1. Check-in time: For October 20–21, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
2. Registration desk address: The Zhengzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center (Exhibition Registration Desk) is located at the north corner of Huizhan Road and Ping'an Avenue. Within 120 meters (logistics corridor), entry is accessible on foot via the vehicle pass office.
[The entrance here will only be open during the setup period from October 20 to 21; please use the main entrance of the convention center for the exhibition period from October 22 to 24.]
3. Reporting materials: Please bring your original ID card or company business card; this cannot be handled by the installer. Other personnel Collecting on behalf of others, fraudulent claims , Avoid information misuse Causing corporate losses Or Lost documents , Lost documents will not be replaced. 。
4. For your personal safety During the setup phase, safety helmets are required for entry into the exhibition hall—please prepare in advance. Safety helmet rental and sales services will be available on-site, located near the truck logistics通道 and inside the corridor shops.
III. Management Measures for Truck Traffic During Setup and Dismantling
The Zhengzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center is located at No. 1, CBD, Zhengdong New Area.
1. During restricted hours in the daytime, according to Zhengzhou City's Traffic Management Regulations, large trucks are prohibited from entering downtown Zhengzhou between 07:00 and 10:00. Trucks are advised to use the following highway exits whenever possible when heading to the convention center.
Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway (South Third Ring Road Station, Hanghai Road Station) – Lianhuo Expressway (East Third Ring Road Station, Liulin Station)
2. Vehicles entering the convention center must meet the emission standards stipulated by national regulations (currently requiring compliance with the "China V" standard), and their bodies must remain clean before entering the city area.
3. Vehicles entering the convention center area from Huanhui Road should follow staff instructions to proceed to the waiting area and line up in order. After completing the entry procedures, please wait for loading and unloading inside the venue.
(Note: Cargo vehicles must first obtain a "Venue Access Permit" before entering the exhibition hall. The construction vehicle permit costs 30 yuan per vehicle for every 90-minute period; any time exceeding the initial 90 minutes will be charged at 100 yuan per hour, with fees rounded up to the nearest hour for periods shorter than one hour. Please arrange your permit application directly at the exhibition hall's permit office.)
4. Once vehicles are permitted to enter the exhibition hall, they must ensure quick unloading and departure. If a vehicle cannot leave the city after unloading, it should be parked in the designated waiting area as directed by staff and remain there until further instructions are given. During the entire waiting period, vehicles must be turned off; idling is strictly prohibited.
5. If you require forklifts, cranes, or other transport equipment, or assistance with empty container storage on-site, please contact 13810968303.
IV. Warm Reminders
1. During the event, please take good care of your personal belongings and items at your respective booths to prevent loss.
2. Intellectual Property Protection: All exhibitors are requested to prepare the intellectual property certificates for the products featured in your exhibits and promotional brochures. While safeguarding your own intellectual rights, please ensure that your display does not infringe upon the patent rights of other exhibitors.
3. Please ensure the volume inside the booth does not exceed 70 decibels, creating a pleasant environment for discussions;
4. During the exhibition, please ensure that exhibits, tables, chairs, promotional boards, and other materials do not extend beyond your booth area, avoiding encroachment on public spaces and walkways.
5. It is strictly prohibited to distribute gifts or promotional materials in passageways and any public areas. Please ensure that all promotional activities are conducted exclusively within the designated booth area.
6. Goods Transportation: It is recommended to use official logistics or courier channels for scheduling or placing orders, avoiding disputes or losses that may arise from using non-official, unauthorized channels.
7. During dismantling, once the custom-built booth has been completely removed and all debris thoroughly cleaned up, Please head to the main venue to set up the service desk. Receive Deposit Refund Form , scan and upload to the newspaper system so we can promptly refund the setup deposit you paid;
8. If you need to remove your exhibit from the pavilion, please do so on the day of closure. October 24, at 1:30 PM, please check in at the entrance of your exhibition hall. Leave-the-building form—clearly list the items being taken out and hand it to security personnel. ;
9. Organizer Service Desk and Investment Promotion Office Located in Hall 1C You can visit the venue to reserve exhibition booths for the Beijing event in March 2026 and the Zhengzhou event in October 2026.
During their rounds of the exhibition hall, security personnel and on-site staff will kindly remind or politely discourage any violations. To help create a positive and collaborative environment for all attendees, we sincerely appreciate your active cooperation with the exhibition staff.
