According to incomplete statistics from the China Tourism Association (CAAPA), in February, there were 65 key domestic cultural and tourism projects (over 100 million yuan) signed, involving business complexes, resorts, leisure and health, and themed towns, etc. The signing brief is as follows:

From February 26 to 27, the Shangqiu "Yin Shang Origin" Cultural Tourism Project Promotion Conference was successfully held. Some cultural tourism cooperation projects were signed on-site, with a planned total investment of 5.26 billion yuan.
The signed projects include: Shangqiu City Cultural Tourism Digital New Ecology Integration and Development Improvement Project, Shangqiu City Cultural Tourism Integration and Innovation Development Project, Renjia Courtyard Mapu Street Urban Renewal and Improvement Project, Suixian County Creation of 5A-level Beih Lake Scenic Area Infrastructure Improvement and Transformation Project, Gaoxin Town Dikuling Improvement and Transformation Project, Shangqiu Wuyue Plaza Suiyang Twelve Collection Cultural Tourism Complex Project, Longgangwan Rural Complex Research and Learning Project, Henan Yudong Eye Cultural Tourism Project, Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Development and EV TOL Demonstration Base Project, Ningling County Whole Region Research and Learning Operation Project, Mulan Cartoon and Film Project, Shangci Culture and Art Museum Project, Xiliu Village Cultural Tourism Health Base Project.

On February 3, the 2025 Spring Festival investment promotion project signing ceremony was held in Suohe Street, Caidian District, and 4 key projects were successfully signed, with a total investment of 1.68 billion yuan. The signed projects cover three major fields: commercial complexes, cultural tourism integration, and industrial upgrading.
It is reported that the Shishan Town commercial complex has an investment of 900 million yuan, covers an area of 50 mu, and plans to build a 33,000-square-meter textile industry e-commerce center, folk culture exhibition hall, and commercial villa cluster, creating a new landmark for the integration of industry and city; The Jinlong Fanguan cultural tourism project has an investment of 180 million yuan, relying on 40 mu of ecological farmland, developing characteristic catering, accommodation, and art studios, activating new scenarios for rural tourism; The Suohe Town commercial complex has an investment of 600 million yuan, laying out a 46.8-mu commercial and residential complex, and improving the regional commercial service functions;

Zhejiang Liandu Chushifeng Agricultural and Cultural Tourism Complex Project Signed
On February 16, according to the WeChat public account of Liandu Release, the signing ceremony for the "Chushifeng Agricultural and Cultural Tourism Complex" project, with a total investment of 1.06 billion yuan, was held in Zijin Street, Liandu District, Zhejiang Province.
It is reported that the Chushifeng Cultural Tourism Complex project covers an area of 3,270 mu, with the core concept of "planting medicine under the forest, cloud-end health preservation, and Zen tea symbiosis." It plans to build a Yunfeng health preservation resort area, a digital agricultural workshop, a Zen tea coffee experience hall, and more than 20 other characteristic sections. The project combines Song Dynasty Chushi culture with modern AR technology for the first time, creating popular scenes such as the "Wisdom Buddha Hall" and "Sky Mirror Viewing Platform." It also connects a 2,500-mu Chinese herbal medicine planting base to create a "planting-processing-research and learning" green industrial chain.

On February 26, the Wuhan Chengye Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. Ocean Park project was signed.
It is understood that the Wuhan Chengye Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. Ocean Park project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is planned to be located in the Shiyan Olympic Sports Center in Hubei Province, covering an area of about 100 mu and a construction area of about 15,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive ocean park integrating leisure and entertainment, parent-child experience, science and education research, and technological innovation. After completion, the project's total turnover is expected to exceed 200 million yuan, and it can drive more than 500 million yuan in annual urban consumption.

