It is understood that a development plan for aerial sightseeing services has been formulated, planning to coordinate and comprehensively develop the application scenarios of cultural tourism + aerial sightseeing around "sea sightseeing in Dalian," island sightseeing, and the southern coastal tourism zone scenic resources in an orderly manner.

After preliminary discussions and negotiations, the Culture, Sports, Tourism Group has established a strategic cooperative relationship with Dalian Eurasia Helicopter Co., Ltd. to jointly develop the "See Dalian from the Air" project. It is reported that the Shenzhen International · Zhenyue Tiandi project is the first large-scale "logistics + commercial" complex in China and a key project for Hebei Province. On January 11, Guangzhou Xingji World · Nanhu Park commenced internal operational testing, with an estimated opening before the 2025 Chinese New Year. Xingji World · Nanhu Park was formerly the 40-year-old Nanhu Amusement Park. In 2020, Guangdong Tourism Holdings Group began its renovation and upgrading, and official construction started in July 2023.

The park is built as a sci-fi themed world based on a parallel universe, innovatively introducing a live-action RPG park gameplay. Beijing Haichang Ocean Park project is located in the northern industrial belt of the Cultural Tourism Zone. It is a new type of marine theme park launched by Tongcheng Construction Group in cooperation with Haichang Ocean Park, with a total land area of 4.11 hectares and a total construction area of approximately 90,000 square meters.
