On November 13, the Qionglai Dayi Lushan Cultural and Tourism Integration Investment Promotion Conference was held in Chengdu.
A signing ceremony was held at the event venue for major cultural and tourism projects, as well as key transportation initiatives, with a total investment of 32.44 billion yuan. Meanwhile, the cultural and tourism departments of the three regions signed a memorandum of understanding to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism. The agreement covers projects such as the Rong Valley Tourism Complex, the tourism development and construction of the Dachuan River Scenic Area in Lushan County, and the Sangyuan·Shu Brocade Cultural Expo Park.

Fujian Province Signs Agreements for 13 Major Cultural and Tourism Investment Projects
On the morning of November 12, the "2025 Fujian Province Cultural and Tourism Economy Development Promotion & Project Investment Attraction Event" was held in Hangzhou.

Shuangliu District has signed an investment agreement with Sichuan Dekang Agricultural and Pastoral Food Group, under which the project plans to invest 1 billion yuan, fostering a deep integration of agriculture and cultural tourism. Meanwhile, Airport Xingcheng Group, in collaboration with companies under Heidi’s Garden and Chengdu Fengzhu Agriculture, has inked an operational agreement for the Xinghai Flower Industry Park, jointly building a landmark floral attraction spanning thousands of mu. Additionally, the district’s Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Sports, and Tourism has formed a strategic partnership with the School of Physical Education at Sichuan University and Inheritance Sports Events Company, working together to develop iconic sports events and cultivate top-tier athletic talent.

Yulin City Shinan Town's Donglong Park Project Signed
On November 11, the signing ceremony for the Donglong Park project in Shinan Town, Xingye County, was successfully held at the Shinan Town Government.

Kunshan City Signs Agreements for 7 Cultural and Tourism Projects
On November 12, 2025, the Suzhou Kunshan Promotion Conference on Integration and Collaborative Development into the Yangtze River Delta Region was held in Shanghai. At the scene, the Kunshan Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xiangyuan Culture & Tourism. Additionally, 28 Shanghai-Kunming cooperation projects spanning four major categories—livelihood services, leading institutions, top-tier capital, and modern cultural tourism—were simultaneously signed.

Additionally, the Zhouzhuang Leisure & Cultural Tourism Collaboration Project partners with expert teams, embracing the cutting-edge concept that "leisure is the super-industry of the future," thereby driving the development of a world-class tourist destination. Lastly, the Ju Ren Le Yan Film & TV Base, rooted in Bacheng's rich cultural heritage and natural advantages, has established a closed-loop ecosystem spanning "content creation—on-site filming—cultural and tourism consumption," injecting dynamic, high-quality growth momentum into the region's film and cultural industries.
11 cultural and tourism projects signed in Aba Prefecture

According to the master plan, the project will feature several iconic theme hotels, a seafood gourmet street, a year-round commercial canyon with constant temperature, and a wellness & health-care base, among other amenities. Additionally, it includes an island-ring park, an ocean-themed park, a healing park, a family-friendly park, a wedding-themed park, a red culture park, as well as 300 yacht berths of varying sizes. The project is dedicated to becoming a premier offshore resort destination in northern coastal cities and establishing itself as an internationally recognized coastal tourism and vacation hub.

It is reported that the Yichang Yinji International Tourism Resort project covers a total land area of approximately 2,600 mu, with a total investment of about 3.39 billion yuan. The project features diverse attractions, including a nighttime tourism district, an ice and snow world, a bird-themed park, an animal eco-park, and themed hotels. Together, these elements will create a comprehensive tourism resort complex integrating ecology, tourism, commerce, health care, sports, and leisure—boasting multi-sectoral, integrated development. The nighttime street district project covers an area of approximately 80 mu and includes 6 commercial buildings and 1 performance center. The project will By showcasing the architectural style of Bashan and Chushui, combined with a "digital + immersive + interactive + experiential" commercial matrix, we are creating an innovative, 24-hour urban district. The Ice and Snow World and Flying Bird Paradise projects are currently advancing plan optimization and tendering processes, with official construction expected to begin before the Spring Festival. New Progress on the Zhejiang Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism Resort Project
On November 7, according to "Tonglu Release," construction of the Zhejiang Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism Resort Project is rapidly advancing. Currently, the water park and the centralized hotel complex have reached approximately 60% completion overall, with an expected opening during next year's summer vacation. Meanwhile, the main structure and exterior facade of the indoor ice and snow world area are nearly finished, also slated to debut next summer. As for the cute pet-themed district, it is anticipated to be completed and open by 2027.
According to previously disclosed information, the Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism Resort boasts a total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan and features an overall accommodation capacity of around 900 rooms. The project is being developed in three phases, linked by a unique "water-land-air" transportation system along the Fanshui River and its banks. This system seamlessly connects four key areas: the "Equestrian Center," the "Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Resort Paradise," the "Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo·Grandma's Home Resort Hotel," and the "Rural Ecological Experience Zone." The resort integrates diverse offerings such as lodging, entertainment, dining, equestrian activities, hot spring experiences, retail spaces, business convenings, and cultural immersion, aiming to create a distinctive, all-season, multi-age, high-end, one-stop tourism and vacation destination in the East China region.

On November 6, the main structure of Phase I for the Gansu Taijido Cultural & Tourism Resort Town project was fully topped out.
It is reported that the project, which has been developed at a cost of 600 million yuan, spans a total area of 59,738.05 square meters and boasts a total floor area of 55,655.01 square meters. Construction is being steadily carried out in two phases. Grounded in Taiji Island's exceptional natural landscape and water resources, the project has created a versatile, all-age, and all-weather resort system featuring a range of offerings, including a boutique hotel, a family-friendly amusement park, courtyard-style guest rooms, conference and banquet facilities, as well as camping and waterfront experiences.

Inner Mongolia Yuan Shangdu Grassland Film & TV City Resort Area

On November 7, according to a report from the Zhenglan Banner Integrated Media Center, the construction of the Yuan Shangdu Grassland Film & TV City Resort Scenic Area—invested with a total of 590 million yuan—has achieved phased progress.
