Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in CBD No. 1, Zhengdong New District.
1. During the daytime, it falls within the restricted driving hours. According to the Zhengzhou City Traffic Management Regulations, the restricted driving hours for large freight vehicles in Zhengzhou City are 07:00-10:00. Please try to use the following highway exits to enter the convention center.
Jinggangao Expressway (Nan Sanhuan Station, Hanghailu Station) Lianhuo Expressway (Dong Sanhuan Station, Liulin Station)
2. Vehicles entering the convention center must meet the national emission standards (currently requires "National V" standard), and the vehicle body must be clean before entering the urban area.
3. Vehicles enter the convention center area via Hui Zhan Road, follow the instructions of the staff to enter the waiting area in order, and wait for entry and unloading after completing the entry procedures.
(Note: Freight vehicles must first obtain a "Vehicle Entry Permit" before entering the venue. Construction vehicle permits cost ¥30/90 minutes/vehicle (over the first 90 minutes, ¥100/hour will be charged, less than one hour will be calculated as one hour). Please apply for it at the venue's permit office.)
4. After vehicles are allowed to enter the venue, ensure quick loading and unloading. Vehicles after unloading cannot leave the urban area and should park in the waiting area according to the staff's instructions. All vehicles must turn off the engine during the waiting period and are prohibited from idling.
5. If you need forklifts, cranes, or other transportation equipment or empty container storage assistance on-site, please contact 13810968303.
IV. Warm Tips
1. During the exhibition, please keep your personal belongings and those of your booth safe to avoid loss;
2. Please prepare the patent certificates of the products shown in your exhibits and brochures to protect your own patent rights while ensuring that the display does not infringe on the patent rights of other exhibitors;
3. Please ensure that the volume in your booth does not exceed 70 decibels to create a better negotiation environment;
4. Please ensure that exhibits, tables, chairs, and signage do not extend beyond the booth to avoid encroaching on public areas and passages;
5. The Public Security Bureau strictly prohibits the distribution of gifts or promotional materials in passages and any public areas. Please conduct promotional activities within your own booth;
6. Goods Transportation: It is recommended to use the official channels of various logistics or express delivery companies to make reservations or place orders to avoid disputes or losses caused by unauthorized channels;
7. Please purchase food from regular channels. The dining area is located on the 3rd floor of the venue. Please do not bring food into the exhibition and conference area.
8. When dismantling, after the special installation booth is completely dismantled and all garbage is cleaned up, please go to the main venue installation service counter to collect the deposit refund form to get your installation deposit refunded promptly; If you need to remove exhibits from the venue, you should handle the exhibit exit slip at the entrance of your sub-venue on the dismantling day (October 26) at 13:30;
9. The investment promotion office is located at the entrance of Hall 1D. After 9:00 am on October 25, you can go to the investment promotion office to book booths for the 2025 Beijing China International Amusement Facilities and Equipment Expo in March and the 2025 Zhengzhou China Tourism, Leisure and Entertainment Industry Expo in October.
Security personnel and on-site exhibition staff will remind or dissuade exhibitors of any violations during their patrols. Thank you for your cooperation.
