From April 8th to 9th, the Niuchehe Gold Silk Nanmu Tourism Comprehensive Project is undergoing site selection.
It is understood that the Niuchehe Gold Silk Nanmu Tourism Comprehensive Project is an investment attraction project in 2023, which has been signed, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is currently the largest tourism project in the Niuchehe area, with a planned area of 67.87 hectares (about 1018 mu), including water, mountains, and residential areas. It will create a comprehensive tourism destination integrating cultural arts, leisure health preservation, and automobile sports. In the long term, it will absorb 1000 households and 2000 farmers into industrial integration, which will not only solve the employment problem of surplus rural labor, but also accelerate the pace of rural revitalization.

The China's Big Canteen Tourism and Leisure Street project has started construction near Jianye Film Town in Zhongmu County, with an investment of 1.2 billion yuan, aiming to create a comprehensive tourism destination integrating catering, culture, leisure, and tourism.
The project includes a catering and food street, a water street leisure area, and business reception facilities, fully considering the passenger flow of surrounding scenic spots and the development needs of the regional tourism industry.

News on April 11, the Guangdong Fengshun County Runyuan Sunshine Hot Spring Hotel project has basically completed land acquisition and is preparing for construction.
It is understood that the hotel project has a planned land area of 47557.17 square meters, with a planned total investment of 680 million yuan. Relying on the abundant hot spring resources, it plans to build a high-rise residential area, a villa residential area, a health-preserving hot spring area, and a hot spring hotel area to create a multi-functional hot spring community that integrates living, life, leisure, and commerce, with a beautiful ecological environment, spacious living space, and complete functional facilities.

Zhejiang Children's Painting Paradise project is about to start construction
The Zhejiang Children's Painting Paradise project has officially completed all preparations before the start of construction and is expected to break ground in the east of the main tourist center of Guyan Huaxiang in the near future.
It is understood that the project is located in Hebian Village, Dagangtou Town, with a total investment of 220 million yuan and a total land area of about 65 mu. It mainly builds an immersive sensory zoo integrating pasture experience, science popularization research, parent-child entertainment, and interactive performances with rainforest, desert, and wetland ecological group backgrounds. It is planned to start construction in May.

On April 2, a groundbreaking ceremony for the Cultural and Art Center construction project was held.
It is understood that the Taihe County Cultural and Art Center project has a total investment of 238 million yuan and is a comprehensive cultural facility integrating an art theater, a painting exhibition hall, a workers' cultural palace, a youth palace, and a women's and children's activity center.
China Resources Land's Mixc Village project starts construction
On March 27, the groundbreaking ceremony and oath-taking meeting of Mixc Village was held in Dongguan, Guangdong. This fashionable resort integrating leisure, vacation, and shopping is expected to open in 2025.
It is understood that Vientiane Binhai Shopping Village is the first commercial complex project in Binhaiwan New Area, jointly invested by China Resources Land and Binhaiwan Property Company. The project has a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters, drawing design inspiration from The Village in Lyon, France, breaking away from traditional block architectural forms, and interpreting micro-vacation, international style, and coastal charm with new architectural techniques.
The block will feature functional areas such as playgrounds, beaches, sunset stands, creative markets, and specialty dining, as well as interactive photo spots. In the future, it will introduce over 200 brands, achieving a composite shopping experience and interaction with diverse art spaces.
Jilin 'Liaoyuan • Black Gold Town' Culture and Tourism Innovation Industrial Park Starts Construction
On the morning of April 8th, new cultural tourism industrial projects, including the 'Liaoyuan • Black Gold Town' Culture and Tourism Innovation Industrial Park, commenced construction in Liaoyuan Northern New Area.
Among them, the Black Gold Town project will be built in three phases, with a renovation area of 180 hectares. The first phase, centered on the switch factory and themed "Northeast Ethnic Industry," plans to build five theme areas: "Space-Time Fortress," "Gold Rush Era," "Mechanical World," "Prairie Fire," and "Fantasy Utopia." It will create an ecological industrial demonstration zone integrating ecological health, sightseeing, industrial tourism, and popular science research, better accommodating the consumption spillover from the Changchun metropolitan area. In the future, it will become a new model for managing coal mining subsidence areas and a new benchmark for Liaoyuan's cultural tourism industry development.
11. Hunan Chenzhou Mangshan Huaxili Health and Wellness Tourism Town Project Commences Construction
On April 10th, the commencement ceremony for the Hunan Haozhou Mangshan Huaxili Health and Wellness Tourism Town Project was held.
It is reported that the Mangshan Huaxili Health and Wellness Tourism Town project focuses on four major industrial sectors: "medical care, lodging, planting, and low-altitude equestrian recreational sports." It plans a tourism health industrial cluster including "Chinese herbal medicine planting + healthy food processing + traditional Chinese medicine care + forest hot spring wellness + leisure tourism and vacation + healthy elder care."
12. Nanjing 'Magic Mushroom Forest' Ecological Agriculture Project Commences Construction
Recently, the Nanjing 'Magic Mushroom Forest' integrated development project for primary, secondary, and tertiary ecological agriculture industries commenced construction in Paifang Village, Jiangning Street, Jiangning District.
It is reported that Nanjing 'Magic Mushroom Forest' will be built in two phases, with a total area exceeding 300 mu. The first phase plans to invest approximately 32 million yuan, including more than ten projects such as an under-forest planting base, research and education, a pet paradise, space capsule guesthouses, and a shared tea garden. The second phase will include projects such as modern agriculture, outdoor recreation parks, pet farms, dining guesthouses, and health and wellness.
13. Heilongjiang Baoqing County Cultural Tourism Industry Creativity and Consumption Cluster Area

