Proposal on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

To all member units and relevant enterprises:

In order to thoroughly implement the guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's instruction on "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," implement the work deployment of the State Council's "14th Five-Year Plan" Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction, and promote the green, low-carbon, and sustainable development of the industry, the China Amusement Park Association, together with all member units, solemnly launches the following initiative on energy conservation and emission reduction:

1. Give full play to the industry's leading role and advocate a green business philosophy

The association will play a leading and exemplary role, actively advocating a green business philosophy and promoting the development of the industry towards resource conservation and environmental friendliness. At the same time, it will strengthen internal institutional construction, improve the management system, and strive to become a model for leading green development.

2. Enhance environmental awareness and promote the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction measures

We will thoroughly implement national policies on energy conservation and emission reduction, actively guide member units to take effective measures to reduce energy consumption and emissions. Encourage enterprises to adopt energy-saving technologies, equipment, and materials to improve energy utilization efficiency; promote a circular economy model to achieve efficient and cyclical utilization of resources; strengthen energy metering and statistical analysis to ensure the achievement of energy conservation and emission reduction targets.

3. Strengthen tourist guidance and cultivate civilized tourism habits

We will actively guide tourists to establish a green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly tourism concept, and advocate civilized tourism behavior. Through various forms such as slogans, signs, and brochures, we will popularize energy conservation and emission reduction knowledge to tourists, guiding them to save resources and protect the environment during their travels. At the same time, we will strengthen environmental education for tourists, enabling them to become participants and promoters of civilized tourism.

4. Strengthen safety management to ensure tourism safety

We will strictly implement national laws, regulations, and standards on tourism safety management, strengthen equipment safety inspections and maintenance, and ensure safe and reliable equipment operation. At the same time, we will strengthen safety education and guidance for tourists, improving their safety awareness and self-protection capabilities.

We firmly believe that under the leadership of the Party committees and governments at all levels, through the joint efforts of all member units and the active participation of the majority of tourists, we will surely be able to create a green, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly industry environment and make positive contributions to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry!
