40 projects signed in Liangxi
On July 20, the Liangxi Cultural Tourism Integration Development Conference, themed "Wonderful Liangxi, Enjoyable Cultural Tourism," was held, with 40 projects, including Kai Xin Ma Hua's "Happy Tour of Huishan Ancient Town," being signed. These projects cover multiple fields such as cultural tourism, digital cultural tourism, and low-altitude economy, with a total investment exceeding 20 billion yuan.
It is reported that the Kai Xin Ma Hua "Happy Tour of Huishan Ancient Town" project plans to have its premiere at the end of the year. The Himalayas Investment and Digital Technology Scenic Area project plans to establish its second headquarters in Liangxi District, utilizing the abundant cultural tourism resources of Liangxi District, including the stories of famous people, cultural relics, and historical background. It will combine AR and VR technologies to empower the historical and cultural streets, injecting novel, trendy, and fashionable technological elements to attract young visitors and contribute to the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.
An SMG LIVE immersive art space will be built in the old Political Consultative Conference area, positioned as a "performance-based, industry-driven" creative park for young cultural professionals. The first phase will leverage the team and IP effect of SMG's "Sleepless Night" (Shanghai version) to create Jiangsu's first immersive performing arts complex, with plans to open in December. Subsequently, the second phase in the Political Consultative Conference compound will be centered around performing arts, with supporting hotels and commercial formats.
The Chenjing Metaverse Cruise Experience project utilizes its unique heterogeneous anchoring, vector database, and cloud high-concurrency architecture technologies, combined with ancient canal cruises, to create the province's first Metaverse cultural tourism route.
The signing and establishment of hotel formats such as the Qingming Bridge Indigo Hotel and the Poly Plaza Four Points by Sheraton, as well as trendy brand flagship stores such as the Sanke Film Fusion Film and Food Space and the Jincheng First Embroidery Intangible Cultural Heritage Aesthetics Retail Space, will create a younger atmosphere in the old city of Liangxi.

Chikan District signs 8 cultural tourism projects
From July 25th to 26th, Chikan District held a high-quality development conference and investment promotion conference for the cultural tourism industry.
Eight projects were signed on-site, including the Chikan District Agricultural, Cultural, and Tourism Industrial Park, Binhu Waterfront Art B&B, Diaoshun Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Binhu Waterfront Water Sports Center, Chikan District Starry Rainbow Paradise Mechanical Theme Non-powered Amusement Park, and Zhanjiang Zhongwei Textile Co., Ltd. Knitting Factory. The total investment amounted to 2.107 billion yuan. These projects involve industries such as B&Bs, research and study bases, cultural and creative parks, and parent-child leisure bases. They will further enrich new consumption scenarios in Chikan's cultural tourism, aggregate high-quality resources, and continuously promote the high-quality development of Chikan's cultural tourism industry.

Jiangsu World Expo Garden Cultural Tourism Project Signed
On the morning of July 22, at the July project signing ceremony held in Yizheng City, the Zaolinwan Tourism Resort Sikangyuan Project and the World Expo Garden Cultural Tourism Project were successfully signed.
Among them, the World Expo Garden Cultural Tourism Project is invested and constructed by Yangzhou World Expo Investment and Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately 240 million yuan. The project involves the renovation and upgrading of the World Expo Garden, mainly including the Jiangtun Play Water Park, Performing Arts Hall, Entrance Commercial Street, Panda House, and themed night tours. Simultaneously, the ice and snow hall, parking lot, beach, rose garden, and pet park will be upgraded. After completion, the project will greatly enrich the tourism formats of the Zaolinwan Tourism Resort.

Zhejiang Lishui Xiaowenshan Zen Resort Investment Project Signed
On the afternoon of July 23, the signing ceremony for the Zhejiang Lishui Xiaowenshan Zen Resort investment project was held.
It is understood that the Xiaowenshan Zen Resort project has a total investment of 200 million yuan and is located in Xiaowenshan Natural Village, Chimu Mountain Village, Hexi Street. It mainly creates a Zen-themed resort integrating scenic spots, themed accommodation, shopping and dining, leisure and entertainment, Zen meditation meetings, and health-preserving activities.
Hopson Commercial signs Shanghai Qixin Red Dot City
Creating a new type of city-wide outlet mall
On July 24, Hopson Commercial Group reached a strategic cooperation with Shanghai Minhang District's Qixin Red Dot City. Hopson Commercial will operate and manage Qixin Red Dot City and rename it "Shanghai Red Dot Hopson Xintiandi."
Shanghai Red Dot Hopson Xintiandi is located in the southwest of Shanghai, with a construction area of approximately 50,000 square meters, located in the core business district of Minhang. Hopson Commercial Group stated that it will build Shanghai Red Dot Hopson Xintiandi into a new type of city-wide outlet mall with differentiated competition from surrounding large-scale commercial areas.

