Notice on Issuing the Budget for 2024 Tourism Development Fund Subsidies for Local Projects

After research, the 2024 Tourism Development Fund subsidies for local project funds are now issued (Project Code: 10000022Z221108000004, 2024 Government Fund Budget Expenditure Function Classification Subject: 2070904 "Local Tourism Development Project Subsidies"), the specific amount is shown in the attachment.

Please follow the relevant requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Issuing the " (Cai Yu [2015] No. 230) and the "Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Issuing the " (Cai Jiao [2024] No. 86), and do a good job in budget preparation, indicator arrangement, and other related work.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Interim Measures for Performance Target Management of Central Government's Special Transfer Payments to Local Governments" (Cai Yu [2015] No. 163), please monitor the performance of the 2024 Tourism Development Fund subsidies for local project funds in your province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government, separately planned city, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, hereinafter referred to as the province) according to the performance targets, ensuring that the annual performance targets are achieved as scheduled. At the same time, please refer to the central government's practices, and promptly decompose your province's performance targets downwards, and do a good job in provincial budget performance management. Specific projects implemented at the provincial level should fill in performance targets and indicators, which will be filed with the provincial finance and competent authorities after review by the same-level finance department, and a copy will be sent to the local supervisory bureau of the Ministry of Finance.

Funds allocated to 160 national key counties for rural revitalization assistance will be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice on Optimizing and Adjusting the Pilot Policy of Integrating Agricultural Funds in Poverty-Stricken Counties to the National Key Counties for Rural Revitalization Assistance" (Cai Nong [2024] No. 1) jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and 10 other departments.
