Oriental Jurassic Project Phase I

"Oriental Jurassic" is located in the east of the China Dinosaur Park Tourism Resort, with a total planned area of approximately 1600 mu (approximately 107 hectares) and a total investment of 4.6 billion yuan. It will focus on building a dinosaur planet, a star interstellar city, a creative intelligence headquarters, a waterfront ecological park, and multiple themed resort hotels, forming a new generation of national-level comprehensive tourism resort. The core projects of Phase I are the large-scale disaster prevention and mitigation education theme park "Dinosaur Planet" and the "Dinosaur Man Castle Hotel." The Dinosaur Planet project started construction in June 2022, and its Phase I supporting buildings were capped in December 2022. The construction and installation engineering will be completed in November 2024, meeting the conditions for completion acceptance. Phase II will deepen the architectural, environmental art packaging, and experience project plans in 2023. By the end of November 2024, the underground garage floor slab pouring and the main building units have reached the ±0 construction stage. The main structure of the basement will be completed by the end of 2024. It is planned to be completed and opened in 2027.
