltd.
It is understood that Yunnan Pengyang Group will implement a compound real estate development of "health care + tourism + real estate" in Mile using a "1+N" model. The Dacheng Real Estate Cultural Tourism Hot Spring Hotel Project will add 550 million yuan in investment in Mile, creating a comprehensive project serving the "tourism residence and low-age health care" groups, building a cultural tourism hot spring resort hotel and a smart residential community to promote the development of Mile's health care and tourism residence industry.

It is reported that the Wen Tianxiang's Hometown Town project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan. On May 18, a framework agreement signing ceremony for the Jiufeng Mountain Biodiversity Conservation Demonstration Zone project in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province was held.
It is understood that the Jinhua Jiufeng Mountain Biodiversity Conservation Demonstration Zone project has a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is planned to be located in the Jiufeng Mountain Scenic Area in Tangxi Town, with a total area of approximately 1.64 million square meters (2460 mu). Five tourism projects settle in Caidian
On May 27, Yu Xian Street in Caidian District held a collective signing ceremony for agricultural, cultural, and tourism projects, with five projects successfully signed, with a total investment of 460 million yuan.
The China Horticultural Town Equestrian Competition and Tourism Center project will create a characteristic equestrian competition and tourism complex based on equestrian competitions and with horse culture as its theme, integrating local customs, horse owner experiences, education and training, and industry-academia-research.
The China Horticultural Town Qingfeng Valley Forest Campsite project relies on the ecological resources of Chenfuling Reservoir to create a shared campsite and parent-child tourism project. It plans to arrange wooden houses, container hotels, campsites, and restaurants to form a "dynamic and static combination" leisure tourism area.
The Hexian Youth Quality Improvement Training Camp project combines the learning and growth laws of primary and secondary school students and arranges venues such as a youth physical and sensory integration training center, a military training camp, a fun sports field, an equestrian training camp, a golf training ground, and a happy farm to create a youth quality improvement training camp.
The China Horticultural Town Smart Fruit and Vegetable Demonstration Park project will build smart fruit and vegetable greenhouses, cultivate high-end tomatoes and other crops, develop agricultural research and education, and create a comprehensive agricultural, cultural, and tourism complex for fruit and vegetable picking and rural life experiences.
The Zhiyin Cui Li Fruit Picking Demonstration Park project will take "linking farmers and benefiting farmers" as its core, planting plum trees and other fruit trees, expanding ecological tourism functions, and striving to create a fruit picking demonstration park integrating ecology, tourism, leisure, and picking.

Xinjiang Signing of the Ancient City Kashgar Street Project
May 18, Intention Shanghai Najialuo Brand Management Co., Ltd., the China representative of Italy Milan International Outlets, and Xinjiang Ancient City Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on the Ancient City Kashgar Street project. This signing marks the official settlement of the Ancient City Kashgar Street project, with a total investment of approximately 260 million yuan, in Kashgar City.
It is understood that the Ancient City Kashgar Street project has a construction area of approximately 58,000 square meters, of which the hotel has a total area of 26,155.45 square meters, with 256 guest rooms and a capacity of 600 people. This project uses a commercial complex as its background, plans to use culture as its guide, and uses outlet malls as a platform, supported by the surrounding flow of people and goods. Through the integrated development of the digital economy, outlet malls, and cultural arts, it will set up multiple internet celebrity check-in points to create a new landmark for urban commercial streets in the digital economy era.

Signing of the Quanzhou Luojiang Hongyingyuan Cultural Tourism Project
On May 13, the signing ceremony for the Quanzhou Luojiang Hongyingyuan Cultural Tourism Project was held. At the signing ceremony, the Hongshan Township Government, Anhui Zhengrong Kegong Group, and Guangdong Times Tengsheng Company signed a letter of intent for investment and construction of a new modern landscape cultural tourism project; Wufeng Group and Fujian Times Tengsheng Company signed an investment cooperation agreement for the investment and construction of the Hongyingyuan Cultural Tourism Project.
It is understood that, Anhui Zhengrong Kegong Industrial Group, the chairman's enterprise of the Huaibei City Fujian Chamber of Commerce, together with Guangdong Times Tengsheng Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., plans to invest 1 billion yuan in Fujian Province to build seven colorful flower sea cultural tourism projects, with the first project located in Hongshan Township, Luojiang District. The Hongyingyuan Cultural Tourism Project signed this time has a total investment of 200 million yuan and covers an area of 3,000 mu. It will create three major projects: colorful flower sea landscape, ecological leisure tea garden, and high-end forest health resort, constructing three major ecological landscape systems: natural flower appreciation low-carbon ecology, tea town leisure experience ecology, and high-mountain scenery resort ecology. The planned annual tourist reception capacity is 1.5 million person-times. It is planned to create a national 4A-level scenic area.

