Recently, several major cultural and tourism projects have been finalized. For example, two major cultural and tourism projects in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, have been officially signed, the "This is Mountain" cultural tourism brand has confirmed its entry into Hefei, and the highly anticipated "Four Seasons Ice and Snow" project of the Harbin Ice and Snow World has been officially completed, as well as the opening of the Yichun Fantasi Park. Two Major Cultural and Tourism Projects Officially Signed in Lishui, Zhejiang Province

On July 5th, the Lishui Cultural and Tourism Industry High-Quality Development Conference was held. At the meeting, the Yunhe Lake Whole-Region Tourism Project and the Liandu Nanming Lake Ice and Snow World Project were officially signed.

Yunhe Lake Whole-Region Tourism Project

The total investment in this project is approximately 3 billion yuan, implemented in two phases. The first phase will be invested by Zhejiang Nayun Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. with 1 billion yuan, planning to use approximately 196 mu of land, with a total planned construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The construction period for the first phase is 3 years, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2028.

The planned investment and development projects include areas such as Yunhe East (Shitang) - Xiaoshun Island - Sanjiangkou (Jucun) - Shipu - Jinshuitan. The main constructions include a parent-child resort town in the pharmaceutical factory area, a luxury resort in the Santan area, cruise ships and yachts, an orbital train from Yunhe East to Shitang Wharf, and an orbital train from Santan to the pharmaceutical factory area.

The Yunhe Lake Whole-Region Tourism Project aims to create a national-level tourism resort area. The "two hearts" are the Yunhe East leisure group (Yunhe East Resort Hotel + distribution center) and the Sanjiangkou resort group (Santan Resort + pharmaceutical factory entertainment complex), and the "one belt" refers to the Maritime Silk Road cultural experience belt.

Liandu Nanming Lake Ice and Snow World Project

The Nanming Lake Ice and Snow World Project is located in Kaitan Village, Zijin Street, with a construction land area of approximately 180 mu, including approximately 120 mu in the first phase and approximately 60 mu in the second phase, with a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan. The main construction content includes an indoor ice and snow hall, a branded resort hotel (referencing a four-star hotel standard), supporting properties, a water and electricity research and study hall, and Nanming light and shadow night paintings.

The ice and snow hall is designed based on Nordic mythology, telling the story of the descendants of Vikings searching for the origin of Nordic mythology, traveling on the Viking ship through Greenland and Finland, and finally finding the Odin Temple. The venue layout is divided into polar snow regions (skiing area, snow entertainment area), Viking-themed restaurants, Christmas-style commercial streets, Odin Castle real ice rink, and parent-child parks.

Cultural Tourism Brand "This is Mountain"

Confirmed to Enter Hefei City, Feixi County

According to the official WeChat account of "Feixi Release," the business cooperation of the national phenomenon-level cultural tourism brand "This is Mountain" Hefei project has been confirmed, and the project is about to be located in the central urban area of Feixi.

This "This is Mountain" cultural tourism commercial complex project, built in cooperation with Feixi County, is the only layout of "This is Mountain" in the East China region. It will combine local cultural elements and regional characteristics, further optimize design concepts, innovate architectural forms, and achieve a brand-new upgrade in project scale, design style, business types, and experience, creating a new version 2.0 of a cultural, tourism, and commercial integrated new cultural tourism consumption complex, shaping a new landmark of "non-standard commercial" in the integrated development of culture, business, and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region, and further enhancing Hefei's urban commercial level and regional influence.

The "This is Mountain The hill" cultural, business, and tourism complex project built in Changchun has moved a "mountain" into the mall, creating a unique new cultural tourism consumption scene of "mountain" in the city and people in the "mountain," becoming a nationally renowned phenomenon-level cultural tourism product.

Harbin Ice and Snow World

Four Seasons Ice and Snow Project Officially Completed

The Harbin Ice and Snow World Four Seasons Ice and Snow Project was officially completed on July 6th. Certified by the Guinness World Records official on-site, the last project—the indoor ice and snow hall—is the world's largest indoor ice and snow theme park.

The Harbin Ice and Snow World Indoor Ice and Snow Hall, also known as the "Ice and Snow Small World," echoes the winter "Ice and Snow World." The ice used inside is stored ice from the Songhua River, as well as colored ice with edible pigments. The indoor temperature is kept between minus 8 and minus 12 degrees Celsius, allowing visitors to enjoy it year-round.

A person in charge of Harbin Ice and Snow World Co., Ltd. introduced that this is an immersive ice and snow light and shadow interactive experience hall, with a construction area of 23,800 square meters. It has 9 themed areas and 13 experience projects, using internationally advanced ice carving and snow construction technology and processes, using artistic means and sound, light, and electricity effects, integrating ice and snow, light and shadow, entertainment, interaction, food, and cultural creativity, creating a magical and colorful "Ice and Snow Kingdom."

Dongying, Shandong "Return to the Jurassic" Project

Expected to Begin Trial Operations Around October 1st

It is reported that the "Return to the Jurassic" project of the Dongying Yellow River Delta Zoo started construction in May 2024 and is expected to begin trial operations around October 1st.

The "Return to the Jurassic" project is a Jurassic dinosaur high-tech immersive experience project jointly launched by the Dongying Municipal Cultural Tourism Group and Dalian Botao Cultural Technology Co., Ltd., divided into indoor and outdoor areas.

Among them, the indoor dinosaur secret realm covers an area of 1600 square meters, integrating science education and cultural entertainment, aiming to create a mysterious and realistic Jurassic dinosaur high-tech immersive experience project in Dongying, providing visitors with an immersive Jurassic entertainment and science education experience. The outdoor dinosaur valley covers an area of 5600 square meters, divided into two areas: an expansion training camp and a dinosaur water battle boat. In this ancient dinosaur world, visitors will encounter various creatures, intertwined with giant plants, and mechanical dinosaurs hidden among them, making you feel as if you are in a real dinosaur valley.

Jiangxi Yichun Fantasi Park Officially Opens

On July 6th, Yichun Fantasi, under the Huachang Fantasi Group, held its opening ceremony.

Yichun Happy Valley is a family-friendly leisure resort jointly developed by Huaxiang Happy Valley Group and the Yichun Municipal People's Government. It features the well-known animation IP from Huaxiang Happy Valley, "Boonie Bears," and includes "Boonie Bears Park" and "Happy Valley Water Park." It combines interactive experiences, entertainment adventures, educational science, dining, and shopping. Yichun Happy Valley aims to become a "family fun destination" for Yichun City and even Jiangxi Province, bringing visitors a joyful and magical new amusement experience.
