To provide a more convenient and comfortable exhibition experience for everyone, we have carefully compiled this pre-exhibition notice.

1. Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is located at No. 1 CBD, Zhengdong New District, and is subject to traffic restrictions during the day. According to Zhengzhou City traffic management regulations, large trucks are restricted in Zhengzhou urban areas from 07:00-10:00. Trucks should try to choose the following highway exits to enter the Convention and Exhibition Center
G4 Jinggang'ao Expressway (South Third Ring Road Station, Hanghai Road Station) G30 Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway (East Third Ring Road Station, Liulin Station)
2. Vehicles entering the Convention and Exhibition Center must meet national emission standards (currently requiring "National V" standard). Vehicles must keep their bodies clean before entering the urban area.
3. Vehicles should enter the Convention and Exhibition Center area via Huizhan Road, follow staff instructions to enter the waiting area and queue in order, then wait for entry to load/unload.
(Note: Freight vehicles must first obtain an "Exhibition Hall Vehicle Pass" before entering the exhibition hall. Construction vehicle pass: 30 RMB/90 minutes/vehicle (for exceeding the first 90 minutes, 100 RMB/hour will be charged; less than one hour will be calculated as one hour). Please handle this at the exhibition hall's permit office.)
4. Vehicles permitted to enter the exhibition hall must ensure quick unloading and departure. Vehicles after unloading cannot leave the urban area; they should be parked in the waiting area as directed by staff. All vehicles must be turned off during waiting periods, and idling is prohibited.
IV. Kind Reminder
1. During the exhibition, please take good care of your personal belongings and exhibition booth items to avoid loss;
2. All exhibitors are requested to prepare patent certificates for the products displayed in their exhibits and promotional brochures, to protect their own patent rights while ensuring not to infringe upon the patent rights of other exhibitors during the exhibition;
3. Please ensure that the volume within your booth does not exceed 70 decibels to create a better negotiation environment;
4. Please ensure that exhibits, tables, chairs, display boards, and other materials do not extend beyond your booth to avoid encroaching on public areas and aisles;
5. Public security authorities strictly prohibit the distribution of gifts or promotional materials in aisles or any public areas. Please conduct your promotional activities strictly within your own booth;
6. Freight Transportation: It is recommended to use official channels of various logistics or express companies for appointments or orders to avoid disputes or losses caused by ordering through unauthorized channels;
7. Please purchase meals from legitimate channels. The dining area is located on the 3rd floor of the exhibition hall. Please do not bring meals into the exhibition and conference areas.
8. When dismantling the exhibition, after the custom-built booths are dismantled and all trash is cleared, please go to the main contractor's service desk to collect the deposit refund form for timely refund of your construction deposit. If you have exhibits to remove from the exhibition hall, you should process the exhibit exit pass at the entrance of your respective hall on the dismantling day (October 26) at 13:30;
9. The Investment Promotion Office is located at the entrance of Hall 1D. You can go to the Investment Promotion Office to book booths for the March 2025 Beijing Exhibition and October 2025 Zhengzhou Exhibition after 9:00 AM on October 25.
Security and on-site exhibition staff will remind or dissuade exhibitors of any violations during their patrolling the hall duties. Thank you for your active cooperation with the exhibition staff.