On May 23, the Guangdong Shaoguan Xinfeng Four Seasons Binjiang Countryside Project was signed, and it will create a new type of rural comprehensive body of "high-tech agriculture + characteristic agricultural tourism".
It is understood that the project has a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan and a total construction area of approximately 10,000 square meters. It will be based on the local natural ecological endowments, with high-tech facility agriculture as the foundation, and will give it a seed industry theme. It will build supporting facilities such as a rural revitalization museum, themed homestay courtyards, restaurants, family farms, research and study training, and waterfront entertainment, creating an ideal vacation carrier of "houses and gardens, water and bamboo forests", and constructing a poetic dwelling environment where houses, courtyards, gardens, and fields are seamlessly integrated.

Signing of cooperation between Karamay Duishanzi District and Hangzhou Man Coral
On the afternoon of May 18, 2024, a signing ceremony between the People's Government of Duishanzi District, Karamay City, and Hangzhou Man Coral Hotel Management Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the first-floor meeting room of the Duishanzi District Urban Construction Investment Building.
It is understood that Hangzhou Man Coral Hotel Management Co., Ltd. plans to invest approximately 180 million yuan in the Duishanzi Grand Canyon Scenic Area, covering an area of 283 mu, to build a high-end hotel and its amusement facilities. Currently, the company has completed site selection and is preparing preliminary procedures such as project filing.

Signing of the Tianxin Lake Tourism Resort Project
On the morning of May 7, the People's Government of Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City, Zhangjiajie City Investment Group Maoyan River Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and Hainan Yunjintian Tourism Management Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony for the Tianxin Lake Tourist Resort project in Zhangjiajie City.
It is reported that Tianxin Lake is located opposite the Huilongguan Pier of Pinghu Tour in Maoyan River Scenic Area, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province. It is connected to Maoyan River through an underground river, with a ground area of about 2000 square meters, resembling a blue-green "heart-shaped" gemstone embedded in the earth. The Tianxin Lake Tourist Resort project has a total investment of 160 million yuan, with a planned land area of about 400 mu and a construction land area of about 50 mu. It will be constructed in two phases over a period of 3 years. The main construction will be divided into two phases: Phase I will complete the construction of the Heart Tower, Heart Path, tourist service center, and supporting facilities; Phase II will complete the construction of projects such as the Suxin Forest Wild Luxury B&B, paragliding, and helicopter experiences.
The development of this project will greatly improve the visitor experience in Maoyan River Scenic Area, meet the needs of tourists of all levels for sightseeing experiences, promote the upgrading of the scenic area, create unique Maoyan River boutique tourism projects, and become an important growth pole for Zhangjiajie's transformation from a sightseeing destination to a leisure and vacation destination.

Hunan Hengyang Dongzhou Island Project Signed
On the afternoon of May 9, the signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement between the Hengyang Municipal People's Government and Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary Co., Ltd. was held in Hengyang. Both parties will jointly develop the Dongzhou Island project.
It is reported that Hunan Broadcasting System began implementing the "Sanxiang Starlight Action" for cultural tourism in 2022, led by Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary. It has already deployed 7 projects across the province and created multiple successful cases such as Xiangtan Wanlou Mango Youth Wharf and Chenzhou 711 Time Town. Dongzhou Island is the first project signed under the "Sanxiang Starlight Action" this year, with a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan. Centered around the Dongzhou Island project, Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary will firmly grasp the main line of "culture + technology + tourism," focusing on the theme "Millennium Hengzhou City, Youthful Dongzhou Island." With the creative upgrading of local culture as the core and the application of digital technology in cultural tourism scenarios as the link, they will fully develop four main products: Digital Chuanshan Academy, Ping Sha Luo Yan Mechanical Light and Shadow Water Show, "Wonderful Friends" Mango Pet Park, and Theme Style Commercial Street. This aims to innovatively interpret the contemporary value of cultural symbols like Wang Chuanshan and Ping Sha Luo Yan, making Dongzhou Island the second shining new landmark for Hengyang City after Nanyue.

