Shenya DFS Sanya Bay Project Signing
On April 9, Shenya Group and DFS Group held a signing ceremony in Sanya. The two parties will join hands to create Sanya's first world-class luxury retail and leisure destination - the Shenya DFS Sanya Bay project. The project is planned to be completed before 2026.
It is expected that after full operation, the Shenya DFS Sanya Bay project will attract more than 1,000 luxury brands, including fashion and luggage, cosmetics and perfumes, watches and jewelry, wine and spirits, high-end dining, food and beverages, etc., creating a retail and leisure destination integrating luxury shopping, world-class hotels, high-end dining and entertainment, providing domestic and foreign tourists with high-quality international first-line luxury brand consumption experiences.
The Shenya DFS Sanya Bay project has a total scale of 190,000 square meters. Shenya Group and DFS Group will jointly carry out project reconstruction and operation. After the project is completed, the operating target is an annual turnover of over 10 billion yuan. It is expected that by 2030, the project will attract more than 16 million tourists annually, contributing to the high-quality development of Hainan's tourism industry.

On April 9, the Guangdong Genyuan Group headquarters economic project signing ceremony was held at the Xichiao Town Investment Promotion Center. The project has an investment of over 2 billion yuan to develop areas including healthcare, tourism, architectural headquarters economy, and liquor sales.
It is understood that Guangdong Genyuan Group has been deeply involved in the construction industry for many years. By establishing its headquarters economy in Xichiao, it further achieves the company's diversified development. On April 10, Enshi Huaxiang Industrial Co., Ltd. and Dawu County People's Government officially signed an investment agreement. The Shuangqiao Tourism and Commerce Town project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, is about to start construction in Shuangqiao Village, Chengguan Town.
It is understood that the Shuangqiao Tourism and Commerce Town project is designed according to the design concept of a national 4A-level scenic area, with unified planning and design of the entire park. It mainly constructs a research and study entertainment area, an ancient town museum and cultural area, a courtyard hotel and health resort area, and a market and food commercial area, creating a tourism and commerce town integrating commerce, logistics, and leisure. On April 1, Yuntan Municipal Tourism Investment Group and Shanghai Guomian Asset Management Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony for the Longhu Mountain Jiuzhou Tourism Complex project.
It is understood that the Longhu Mountain Jiuzhou Tourism Complex project is located in the Jiuzhou Ecological Scenic Area of the Longhu Mountain Scenic Area. The project covers an area of 470.8 mu, with a total estimated investment of 1 billion yuan. It focuses on rural revitalization and creates a high-end boutique hotel integrating health and wellness and cultural dissemination. On April 3, Ziyang District Commerce Bureau, Yiyang Heyi Commercial Management Co., Ltd., and Ziyang District Development Group signed a cooperation agreement for the Yiyang Ancient City · Ziyang Night City project. The person in charge of the Ziyang District Commerce Bureau stated that they will strive to create the Dama Tou historical and cultural block into five national-level brands: a national-level tourism and leisure block, a national-level nighttime tourism consumption gathering demonstration area, a national-level historical and cultural block, a national-level intangible cultural heritage block, and a national 4A-level scenic area. The project is planned to invest 500 million yuan and can provide more than 300 jobs for Ziyang District.

It is understood that the NanZhai Town Taihang Grand Canyon rafting project is expected to have a total investment of 477 million yuan, mainly constructing mountain canyon rafting, international skiing, and water sports projects. After the completion of the project, it will further activate NanZhai's natural resources, polish the whole tourism brand, drive the surrounding villagers to increase their income, and contribute to the high-quality development of NanZhai's economy and society.

On April 3, Zaozhuang Municipal Overseas Chinese Federation, Yangzhuang Town People's Government, and Shandong Zhuangli Ancient Town Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. signed the "Red Zhuangli Characteristic Cultural Tourism Project".
It is understood that the project site is located in Zhuangli, Xijiang, Beitai, Daigang, and Dabetang villages in Yangzhuang Town. With a planned investment of 120 million RMB, it will combine red culture and the unique geographical features along the Xuehe River to develop and construct a red cultural tourism project. The project includes river management, river view villas, ancient houses converted into guesthouses, camping space capsules, office buildings, and the construction of living facilities, as well as the development of nearby landscapes and the construction of entertainment facilities such as a water park and fishing areas. The "Dujiang Night Yan" project will use the Dujiangyan Scenic Area as a platform to create a night tour project. On the afternoon of April 9th, the Conghua sub-venue of the 10th China Guangzhou International Investment Conference was held at the Guangzhou Yunling Lake Hotel under the theme of "Intelligent Manufacturing the Future, Gathering Wisdom in Conghua." As Shenzhen's first urban renewal project with a tourism industry focus, the Xiaomeisha area renovation project covers a total planned area of 3.9 square kilometers and involves multiple aspects, including urban renewal units, a seaside park, a suburban park, a transportation hub, and a new ocean world.
The Xiaomeisha Seaside Park will begin trial operations during the "May Day" holiday. The park's main theme is "joyful vitality." Using a layered design approach of "dry path, wet path, and beach belt," it will present seaside leisure, beach activities, and ocean enjoyment in an orderly manner along this golden coastline.