Signs six major projects
On July 23, the Liuyehu Tourism Resort held a concentrated signing ceremony for investment promotion projects, signing six major projects on-site.
It is understood that six major key projects were signed at the signing ceremony, including the Morsenburg Tourism and Culture Complex Project, the Italian Polaris FIB airship low-altitude base project, and the Changde Digital Economy Headquarters Gathering Area project. The Morsenburg Tourism and Culture Complex Project, located in Liuye Lake Happy Peach Blossom Island, will create a tourism and culture complex integrating large-scale micro-power amusement parks, aerial experiences, leisure camps, catering and commerce, and other recreational projects; the Italian Polaris FIB airship low-altitude base project will create a new type of sports tourism project integrating water aviation experiences, pilot training, water aviation themed research and study, events, competitions, and variety shows; the Changde Digital Economy Headquarters Gathering Area project will create an industrial cluster integrating industrial innovation incubation, headquarters R&D, Internet finance, digital economy, and science and technology culture.

Cultural Zone Project Signing
On the morning of July 19, Wuhan Urban Development Group and Jiangxia District People's Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the Yangtze River Military Theme Cultural Zone project.
It is understood that the Yangtze River Military Theme Cultural Zone project is planned to be developed and constructed in three phases. It will take three museums (the Joint Logistics Support Force Museum, the Hubei Revolutionary Military Museum, and the Zhongshan Ship Museum) as its core, with the national defense education base as its focus. Combining the landscape of Jiangxia Jinkou area, it will plan nine functional areas: land and air cluster combat experience area, military port night combat theme area, amphibious joint combat theme area, multi-scenario anti-terrorism combat experience area, dynamic three-service equipment experience area, military film industry function and experience area, national defense reserve force training area, low-altitude economy experience area, and peace-war combined function area. During the project operation, it will incorporate business formats such as "military film base", "military-themed resort hotel", and "military-themed immersive experience projects", using military exhibitions as a highlight supporting project, driving the linkage development of diversified commercial forms in the surrounding area.
Shandong Rongcheng Big Windmill Cartoon Animal City Project Signing
On July 26, Rongcheng City West Xia Kou Culture and Tourism Service Co., Ltd., under the West Xia Kou Community Committee of Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, held a signing ceremony with the CCTV Weihai Film and Television Base for the "Big Windmill Cartoon Animal City" project.
It is understood that the project will integrate the well-known brand and cartoon IP of CCTV's Big Windmill with the rich and diverse wildlife resources of the West Xia Kou Wildlife Park to create a new type of tourist destination integrating cultural and creative entertainment, parent-child beaches, cartoons, and animals.
According to the cooperation direction of both parties, the newly upgraded CCTV Weihai Film and Television Base Big Windmill Scenic Area will focus on family parent-child entertainment, deepen the development of characteristic entertainment projects, and further promote the comprehensive development of the region's cultural and tourism economy.

The project will further promote the high-quality development of Qingyuan's tourism industry, promote the in-depth development of the "Hundred Million and Ten Thousand Project", and continuously transform natural resources into the internal driving force of rural revitalization.

Shanghai Lego Land supporting commercial street project overall breaks ground
On the afternoon of July 24, with the completion of the pouring of the last batch of concrete, the Shanghai Jinshan Lego Land supporting commercial street project, undertaken by China Energy Construction Gezhouba First Company, has overall broken ground, marking the project's overall transition to above-ground structure construction and achieving a phased victory in engineering construction. Currently, the overall project progress has reached nearly 70%.
It is understood that the project covers an area of approximately 80,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 250,000 square meters, including the construction of a Hilton hotel, a commercial street, and a two-story underground parking lot. It will fully leverage the superimposed effect of "Shanghai's first store" + "international brand" + "first-class service" to provide Shanghai Lego Land Resort visitors with a high-quality international play experience, further enhance the brand value of the commercial street, and inject new vitality into the commercial real estate map of northern Jinshan.

Helan Mountain Lodging Project Officially Starts
On the morning of July 26, the Helan Mountain Lodging groundbreaking ceremony was held in Yinchuan's Xixia District, marking the official start of construction of the cultural tourism project with a planned total investment of 1 billion.
The project relies on the Helan Mountain East Foot wine industry, uses lodging as a lever, and takes winery visits as its theme, introducing high-end domestic and foreign vacation groups, aiming to transform the Helan Mountain East Foot into an international wine travel and vacation destination like Napa Valley. It is currently a large-scale and unique wine and tourism integration project in China.
The project creates a leading cultural tourism and vacation product that combines high-end homestays, international luxury boutique hotels, wild luxury camps, and winery experiences, empowering China's high-end wine industry with a village-style lodging complex. In addition to accommodation, it also includes integrated formats such as a wine lounge, Michelin-level restaurants, bars, art galleries, and bookstores.

On July 21, Anyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, Tourism, and Sports released news. With a total investment of 500 million and covering an area of 50 mu. As of now, the main infrastructure of the project has been basically completed, and the construction of the large-scale real-scene stage, the arrangement of the audience seats, and the installation and debugging of lighting and sound equipment are being carried out in full swing.