Zhurong Mars Tribe Space Science Popularization Experience Hall Project Signed
On the morning of May 20, the Nanyue District People's Government and the China Aerospace Science and Technology International Exchange Center held a cooperation signing ceremony. Both parties will leverage their respective resource advantages to achieve exchange and cooperation in areas such as venue construction, cultural creativity, and aerospace popularization, jointly creating the nation's first Zhurong Mars cultural tourism IP - Zhurong Mars Tribe.
It is reported that the Zhurong Mars Tribe project is located at the Nanyue Smart Tourism Service Center, with an area of approximately 8000 square meters, an estimated total investment of 120 million yuan, and is expected to be completed and in trial operation by the end of September. Both parties will jointly build the Zhurong Mars Tribe project at the Nanyue Hengshan Smart Tourism Service Center, engaging in in-depth cooperation around venue construction, cultural creativity, aerospace popularization, and hosting related events, to explore the cultural connotations of Zhurong's fire exploration, incubate the nation's first Mars cultural tourism IP, and achieve an integrated "museum-research-competition" operating model. Nanyue District Culture and Tourism Company signed a project implementation agreement with Beijing Guohua Xuntian Technology Co., Ltd. for the Zhurong Mars Tribe Space Science Popularization Experience Hall.

Jiangxi Nanhua Mountain Agricultural Cultural Tourism Investment and Development Project Signed
On the morning of May 15, the People's Government of Binjiang Town and Hunan Meili Garden Co., Ltd. officially signed the Nanhua Mountain Agricultural Cultural Tourism Investment and Development Project at the District Culture, Radio, Television, Sports, and Tourism Bureau.
It is reported that this project aims to holistically develop the Nanhua Mountain Scenic Area in Yingshan Village, drive local employment, and promote economic development in Binjiang Town. Phase I is expected to develop projects such as Nanhua Mountain rafting and water amusement facilities, anticipated to be completed by the end of May 2025; Phase II will develop projects such as cableways, plank roads, mountaintop B&Bs, large parking lots, and parent-child amusement facilities; Phase III will develop camping areas, star-rated restrooms, resort hotels, and landscaping and lighting projects within the scenic area, with a total planned investment of approximately 120 million yuan.

Phase II Cultural Tourism Development Cooperation Project Signed
On May 19, during the "May 19 China Tourism Day" Beijing main venue event's cultural tourism industry hundreds of billions signing ceremony, POP MART City Park signed a "POP MART City Park Phase II" cultural tourism development cooperation project with Chaoyang Culture & Tourism Group. POP MART stated that the planning and design for the POP MART City Park Phase II project will be initiated.
It is reported that POP MART City Park Phase I is the brand's first "trendy toy IP + theme park" project, which opened and began operations on September 26, 2023, in the western area of Chaoyang Park. This park is the first immersive IP theme park in the trendy toy industry in China, and also POP MART's first offline park. POP MART City Park covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters and is divided into four core areas by space. Among them, MOLLY's Castle features a trendy toy collection museum, immersive interactive installations, as well as limited edition merchandise retail, two themed restaurants, and a children's playground.

Theme Park Officially Signed Lands in Changle, Fuzhou, Fujian
On the afternoon of May 25, the centralized signing event for key digital economy projects of the 7th Digital China Summit in Fuzhou was held at the Fuzhou Strait International Conference & Exhibition Center. At the event, Fujian Digital Film & Television Technology Co., Ltd., Changle Cultural Tourism, and Aerophile Paris (France) jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement to collaboratively plan and build "The Little Prince" theme park in Changle District, Fuzhou City, integrating entertainment and study tours.
It is understood that, Aerophile Paris (France) is the owner of the renowned "The Little Prince" theme park. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France, Digital Film & Television Co. has proactively acted, adapted to local conditions, and aligned resources, broadening its business scope with a global perspective. It will diversify the integration of advanced technologies like the metaverse with classic "The Little Prince" elements, ensuring the implementation of "digital technology + cultural tourism + cultural IP" in Changle District, Fuzhou City, collectively contributing to building a city of reason, a city of comfortable living, and a city of happiness amidst mountains and waters.
According to media reports, on May 11, Xie Zhi Cheng, Party Secretary and Director of Fuzhou Municipal Gardening Center, led a team to Fuzhou New District to conduct research and service work. They conducted a field survey of the proposed site for the "Little Prince" themed park. Specific location information has not yet been disclosed.
The Little Prince theme park is based on the story of the famous French fairy tale "The Little Prince." The world's first Little Prince theme park is located in the small town of Ungersheim in southern Alsace, eastern France. The world's second Little Prince theme park is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou.