Internal personnel from Taikoo Real Estate stated that whether it will be specifically called "Sanya Taikoo Li" or "Haitang Bay Taikoo Li" remains undecided.
On October 24, 2022, China Duty Free Group announced that a joint venture company, established with Taikoo Real Estate, each investing 1.25 billion yuan, successfully won the bid for the state-owned construction land use rights of the HT05-08-01 plot in Sanya Haitang Bay National Coast. Both parties will cooperate to develop a high-quality integrated commercial project primarily focused on retail. It is understood that this project is located in the Fengmen Mountain area of Shangkou Town, the origin of Qingtian Stone, one of the four national stones. It is understood that the Niuchehe Gold Silk Nanmu Cultural Tourism Complex project is a 2023 investment attraction project that has completed signing. With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, it is currently the largest cultural tourism project in the Niuchehe area. It is planned to cover an area of 67.87 hectares (approximately 1018 mu), including water, mountains, and residential areas. The project aims to build the country's first robot-themed complex venue integrating science popularization, parent-child entertainment, immersive experiences, and robot research and study. Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel Project Starts
On April 8, the Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel project started.
It is understood that the Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel project has a total land area of about 3.3 mu, located northwest of Zhisan Taohuayuan, with a total building area of about 2600㎡ and an underground building area of about 430㎡, with a total investment of 35 million yuan. It is planned to build a boutique hotel with cashmere as its theme, with a total of 11 guest rooms, including a restaurant, a coffee and tea bar, a quiet study, an infinity pool, children's entertainment, fitness, a multi-functional meeting room, and a custom cashmere sweater studio. The entry of the Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel project will surely become a new landmark for the tourism industry in Fenghuang Town.
24. Shenzhen Qianhai Stone Park Shuangjie River Estuary Proposed Children's Playground
On April 11, the Qianhai Management Bureau issued an announcement on the public display of the detailed plan for the Shuangjie River Estuary section of Qianhai Stone Park, with the public display period from April 11 to May 11, 2024.
According to the plan, the Shuangjie River Estuary section of Qianhai Stone Park will build supporting facilities such as observation platforms, children's playgrounds, extreme sports facilities, and pedestrian landscape bridges. Among them, the children's playground includes children's amusement facilities, small bicycle sports grounds, and sightseeing roads. After completion, it will become another good place for citizens to relax.
25. Ningxia Rice and Fish Space Ecological Sightseeing Park Spring Park Opens
On April 4, the Ningxia Rice and Fish Space Ecological Sightseeing Park Spring Park, located in Sishilidian, Changxin Township, Helan County, officially opened.
It is understood that the Rice and Fish Space Spring Park has set up several areas and more than ten projects, including a runway-style zoo, a rustic straw park, and agricultural experience activities. The Ningxia Rice and Fish Space Rural Ecological Sightseeing Park is a leisure sightseeing tourist area built based on the original ecological rural landscape of agriculture. Based on the organic rice planting, three-dimensional farming in rice paddies, and fishing village leisure fishing, it focuses on incorporating science education and life experiences. Rice seedlings are reserved on site, allowing adults and children from the city to experience the planting process firsthand, feeling the "sweat drops under the ears of rice, every grain is hard-earned." The modern agricultural cultivation model also gives urban residents a new understanding of agricultural production.

Anhui Starry Sky City Starry Sky Park is about to open
On April 9, the Dongzhi County People's Government released a message that the Starry Sky Park, as an auxiliary project of the Dongzhi County Starry Sky City Scenic Area, is currently under construction and is expected to officially open to the public during the "May Day" holiday.
It is understood that The Starry Sky Park project has a total investment of about 3 million yuan and covers an area of about 20,000 square meters, including A comprehensive park experience area integrating a water park (15,000㎡) and a lawn non-powered park (3,000㎡). The park has amusement projects such as a slide world, a large magic net, brave climbing, a squirrel track, a bird forest, water adventure projects, various fancy boats, water bumper cars, and water bicycles. The park advocates education through entertainment, cultivating courage and intelligence, and aims to bring more exploration fun and interactive experiences to families with children and research and study teams.
