Zhuhai Suoka Sports and Tourism Comprehensive Industrial Base Project
As one of Suoka Group's core projects, this industrial base project is divided into four sections: "Zhuhai Suoka Sports (National Southern Football) Training Base," "Zhuhai Suoka International Yacht Tourism Project," "Zhuhai Suoka Sports Rehabilitation and Health Care Project," and "Zhuhai Suoka Science and Technology Technician School." It carries three core functions: sports training, sports tourism, and sports health care.
Among them, the Zhuhai Suoka International Yacht Tourism Project will be positioned as a "Bay Area Free Port, Sea Leisure Bay," creating an international yacht tourism project with a first-class international port and deep-water port in the Greater Bay Area as the main axis, an international yacht club as the core, highlights of coastal leisure sports experiences, and interconnected coastal tourism and resort supporting services.
The Zhuhai Suoka Sports Rehabilitation and Health Care Project is themed around health care and innovation and entrepreneurship, with professional sports recovery and characteristic tourism as the core. It covers professional rehabilitation and health care centers, sports recovery research centers, sports experience centers, professional sports medical centers, characteristic tourism and health care, cultural tourism experiences, rural life experiences, themed commercial streets, and health care apartments, among other industries.
As a key construction project of Guangdong Province and Zhuhai City, the Zhuhai Suoka Sports and Tourism Comprehensive Industrial Base Project has attracted much attention since its commencement in July 2020.
As one of Suoka Group's core projects, the Phase I project of the Zhuhai Suoka Sports and Tourism Comprehensive Industrial Base (Suoka Sports Training Base), consisting of 10 contiguous real grass football training fields, was completed and put into operation in December 2021.
It has also hosted various events, such as the second phase of the 2024 Chinese Football Association Youth Football Championship (Professional Club U-15 Group).
In other words, the Suoka Group will build a super-large sports and tourism comprehensive industrial base in Jinwan, and the international yacht tourism project and the sports rehabilitation and health care center are only two of its sections.

Therefore, with the approval of the filing, the yacht tourism project and the rehabilitation and health care project will also proceed in an orderly manner. We look forward to Zhuhai having another great place for sports, leisure, and entertainment in five years.
