Announcement from the Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Public Solicitation of Opinions on the "Rules for the Approval of Special Equipment Type Test Institutions (Draft for Comments)"
In order to further standardize the approval work of special equipment type test institutions, our bureau has revised the "Rules for the Approval of Special Equipment Type Test Institutions" (TSG Z7004-2011). The "Rules for the Approval of Special Equipment Type Test Institutions (Draft for Comments)" is now open to public comments.
1. Log in to the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation (http://www.samr.gov.cn) and submit your comments through the "Interactive" column on the homepage under "Surveys and Investigations".
2. Send your comments via email to: jsfgb@csei.org.cn. Please indicate "Public Solicitation of Opinions on the Rules for the Approval of Special Equipment Type Test Institutions (Draft for Comments)" in the subject line.
3. Send your comments by mail to: China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, Technical Regulations Research Institute, No. 2, Xiyuan, Heping Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Postcode: 100029). Please indicate "Public Solicitation of Opinions on the Rules for the Approval of Special Equipment Type Test Institutions (Draft for Comments)" on the envelope.
The deadline for feedback is August 18, 2024.