On April 7th, the Heilongjiang Baoqing County Cultural Tourism Industry Creativity and Consumption Cluster Area Project officially commenced construction.
It is reported that the Baoqing County Cultural Tourism Industry Creativity and Consumption Cluster Area Project is a comprehensive cultural tourism project themed around creating cultural tourism, emphasizing commerce, and promoting consumption. Its main functions include cultural tourism commercial consumption services and intangible cultural heritage display, integrating various cultural tourism industry formats as a "culture + tourism + commerce" model.

Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel Project Commences Construction
On April 8th, the Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel Project commenced construction.
It is reported that the Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel project has a total land area of approximately 3.3 mu, located northwest of Zhishan Peach Blossom Spring. It has a total chargeable built-up area of approximately 2600㎡, an underground built-up area of approximately 430㎡, and a total investment of 35 million yuan. It is planned to build a boutique guesthouse hotel themed on cashmere, with a total of 11 guest rooms, including a restaurant, coffee and tea bar, quiet reading room, infinity pool, children's entertainment, fitness, multi-functional meeting rooms, and a cashmere sweater private customization studio. The establishment of the Yuexi Hot Spring Resort Hotel project is sure to become a new cultural tourism landmark for Fenghuang Town.
15. Wuhan Junli • Chunshen Grand Pier Food Culture and Tourism
Complex Project Commences Construction
On April 12th, the Wuhan Junli • Chunshen Grand Pier Food Culture and Tourism Complex Project in Wulijie Street, Jiangxia District, Hubei, officially commenced construction.
It is understood that the Junli • Chunshen Grand Pier Food Culture and Tourism Complex Project is located in Quanjingliuwang, Jinxiu Village, Wulijie Street, covering an area of approximately 110 mu. It will be built into a cultural tourism complex integrating pier-themed dining, Wuhan folk market snack streets, a series of immersive cultural tourism activities, pier markets, and e-commerce service platforms. The project is planned to complete its main structure by the end of this year and officially open to the public in May next year. Annual revenue is estimated to be 50-80 million yuan, with a maximum annual tourist reception capacity of 800,000 person-times.
16. Gansu Province Wudu District Nanshan Hotpot Garden Project Commences Construction
On April 14th, the commencement ceremony for the Nanshan Hotpot Garden Project was held in Wudu District, Longnan, Gansu.
It is reported that the Wudu District Nanshan Hotpot Garden Project is a key investment attraction project signed in 2023. This project will integrate hotpot food culture with the ecological environment, incorporating experiential elements such as park nightscapes, light shows, and water parks to create new consumption scenarios and add new momentum to the nighttime economy.
17. Guotai Resident Ferry Crossing Project Commences Construction
On April 14th, the commencement ceremony for the Guotai Resident Ferry Crossing Project was held.
Upon completion, the project will achieve "separation of residents and tourists," helping to enhance the reception capacity and service level of Weishan Lake Tourist Area, reducing tourist waiting times for island access during peak seasons, providing tourists with a more convenient, comfortable, and safe travel experience, and promoting faster and healthier development of Weishan Lake tourism. At the same time, it will also optimize travel conditions for island residents, making public travel more convenient, daily life easier, and improving public satisfaction and well-being.
