On November 7, according to a report by “Tonglu Release,” the Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism Resort project in Tonglu, Zhejiang Province, is accelerating its construction. Currently, the water park and the centralized hotel complex have both reached roughly 60% completion, and are expected to open during next year’s summer vacation. The main structure and exterior facade of the indoor ice and snow world area are nearly finished and are also scheduled to open during next year’s summer vacation. The pet-friendly neighborhood is projected to be completed and open by 2027.
According to previously disclosed information, the Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism and Resort Area has a total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan and comprises about 900 guest rooms in total. The project will be developed and constructed in three phases, linked by a three-dimensional transportation system—covering water, land, and air—along both banks of the Fenshui River. This system connects four major zones: the "Equestrian Center," the "Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Resort Park," the "Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo·Grandma’s Home Resort Hotel," and the "Rural Ecological Experience Zone." The resort integrates accommodation, recreation, dining, equestrian activities, hot springs, commerce, conventions and meetings, and cultural experiences, creating a unique, all-season, multi-generational, high-end, one-stop tourism and resort destination in the East China region.

It is reported that the project, which has an investment of 600 million yuan, covers a total area of 59,738.05 square meters and boasts a total construction area of 55,655.01 square meters. The project is being steadily advanced in two phases. Leveraging Taiji Island's unique natural landscape resources, the project has developed a multi-faceted, all-age, all-weather resort system that includes a boutique hotel, a family-friendly amusement park, courtyard-style guest rooms, conference and banquet facilities, and camping areas with direct access to water.

Inner Mongolia Yuan Shangdu Grassland Film and Television City Resort Area

On November 7, according to a report from the Zhenglan Banner Integrated Media Center, construction of the Yuan Shangdu Grassland Film and TV City Resort Scenic Area—whose total investment amounts to 590 million yuan—is making steady progress. Currently, key projects such as the restoration of the historical appearance of Kaiping Prefecture and the renovation of the Jinlianchuan幕府 have been completed one after another. It is reported that the Yuan Shangdu Grassland Film and Television City Resort boasts a total designed construction area of nearly 100,000 square meters. The planned development includes distinctive features such as themed Mongolian yurts, mountain-based guesthouses, a folk-custom street, a Qie Xue guard camp, four-season travel photography campsites, and an integrated outdoor Nadaam area. The first phase leverages core resources such as high-altitude hot springs, Tibetan-Yi culture, and mountain landscapes to create 155 rooms that seamlessly blend in with the natural environment. On November 7, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Shili·Du Cultural and Tourism Project in Yongxing, Chenzhou, Hunan Province.
It is reported that the project is located along the Bianjiang River in Jinli Village, Bianjiang Subdistrict, with a total investment of 300 million yuan and will be developed in three phases. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2026, aiming to create a high-end health and wellness tourism resort integrating themed resort hotels, boutique homestays, outdoor camping, eco-tourism, leisure and entertainment, and health-and-wellness vacations.
