The first session of the Tourism Industry Professional Manager Qualification Training and Evaluation Program (Tourism Resort Class) is designed based on the relevant content outlined in the national standard for professional managers issued by the National Standardization Administration Committee, combined with the actual conditions of the tourism industry. The training content primarily covers the following aspects:

Primarily aimed at mid-to-high-level management personnel working in tourism-related businesses, as well as other individuals who are eager to pursue careers in the management and operations of tourism enterprises.
Hold a bachelor's degree or higher (including a bachelor's degree) OR have attained a knowledge level equivalent to that of a bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of experience in senior or mid-level management roles at enterprises related to the tourism industry.
Hold a college diploma or higher (including associate degrees) or demonstrate knowledge equivalent to that of a college diploma, and have more than 10 years of experience in managing tourism-related businesses.
Individuals who have achieved remarkable results in tourism-related industries and have earned recognition from the community.
Note: Meeting just one of the above conditions is sufficient.
Fill out the Professional Manager Qualification Assessment Application Form (electronic version).
One 2-inch color electronic photo with a blue background (for the qualification certificate), and one 1-inch electronic photo (for the application form and admission ticket).
Electronic versions or scanned copies of educational certificates, degrees, relevant qualification certificates, and a copy of your ID card. If any applicant does not meet the educational requirements, the organization must provide a letter verifying their work performance.

Evaluation method: The assessment process consists of five components: closed-book written exam, open-book written exam, interview, psychological test, and qualification analysis.
Evaluation time and location: March 2026, Beijing (details to be announced later).
After completing the evaluation, participants will receive the "China Tourism Industry Senior Professional Manager Qualification" certificate, jointly issued by the China Amusement Ride and Park Association and the Professional Manager Research Center. Those who earn the certificate will be added to the professional manager talent big data center database, which has been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, thereby providing valuable support for tourism enterprises in their recruitment and talent management processes.
Currently, local government departments in cities such as Xiamen and Jinan, as well as Yunnan Province, have already incorporated the recruitment of professional managerial talent as a key component of their talent attraction policies. In the tourism industry, professional manager qualification certificates can serve as a reference for certain local government departments when attracting, developing, and providing financial incentives to talented individuals.

China Amusement Ride and Theme Park Association:
The China Amusement Machinery & Amusement Park Association was established in 1987. It is a national-level social organization composed of enterprises and institutions involved in investment, research, design, manufacturing, and operations across fields such as culture, tourism, leisure, and entertainment. The association serves as the guiding body for its industry under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and in 2024, it was rated as a national-level 4A social organization by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
The association currently has nearly 1,000 member organizations, including renowned domestic and international cultural tourism and theme entertainment groups such as OCT Group, Huaqiang Fantawild Group, Haichang Ocean Park Group, Dinosaur Park Group, Harbin Sun Island Group, Suzhou High-Tech Tourism Industry Group, Disney, Universal Resort, and more. Member companies also encompass manufacturers of large and small amusement facilities and equipment, sports and entertainment equipment producers, high-tech cultural tourism equipment makers, cultural performance and entertainment enterprises, film and animation studios, as well as firms specializing in cultural tourism planning, design, construction, and project implementation—covering the entire industrial chain of the cultural tourism sector.
The State Council SASAC Center for Professional Manager Research:
The Career Manager Research Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council was established in 1993. Approved by the Office of the Central Institution Establishment Commission, it is a public institution at the bureau-level, primarily engaged in research on the growth patterns of professional managers, the development of professional manager standards, and services such as qualification training and evaluation for career managers. The organizing entity is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
The Career Manager Research Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, as the secretariat unit approved by the National Standardization Administration Committee to establish the National Technical Committee on Standardization for Professional Manager Examinations and Assessments, is responsible for formulating and revising national standards in the field of professional manager examinations and assessments. Currently, it is leading the drafting and revision of four national standards related to professional managers—namely, "Relevant Terminology for Professional Managers," "Professional Manager Examination and Assessment," "General Evaluation Criteria for Professional Managers," and "Training Guidelines for Professional Managers"—which have now been officially promulgated and implemented nationwide.
