Introduction of New Member Units

The Story of KANOPEO
In 1999, founder Jacques Christinet, driven by his passion for outdoor sports, experienced the longest zip line at that time. Since 2006, Jacques and his old friend Vincent Hueber built the first high-ropes adventure park in Zermatt, Switzerland. At that time, the lifeline system they used was a traditional carabiner system. Customers had to unclip the carabiner at the connection point. Jacques and Vincent quickly realized this was a safety issue, as if the user was careless during use and released both carabiners at the same time, accidents could happen at any time.

In 2007, the two enthusiastic outdoor enthusiasts continued to think about how to ensure the safety of high-ropes adventure park participants and successfully designed an innovative lifeline system that keeps participants connected to the safety rope at all times. This is the original Speedrunner I ® - the world's first continuous lanyard lifeline protection system for high-ropes adventure parks. Speedrunner I ® greatly increased the safety and operability of high-ropes adventure park projects, allowing more investors and tourists to participate in high-ropes adventure park projects. They transformed the Zermatt Adventure Park with their revolutionary system and fully equipped their park with a pulley continuous lanyard safety system in the spring of 2009.
In 2010, Vincent Hueber and Jacques Christinet founded Kanopeo GmbH, updated Speedrunner I ® and renamed it Saferoller ®. The innovative pulley continuous lanyard safety system immediately attracted the attention of many high-ropes adventure industry professionals, and operators and builders alike marveled at this advanced technological system. Rope adventure industry attention, operators and builders alike praised this advanced technology system.

KANOPEO was officially established and updated Speedrunner I®, relaunching it as Saferoller®.
At the SNEPA conference in Nice, Kanopeo launched its first zip line control device: ZipEYE. It can control that only one person is on the zip line at the same time to avoid collisions.
KANOPEO China
In 2014, KANOPEO products entered China for the first time and were put into use in the Yan'an Adventure Park in Shaanxi Province. After the team's repeated testing and investment in the Chinese market, it has been recognized and used in adventure parks in Nanjing, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an and other places. Finally, in 2024, Kanopeo KANOPEO China was officially established. Its subsidiary FLYING PANDA Adventure Park has become an adventure testing ground in China. In the future, Kanopeo KANOPEO will better serve Chinese customers and provide better solutions for adventure park operators in terms of design, installation, service, and operation.

02
Product Application Scenarios
Urban parks, suburban parks, and other areas with good trees. Such venues are relatively natural and high-ropes adventure projects are generally designed according to the existing tree distribution. This is one of the more common forms of high-ropes adventure parks on the market.
Venues without trees or with insufficient trees to support high-ropes adventure projects. For such venues, steel columns or wooden piles can be used for design and construction. Some venues have small areas, so in order to have more, more exciting, and more diversified project experiences, they will also be designed in the form of crystal towers.
Some are indoor venues. This type of high-ropes adventure park can effectively solve the problems of seasonality and the impact of extreme weather such as rain on the visitor flow of adventure park projects.
