On July 26, the Central Committee of Social Work held a national meeting of industry associations and chambers of commerce to convey and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), deploying the study and implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee among national industry associations and chambers of commerce. It further deepens our Party's understanding of the laws governing comprehensive deep-going reforms and the construction of Chinese-style modernization, providing a scientific guide and important guidance for studying and implementing the spirit of the plenary session and further comprehensively deepening reforms around Chinese-style modernization. All levels of Party organizations of national industry associations and chambers of commerce should raise their political standing, deeply understand the historical significance, theoretical significance, and practical significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deeply understand the theme of the plenary session and the guiding ideology, overall goals, major principles, major measures, and fundamental guarantees for further comprehensively deepening reforms, and resolutely unify their thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments, and concentrate their wisdom and strength on implementing the goals and tasks determined by the plenary session.

The meeting emphasized that studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is a major political task in the current period and for some time to come. With the improvement of Party building quality as the driving force, the construction of a Party building work pattern that can be unified, guaranteed, and managed should be accelerated to provide a strong guarantee for the reform and development of industry associations and chambers of commerce.

The meeting was attended by secretaries of the joint Party committees (directly managed association Party committees) of various national industry associations and chambers of commerce, heads of Party affairs departments, and relevant comrades from the Party committees and disciplinary committees of national industry associations and chambers of commerce.