Zhejiang Quzhou Ocean World Project
The main structure will be topped out by the end of August
According to Qujiang Release on July 24, the Quzhou Ocean World project has currently completed about 40% of its overall progress, and the main structure will be topped out by the end of August. It is expected to complete the overall completion and acceptance by July next year and be put into use in October.
Quzhou Ocean World is developed and constructed by Zhejiang Virgin Ocean Park Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of 19.77 mu, with a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan and a total construction area of approximately 27,000 square meters. It has four floors. The first floor is designed as a spacious and grand city reception hall, and also features an approximately 90-meter underwater tunnel and a mermaid pavilion; the second floor houses a large dream jellyfish pavilion, an ice and snow world, and a diving club; the third floor contains a shark pavilion, a penguin pavilion, and an ice and snow world for visitors to play in; the fourth floor is a large sea lion performance hall popular with adults and children, functioning as a comprehensive ocean world exhibition center integrating sightseeing, tourism, popular science education, and marine animal performances.

Public Announcement of Design Project Tender Documents Issued
On July 25, the Keqiao District People's Government website released the public announcement of the tender documents for the Keqiao District Water Night Tour Project design.
According to the announcement, the total investment for the Keqiao District Water Night Tour project design is 300 million yuan. The project involves the water night tour design for Keqiao's main water systems, primarily including Guazhu Lake, Xinkai River, Daxiao Banhu Park, Banhu Zhijiang, Xiaoshao Canal, Guazhu Lake Zhijiang, and Jianhu River system, with a total length of approximately 19 kilometers. It includes nightscape lighting design for embankments, bridges, green spaces, parks, and other public spaces along the water system, as well as waterfront structures with significant viewing value, along with water tour route organization and planning.

Guangdong Shaoguan Xinfeng · Four Seasons Riverside Pastoral Project Commences
It is reported that the Xinfeng · Four Seasons Riverside Pastoral project has a total investment of approximately 140 million yuan, covering a total area of 200 mu, of which about 37.1 mu is construction land. This project is based on "agriculture," takes "tourism" as its form, and "culture" as its soul, creating high-end homestays, specialty dining, themed study tours, conference team building training, retail tourism, and other projects, focusing on building a new type of pastoral complex that integrates sightseeing, leisure, and experience. The project is planned to begin trial operation by the end of 2024.
Shanghai Film Park's "Huanghe Road" Officially Opens
On July 27, "Huanghe Road" at Shanghai Film Park, one of the most legendary filming locations for "Blossoms Shanghai," officially opened to tourists for the first time.
It is reported that this opening also includes night visits, primarily for series fans seeking a complete experience. On the evening of July 19, the opening ceremony of the "This Stop, Jinan" Shandong Culture & Tourism Mountain Village Group's "Heavenly Market" Rural Tourism Resort was held in Wanglao Village, Xueye Street, Laiwu District.
It is reported that "Heavenly Market" Rural Tourism Resort does not adopt the traditional scenic area business model of unified ticket collection. Shanghai Meilongzhen Plaza Officially Closes from August 1
Will Enter Expansion and Upgrade Phase
On July 23, Meilongzhen Plaza's official WeChat account announced that the plaza would cease operations starting August 1, 2024.
The closure of Meilongzhen Plaza indicates its entry into an expansion and upgrade phase. According to the latest plan, Meilongzhen Plaza will transform from primarily office and commercial use to a mixed-development model.
New land indicators show that the plaza will have a commercial area of 36,000 square meters, a hotel area of 9,120 square meters, an office area of 63,000 square meters, a cultural space of 5,000 square meters, and a public space of 4,000 square meters. In terms of renovation direction, Meilongzhen Plaza will reduce its commercial area and increase office, hotel, and cultural functions. The rooftop spaces of the podium and tower will also be open to the public 24 hours a day. The building's height will also be increased from the current 156.4 meters to 190 meters.
"Tianjin Six Centuries" Miniature Landscape Project Officially Unveiled
On July 23, the "Tianjin Six Centuries" miniature landscape project, created by the "Tianjin Eye" Ferris Wheel Scenic Area, was officially unveiled.
The "Six Hundred Years of Tianjin" miniature landscape project is located in Zone B under the Ferris wheel bridge. The entire project is divided into four exhibition halls: "Tianjin Time," "Jinmen Wonders," "Six Hundred Years of Tianjin," and "Good Fortune Begins Here." Using dynamic miniature models, interactive entertainment, and light and shadow art, it showcases over 60 historical and modern buildings, including the Drum Tower, the Tianhou Palace, Jiefang Bridge, and the Century Clock, presenting Tianjin's 600-year development journey.
Xinhe County "Pigeon Culture" Themed Village Construction Project Commences
On July 25th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Xinhe County Pigeon Culture themed village construction project was held in Kaladun Village, Paixian Baibazha Town, marking the official launch of the "Pigeon Culture" rural demonstration project guided by Zhejiang's "Ten Million Project".

On July 20th, the first installation art theme park in China—the Beidaihe Dabutong Installation Art Theme Park—officially opened for trial operation, and the first Beidaihe Dabutong International Installation Art Exhibition officially opened at the same time.
It is reported that the Dabutong Installation Art Theme Park is located in the core area of Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City, covering an area of 240,000 square meters.
