To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and to earnestly carry out the CPC Central Committee’s directives on launching education throughout the Party to foster and practice a correct view of political achievements, on April 7, 2026, the Party branch of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association led all Party members and staff to the Jiao Yulu Memorial Park in Lankao, Henan, to conduct thematic educational activities, thereby strengthening their Party spirit and reinforcing their sense of mission and responsibility through spiritual cultivation.

At the tomb of martyr Jiao Yulu, all Party members and staff of the association observed a moment of silence in solemn mourning and laid a floral basket at his grave, paying their highest respects to Comrade Jiao Yulu. Afterwards, they visited the Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall, gaining an in-depth understanding of his moving deeds in leading the people of Lankao to combat the “three scourges,” and profoundly appreciating his great spirit of being close to the people, loving the people, striving through hardship, seeking truth from facts, facing challenges head-on, and making selfless contributions. At Jiao Tong Square, they paid homage to the paulownia tree personally planted by Comrade Jiao Yulu, further strengthening their ideals and convictions.

Through this thematic education campaign, participants unanimously agreed that the Jiao Yulu Spirit serves as a vivid model and a living textbook for establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements. General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized, “The issue of one’s view of political achievements is a fundamental one, bearing on the Party’s commitment to serving the public good and governing for the people.” Such a view reflects the Party’s nature and purpose and underpins the very foundation of its governance. It also tests the moral integrity and ideological cultivation of Party members and cadres, shaping the Party’s style and image. Moreover, it is closely linked to our vision of development and determines the effectiveness of that development. Comrade Jiao Yulu’s selfless dedication—“holding the entire people in his heart while thinking only of them”—is a quintessential embodiment of unwavering Party spirit and a steadfast commitment to benefiting the people. All Party members and staff of the association should take Comrade Jiao Yulu as their role model, deeply study and thoroughly grasp General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on fostering and upholding a correct view of political achievements. We must remain grounded in reality, act in accordance with objective laws, and deliver tangible results for our member units, striving for practical outcomes. In doing so, we will contribute the association’s strength to advancing high-quality development in the industry and better meeting the people’s spiritual and cultural needs.
