Course Content


The first phase of the Professional Qualification Training and Evaluation Program for Tourism Industry Managers (Tourism and Resort Class) is based on the relevant content stipulated in the national standard for professional managers issued by the National Standardization Administration Committee, and takes into account the actual conditions of the tourism industry. The training content for this phase primarily covers the following aspects:

Training participants


Primarily aimed at mid- and senior-level managers engaged in the operation and management of enterprises related to the tourism industry, as well as other individuals who are willing to work in the management and operation of tourism enterprises.

Application Requirements


  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher (including a bachelor’s degree) or have attained a knowledge level equivalent to that of a bachelor’s degree, and have more than 5 years of experience in senior or mid-level management positions at enterprises related to the tourism industry.


  2. Hold a college diploma or higher (including associate degrees) or have attained a knowledge level equivalent to that of a college diploma, and have more than 10 years of experience in management work at enterprises related to the tourism industry.


  3. Individuals who have achieved remarkable results in tourism-related industries and have received social recognition.


Note: Meeting just one of the above conditions is sufficient.

Application Materials


  1. Fill out the Professional Manager Qualification Assessment Application Form (electronic version of the form).


  2. One 2-inch color electronic photo with a blue background (for the qualification certificate) and one 1-inch electronic photo (for the application form and admission ticket).


  3. Electronic versions or scanned copies of your educational credentials, degree certificates, relevant qualification certificates, and a copy of your ID card. If any applicant does not meet the educational requirements, the employer must provide a letter attesting to the applicant’s work performance.

Evidence Collection Process


Registration → Qualification Review → Course Training (three stages) → Assessment Obtain a certificate → Enter Big Data Center Database for Professional Management Talent


  1. Assessment Method: The assessment method consists of five components: a closed-book written exam, an open-book written exam, an interview, a psychological test, and a qualification analysis.


  2. Assessment Date and Location: March 2026, Beijing (details to be announced later).

Certificate Issuance

After passing the evaluation, participants will receive the “China Tourism Industry Senior Professional Manager Qualification” certificate jointly issued by the China Amusement Ride and Park Association and the Professional Manager Research Center. Participants who obtain this certificate will be entered into the Big Data Center for Professional Managers, a project approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, thereby providing support for tourism enterprises in their recruitment and talent management.


Currently, local government departments in cities such as Xiamen, Jinan, and Yunnan Province have already incorporated the recruitment of professional managerial talent as an important component of their talent attraction policies. Professional manager qualification certificates in the tourism industry can serve as a reference for certain local government departments when recruiting talent, enhancing existing talent, and providing preferential allowances and subsidies to qualified professionals.

Fee standards


Training fee:

9,800 yuan per person (for member organizations) and 10,800 yuan per person (for non-member organizations); includes course training fees, meals and social gatherings, and hotel accommodation.


Qualification evaluation fee:

Senior professional managers: 2,200 yuan per person.

Organizer's Introduction


China Amusement Ride and Park Association:


The China Amusement Park Association was established in 1987. It is a national-level social organization composed of enterprises and institutions engaged in investment, research, design, manufacturing, and operation in fields such as culture, tourism, leisure, and entertainment. As a national first-class association, its guiding authority is the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In 2024, it was rated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as a national-level social organization of Grade 4A.


The association currently has nearly a thousand members, including well-known domestic and international cultural and tourism groups as well as themed entertainment groups, such as OCT Group, Huaqiang Fantawild Group, Haichang Ocean Park Group, Dinosaur Park Group, Harbin Sun Island Group, Suzhou High-Tech Tourism Industry Group, Disney, Universal Resorts, and others. Member organizations also encompass large and small manufacturers of amusement facilities and equipment, manufacturers of sports and entertainment equipment, high-tech cultural and tourism equipment manufacturers, cultural performance and entertainment companies, film and animation enterprises, and companies engaged in cultural and tourism planning, design, construction, and project implementation—covering the entire industrial chain of the cultural tourism sector.


State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council – Research Center for Professional Managers:


The Research Center for Professional Managers of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council was established in 1993. It is a public institution at the bureau-level, approved by the Office of the Central Institution Establishment Commission. The center primarily engages in research on the growth patterns of professional managers, the formulation of professional manager standards, and the provision of qualification training and evaluation services for professional managers. The sponsoring organization is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.


As the secretariat unit of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Professional Manager Examinations and Assessments, approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Research Center for Professional Managers under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is responsible for the formulation and revision of national standards in the field of professional manager examinations and assessments. Currently, it is leading the drafting and revision of four national standards for professional managers: "Relevant Terms for Professional Managers," "Professional Manager Examinations and Assessments," "General Evaluation Elements for Professional Managers," and "Training Standards for Professional Managers." These standards have now been promulgated and implemented nationwide.