On February 25, the "Guangling Haoling" Yangzhou Guangling Ancient City Cultural Tourism Investment Promotion Conference was held in Shanghai. 13 cultural tourism industry projects were signed on-site, with a total investment exceeding 870 million yuan.
Signed projects include: Nanhexia Sci-Tech Community Project, Wanjiafu · Lisheng Hotel Project, Reconstruct · Qinhuaili Project, Maoye High-end Hotel Project, Zhu Ziqing Cultural Block Project, Huajiantang Urban Leisure Resort Hotel Project, Lvyangchun Tea Art Experience Project, Chinese Poetry Museum Yangzhou Branch Intellectual Cooperation Project, Guigu Phase III Featured Homestay Project, Manxinfu Hotel Project, Guangling Youwei Entertainment City Project, Suchang Street Digital Nomad Fashion Community Project, and Public Housing Partner Project.

Huangshan Yunwu Tea Culture Exchange Center Project Successfully Signed
On the afternoon of February 10th, the Huangshan Yunwu Tea Culture Exchange Center project was successfully signed.
It is understood that this project, introduced by Tangkou Town, is located in Shancha Village, Tangkou Town. With an investment of approximately 130 million yuan, the project includes a Yunwu workshop, a Yunwu Tea Museum, a new Chinese teahouse, tea culture themed guesthouses, and an ecological tea garden sightseeing base, covering a series of services including "food, accommodation, travel, shopping, and entertainment." It aims to become a comprehensive agricultural and cultural tourism integration industrial complex for R&D, production, sales, tasting, and promotion of tea technology extension products.

“Pingfengshan·Huaxiagu” Project Signing
On the afternoon of February 26th, the “Pingfengshan·Huaxiagu” project was officially signed.
It is understood that the “Pingfengshan·Huaxiagu” project is invested and constructed by Suzhou Yuanko Ecological Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 120 million yuan. The project is planned to be implemented in two phases, gradually building a complete industrial chain and tourism ecological circle. Phase One “Pingfengshan·Huaxiagu”: Utilize the main roads and existing water systems to create a romantic cherry blossom belt and an elegant pear blossom belt, forming a magnificent plant landscape belt; Existing farmland will be organized into a high-standard farmland sightseeing belt, and a "two-heart three-belt" pattern will be constructed around the garden center and visitor center. At the same time, by renovating and upgrading existing residences, incorporating creative commercial formats such as flower guesthouses, flower restaurants, and flower art workshops, it will drive village collectives and villagers to participate in production and operation, forming a production and sightseeing one-stop industrial chain. Phase Two “Pingfengshan·Camping Site”: Relying on existing mountain forests and reservoir resources, Flat Level the site and plant autumn-colored plants to create a gorgeous colored leaf belt and a camping base. By organizing a variety of outdoor activities, it will create a comprehensive tourism destination integrating leisure, entertainment, and experience.

On the afternoon of February 14th, the Anhui Gantang Taiping Wushi Part-time Tourism Project was signed.
It is understood that this project has an investment of approximately 105 million yuan. The construction includes the renovation of boutique guest rooms in guesthouses, the Longmen Reservoir loop trail, the construction of landscapes around the reservoir area, and cloud landscape lighting. It aims to become another boutique guesthouse benchmark in Huangshan District. After completion, the Longmen Reservoir will become a tourist destination integrating natural scenery and modern technology, attracting more tourists to experience the natural beauty and cultural charm of Gantang Town.

Meitan County National Outdoor Sports Holy Land Construction Project Signing
On February 26th, the Zunyi Working Group of Meitan Group of the Guangdong Provincial Guangdong-Guizhou Cooperation Working Team signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangdong Wanmei Group and Guangdong Xinzhong Sports Group Co., Ltd. for the construction of the Meitan County National Outdoor Sports Holy Land project. With a total investment of 100 million yuan, they will jointly create the "China Tea Sea·Zunyi Meitan Marathon" event brand and the "China Outdoor Sports Holy Land" training base, jointly embarking on a new journey of sports economy led by A-level marathon events.
It is understood that the three parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in project categories, event operation, brand promotion, infrastructure construction, and talent cultivation, jointly creating an internationally influential marathon event brand and jointly promoting the marathon sports economy as a new highlight of East-West cooperation.
