It is reported that the Fanhua Yuan Cultural Tourism Complex high-end resort is located in the Xiaofanshan area of the Fanshan cultural tourism complex, with a total planned area of approximately 300 mu, of which about 100 mu is construction land and about 200 mu is landscape greening and supporting land. The total building area of the project is approximately 25,000 square meters.

October 16: According to Haiying City, the Phase III project is progressing efficiently and is expected to open to the public in early 2025.
The core area of Phase III of China Haiying City officially started construction in June 2023, covering approximately 700 mu (approximately 46.7 hectares). Key sections include Lanxing Bay, Xingmeng Factory, Secret Realm Tribe, Adventure Wonder, and Azure Dream. Ski Resort Project Commences
October 15: The groundbreaking ceremony for the Bachagou Ski Resort project was held in Lincheng Village, Yulin Town, Lanxi County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province.
According to reports, the project has a total investment of approximately 600 million and will be constructed in two phases. Upon completion, it will have a snow-making area of 500,000 square meters, seven ski slopes, and a snow play area, accommodating approximately 15,000 people for skiing and snow play simultaneously. It aims to become the largest snow play park in China. This year's plan is to complete the first phase of the snow field, building five ski slopes and 66 ice and snow entertainment projects in the snow play area. After completion and commissioning, Lanxi County is expected to receive 500,000 tourists annually, generating 500 million in tourism and related industry revenue and creating 2,000 jobs.

October 12: The first prefabricated pile test for the Zhanjiang Bay Cultural Tourism Infrastructure and Supporting Project's water tourism supporting project was successfully completed.
The project includes a visitor center, outdoor stands, supporting buildings, fire protection facilities, and a domestic water pump room. Upon completion, it will become Zhanjiang's first immersive military-themed park centered around submarines and warships, integrating education, research and study, tourism, leisure, and cultural creativity, injecting new vitality into Zhanjiang's cultural tourism economy.

“Dreamlike Pu'er Happy World” Amusement Park Project Commences
On the morning of October 11, the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Dreamlike Pu'er Happy World” amusement park project was held in Tian Ganqing villager group, Manlian Community, Nanping Town, Simao District, Pu'er, Yunnan.

According to Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Zhuhai's first indoor ice and snow theme park—Nanping Wanshueihui—is under construction and is scheduled to be accepted and put into use before the end of June 2025.
It is understood that Nanping Wanshueihui is located in Nanping Town, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, covering an area of over 30,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive indoor venue integrating snow play and skiing. The project plans to become Zhuhai's first indoor ice and snow theme park and urban comprehensive sports theme park, including skiing and skating facilities, ice and snow theme entertainment facilities, and various sports facilities.
According to the person in charge of the Nanping Wanshueihui project, in order to enhance the theme and experience of the project, the venue plans to place the indoor ski resort and ice and snow entertainment facilities together, allowing citizens to experience both the snowy ice and snow world and the lively and jumping sports and entertainment scene. Each functional area is independent yet interconnected, forming a unified complex.
Progress of Four Cultural Tourism Projects Announced
October 15: Suzhou High-tech Zone released the progress of cultural tourism projects. The progress of the Suzhou Science and Technology Museum project, the Dragon Dream Hotel Group and Conference Center project, the Snow World project, and the Suzhou Amusement Park Candy World project was announced.
The Suzhou Science and Technology Museum project has completed the installation of the main steel structure, exterior walls, and floodlights. Other installation projects (interior decoration, landscaping, etc.) are entering the final stages of construction; indoor exhibition planning and design are being carried out simultaneously. It is expected that the exhibition work will be completed by the end of 2025, and reservations will be opened to the public at a later date.
The Dragon Dream Hotel Group and Conference Center project is currently undergoing electromechanical installation in the basement and parking lot and road construction; Building 2 (talent apartment) has been topped out, and the curtain wall and electromechanical equipment have been completed, and the finishing touches are being done; Building 1 (large hotel) has been topped out, and the curtain wall, electromechanical equipment, and finishing touches are underway; Building 3 (banquet hall) has completed the exterior wall, and the electromechanical equipment and finishing touches are underway. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of October this year, handed over in November, and put into operation in the second half of 2025.
The Suzhou Amusement Park Candy World project has completed civil construction and interior decoration, and the environmental packaging and amusement equipment installation is proceeding in an orderly manner. At the same time, the project has successfully attracted some brand merchants, intending to integrate the design of the shops in the park with the unique elements of the Candy World to create distinctive shops that combine fashion and childlike fun. It is understood that the expanded Hefei Ocean World Phase III project covers an area of approximately 48 mu (approximately 3.2 hectares) with a total construction area of 75,000 square meters. Of this, approximately 48,000 square meters above ground will be used to build the ocean park venue.
According to the plan, the construction of Hefei Ocean World Phase III includes a dolphinarium, a polar pavilion, a shoal fish pavilion, an ocean pavilion, and supporting facilities. The dolphinarium is planned to be a 360-degree circular venue with a capacity of 3,000 spectators, the largest in East China, used for dolphin, sea lion, and seal shows, as well as visitor diving and snorkeling activities; the shoal fish pavilion, polar pavilion, and ocean pavilion have a planned construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters, with the shoal fish pavilion used for the display of 20,000 marine fish species such as ironclad fish; the ocean pavilion used for the display of 15,000 pelagic fish species such as manta rays and round herrings; and the polar pavilion used for the display of rare polar animals such as polar bears, emperor penguins, arctic wolves, arctic foxes, beluga whales, and walruses.
Simultaneously, relying on the construction of Hefei Ocean World Phase III, Hefei Economic Development Zone is gradually developing the Huiyuan area into a one-stop cultural tourism destination in the Yangtze River Delta.
The four major cultural and tourism projects—Mingzhu Square European Street, the Convention and Exhibition Center, Huiyuan, and Ocean World—will cooperate to create an overall cultural and tourism appeal for the area.
Mingzhu Square European Street will be developed into a characteristic cultural and tourism street area with urban landmark development imprints; the Convention and Exhibition Center will be upgraded and transformed into a regional tourist distribution center; the 4A-level Huiyuan scenic area will combine regional traditions with local cuisine to create a characteristic Huizhou cultural tourism scenic area; and Ocean World will provide a one-stop experience for large-scale marine world leisure, entertainment, and exhibitions.
