On March 18, the First Members’ Congress of the 8th Term of the China Amusement Machine & Park Association was held. At the First Meeting of the Eighth Council Held in Beijing. Wang Jian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Liu Jie, Instructor for Party Building and Professional Work at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism , Yao Jun, President of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association, and other leaders Attend the meeting.


At the First Session of the Eighth Members’ Congress of the China Amusement Rides and Theme Parks Association, the report on the work of the Seventh Council, delivered by President Yao Jun, was reviewed and approved. The report highlighted the significant achievements attained by the Seventh Council in areas such as Party building leadership, industry service, government support, and internal capacity-building. President Yao stated that, standing at the outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the Association will unite the industry, pool its strengths, uphold core principles while fostering innovation, and actively align with and serve national strategies, thereby making new contributions to building a strong tourism nation and driving high-quality economic and social development.


The conference also reviewed and approved the “China Amusement Rides and Theme Park Association”… Articles of Association ( Amended draft ), Resolution of the China Amusement Ride and Park Association on the Establishment of a Supervisory Board 》(Draft), Report on the Income and Expenditure of Membership Dues for the Seventh Council of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association Resolution of the China Amusement Ride and Park Association on Adjusting Membership Fee Standards 》(Draft), “Rules for the Election of Directors, Executive Directors, and Principals of the Eighth Council of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association” China Amusement Rides and Parks Association Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development (2026–2030) (Draft) , "China" Resolution of the Eighth Council of the Amusement Machine and Amusement Park Association on the Appointment of Advisors (draft), Resolution of the Eighth Council of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association on the Appointment of Deputy Secretaries-General (draft), Resolution of the Eighth Council of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association on the Appointment of a Spokesperson (Draft)


The meeting elected the members of the 8th Council, the executive directors, the chairperson of the supervisory board, and the principal officers of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association.


Xu Ping, President of the 8th Council of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association, delivered an inaugural address and presented the “Outline of the 15th Five-Year Development Plan (2026–2030) of the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association” (draft).


Subsequently, Wang Jian, on behalf of the Party Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, held a collective appointment talk with the newly elected leaders of the eighth council of the China Amusement Machine & Amusement Park Association and set forth four key requirements: first, uphold political principles with unwavering clarity and resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds”; second, conduct association activities in strict accordance with laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling its service‑oriented role; third, enhance competence and professional qualities, and proactively assume responsibilities; and fourth, adhere to integrity in professional conduct and foster an atmosphere of clean governance and upright conduct.


At the meeting, it was also announced that… Initiative of the China Amusement Ride and Park Association to Foster a Healthy Market Ecosystem in the Industry and Oppose “Involutionary” Competition ».


Leaders of relevant associations, along with nearly 300 representatives from the China Amusement Rides and Parks Association—including vice-presidential, presidential, board-member, and member organizations—attended the meeting.
