China Overseas Development Group's Cultural and Tourism Technology Selected as a Fifth Batch of National Demonstration Bases for the Integration of Culture and Technology

On January 18, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the State Administration of Radio and Television jointly issued a document announcing the list of the fifth batch of national demonstration bases for the integration of culture and technology. A total of 22 units were selected in this batch, among which Shenzhen China Overseas Development Group Cultural Tourism Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as a single demonstration base. On January 24, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Chuzhou China Overseas Development Group Cultural Tourism Equipment Industrial Park was held. Guangming Cultural and Art Center Wins National "Luban Award"

In April, the Guangming Cultural and Art Center, a project built by Huaguang Company under China Overseas Development Group, won the 2022-2023 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (National Quality Engineering) awarded by the China Construction Industry Association. This project became the only project of China Overseas Development Group to win the Luban Award, the highest honor for engineering quality in the Chinese construction industry.

On May 19th, on the 14th China Tourism Day, the "2024 OCT Tourism Carnival" was officially launched. The event focuses on Shenzhen, covers the whole country, and runs throughout the summer and autumn. On August 3, the original dance drama "Return from Dunhuang" premiered at the Guangming Cultural and Art Center, marking the successful launch of another masterpiece by OCT Group in the field of cultural innovation. Jointly produced by Shenzhen OCT Culture and Sports Industry Management Co., Ltd., the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangming District Committee of Shenzhen, and the Guangming District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports of Shenzhen, the drama received funding from the Shenzhen Guangming District's special fund for the development of propaganda and cultural undertakings. Xiangyang OCT Yunhai Hotel Crowned Five-Star Tourist Hotel

On December 2, the National Tourism Star-Rated Hotel Rating Committee announced the latest nationally rated five-star tourist hotels, and Xiangyang OCT Yunhai Hotel was honorably listed. Xiangyang OCT Yunhai Hotel opened in December 2021, with a total investment of 460 million yuan and a building area of 36,000 square meters. It is an ocean-themed hotel featuring a super-large 360° panoramic underwater world. The hotel is adjacent to Fantasy Valley and Fantawild Water Park, and is equipped with Yunhai Hot Spring. Since its opening, it has been well-received by tourists and is a great one-stop leisure and holiday destination for the general public.
