On June 6, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Central Department of Social Work, together with the Party Committee of the national industry associations and chambers of commerce, held a special briefing on party discipline education for national industry associations and chambers of commerce, to promote the in-depth implementation of party discipline education for national industry associations and chambers of commerce, further promote the implementation of the political responsibility of full and strict governance of the Party, and promote the standardized, healthy, and high-quality development of national industry associations and chambers of commerce. Liu Zhao, head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Central Department of Social Work, attended the meeting and delivered a special briefing; Liu Zheng, vice minister of the Central Department of Social Work and secretary of the Party Committee of the national industry associations and chambers of commerce, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting pointed out that this special briefing is a re-mobilization and re-deployment of party discipline education for national industry associations and chambers of commerce. Following the party style and integrity warning education class and the meeting on full and strict governance of the Party and Party building for national industry associations and chambers of commerce, it is a re-emphasis and re-promotion of the requirements for national industry associations and chambers of commerce to implement full and strict governance of the Party. National industry associations and chambers of commerce should earnestly study and understand, and effectively implement them.

The meeting required that we should deeply understand the importance of party discipline education; systematically and deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on Party building, and his important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution; deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on Party discipline building, and his important speeches and instructions on party discipline education; earnestly study the key contents of the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions"; deeply understand the major political significance of party discipline education; and deeply understand the practical significance of strengthening discipline building in the field of industry associations and chambers of commerce, pushing full and strict governance of the Party deeper into industry associations and chambers of commerce. Industry associations and chambers of commerce are not outside the jurisdiction of discipline or law. In reality, there are still problems such as violations of the "six major disciplines," violations of the spirit of the eight-point regulation of the Central Committee, and violations of national laws and regulations. We should take party discipline education as an opportunity to educate and guide a large number of personnel in industry associations and chambers of commerce to cultivate absolute loyalty, legal awareness, and a sense of responsibility, internalizing the "tightening spell" of "discipline being stricter than law, and discipline being ahead of law" into political consciousness, ideological consciousness, and action consciousness. We should continuously strengthen legal awareness and discipline, continuously promote the in-depth implementation of party discipline education for national industry associations and chambers of commerce, focus on weak links, highlight supervision priorities, vigorously promote the implementation of the "Opinions on Strengthening Supervision of National Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce in Accordance with the Requirements of Full and Strict Governance of the Party," fully utilize the "four forms" of supervision and discipline, and increase the intensity of supervision, discipline, and law enforcement in the field of industry associations and chambers of commerce. Recently, a special campaign will be launched to clean up and rectify prominent problems in the selection and appointment of personnel in the field of industry associations and chambers of commerce, continuously sending a strong signal of full and strict governance, increasingly strict governance, and strict governance to the end!

The meeting emphasized that the Party secretaries of industry associations and chambers of commerce and the main responsible comrades of industry associations and chambers of commerce should earnestly fulfill their responsibilities for full and strict governance of the Party and push forward the work of full and strict governance of the Party in industry associations and chambers of commerce in depth. We should adhere to strict responsibility, earnestly implement the political responsibility of full and strict governance of the Party, always put the strict observance of the Party's political discipline in the first place, strictly enforce the Party's organizational life, focus on standardizing internal governance, continuously cultivate and purify a good political ecology, and continuously enhance the awareness of governing the Party and governing the government, knowing our responsibilities, understanding our responsibilities, and taking responsibility. We should adhere to strict management of those under our jurisdiction, and truly dare to manage, dare to be strict, manage for a long time, be strict for a long time, and truly manage and be truly strict. We should strengthen the organizational leadership of full and strict governance of the Party in industry associations and chambers of commerce, promote the improvement of the supervision system of full and strict governance of the Party in industry associations and chambers of commerce, always adhere to upholding discipline first, and deal with problems early and small, and truly achieve strict education, strict management, and strict supervision of Party members. We should adhere to strict self-discipline, consciously act as a role model for full and strict governance of the Party, and set an example and demonstrate in terms of loyalty to the Party, compliance with regulations and discipline, integrity and self-discipline, acceptance of supervision, improvement of abilities, and innovation.

More than 700 people attended the meeting, including relevant comrades from the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Central Department of Social Work; relevant comrades from the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of national industry associations and chambers of commerce; and heads of Party organizations of national industry associations and chambers of commerce.
