Zhejiang Shaoxing Keqiao will invest
approximately 20 billion yuan to build a new hotel complex
On April 12, the Keqiao District People's Government website released a pre-publicity announcement of the planning scheme for the new hotel complex (Keqiao District PS-011-29 plot) of Shaoxing Huarong Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. This plot is located in Pingshui Town, Keqiao District. On October 31 last year, Huarong Cultural Tourism won the bid with a total price of 174.15 million yuan, and will build facilities such as a health care demonstration center, a health care business center, and a health care club.
It is understood that the project belongs to Pingtong Health Valley, invested and developed by Shanghai Huachang Group, with a planned total investment of approximately 20 billion yuan. Centering around the theme of "The Power of Poetic and Picturesque Treasures," it will build Ruoye Creek's blessed land—Ruoye Tangfeng Town—by introducing water, connecting scenery, and shaping culture. Using the Poetic and Picturesque Copper Dream Mine Pit Theme Park as its engine, it will feature a pan-museum group and a Zen-style hotel complex, supplemented by cultural tourism and Zen cultivation supporting facilities. It will carry and incubate the poetic and picturesque industry, creating a high-quality, digital, destination-type cultural tourism project suitable for family outings and youth trendy travel, helping Shaoxing to enhance its brand as the "East Asian Cultural Capital."

Fujian Province signs 36 key cultural tourism projects
On April 18, "Fujian Province Culture and Tourism Project Investment and Financing Matching Conference," one of the key activities of the 2024 Fujian Provincial Cultural Tourism Economic Development Conference, was held in Quanzhou.
At the signing ceremony of key cultural tourism projects in Fujian Province, a total of 36 key cultural tourism projects were signed, including regional cooperation, government-enterprise cooperation, industry docking, investment attraction cooperation, and bank-enterprise cooperation projects. Among them, there are 27 investment attraction cooperation projects with a total investment of 26.743 billion yuan, and 9 bank-enterprise cooperation projects with a financing amount of 8.335 billion yuan. Among the signed investment attraction projects, there are 9 projects with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan, including the Dehua Guanyinqi Ancient Town project (50 billion yuan), the Yongchun An Teng Ten-Mile Peach Blossom Source project (30 billion yuan), the Quanzhou Huiyu Film Island project (30 billion yuan), the Shishi Oriental Wanjia City New Heaven and Earth project (23 billion yuan), the Nan'an Dayingxi River Basin Pastoral Scenery Construction project (20 billion yuan), and the Fuzhou Zhongzhou Island Cultural, Commercial and Tourism Complex project (10 billion yuan).

On the morning of April 12, at the Ctrip International Travel Agent Conference and the "NICE Yancheng" Cultural Tourism Carnival, 36 cultural tourism projects were signed on-site, with a total investment of 2.668 billion yuan.
It is understood that a total of 83 projects were collected for signing at this conference, including 67 investment projects with a total investment of 7.02 billion yuan. On April 12, Wenzhou City held a concentrated signing ceremony for major projects in the first quarter of 2024. Among them, the Shisongli Tourism Resort project was signed on-site at this event.
It is understood that the total investment in this project is 1.5 billion yuan. The project is located in Samsung Village and Sanmenyang Village, Fengyang Township, covering part of Xiyu Village, Sixi Town. It is adjacent to the core tourism area of Taishun Langdong Corridor to the south and the Taishun Hundred-Mile Ecological Green Corridor to the north. The project has a unique location advantage and a good tourism resource base. Combining the existing ecological resources of the site, it will consist of five core business formats: Samsung Tourism Resort Complex, Samsung Health Care Wooden House Resort, Samsung Ski Center, Fengyang Rice Terraces Rural Comprehensive Body, and Hillside Off-Road Vehicle Experience Center, forming a comprehensive tourism resort.

It is understood that this project uses the Home With Kids IP as its core, combining the historical and cultural background, film and television elements, and tourism culture of Huangyaguan Great Wall to launch a series of film and television research and study products, creating a new "film and television + cultural tourism" research and study scene. Liufengjian Viewing Clouds and Scenery Tourism Development Project Signed
On April 12, Wenzhou City held a concentrated signing ceremony for major projects in the first quarter of 2024. Among them, the Liufengjian Viewing Clouds and Scenery Tourism Development Project was signed on-site at this event.
It is understood that the total investment in this project is 110 million yuan. Relying on the natural and humanistic scenery of forests and fields, temporary small wooden houses and viewing platforms will be added to create an agricultural leisure tourism development project integrating accommodation, camping, rural sightseeing, children's entertainment, and characteristic catering. On April 11, the Guizhou Culture and Tourism Industry Investment Promotion Conference and the 2024 Colorful Guizhou Tourism Product Competition Award Ceremony were held in Qianxinan Prefecture. On the morning of April 18, the Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism Resort project started construction in Yaolin Town, Zhejiang.
It is understood that the Tonglu Kaiyuan Senbo Tourism Resort is jointly developed and constructed by Kaiyuan Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. and Tonglu County Culture and Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a planned area of approximately 3 square kilometers and a total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan. The project will be developed in three phases, planning to use the "land, sea, and air" three-dimensional transportation system of the Fenshui River and its banks as a link to connect the "equestrian + Senbo creative fun amusement area", "red lantern + Senbo Yinlu accommodation area", and "pastoral ecological experience area", forming an overall planning structure of "one belt and three areas", and creating a unique one-stop tourism and vacation destination in East China.
This commencement of construction of the first phase of the resort is located opposite the Tonglu Equestrian Center, covering an area of approximately 100 mu and with an investment of approximately 700 million yuan. On April 14, the Ninghai Release Platform released the latest progress of the Ninghai Southern Song Dynasty Red Makeup Paradise.
According to the introduction, the homestay area of the Southern Song Dynasty Red Makeup Paradise, currently located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, is undergoing main structure construction in parts, and other building clusters have basically completed the main part of the construction. It is planned to enter the decoration stage in June.
The Southern Song Dynasty Red Makeup Paradise project is positioned as a folk culture industry, with the theme of "meeting, fate, harmony, and blessing". According to reports, the construction of Shenzhen Huafa Ice and Snow World is currently progressing rapidly, with its steel structure 40% complete. The main body of the snow field is expected to be topped out by the end of August, and the exterior image of the snow field will be fully presented by the end of the year.
According to previous information, Shenzhen Qianhai Huafa Ice and Snow World covers an area of approximately 430,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 1.31 million square meters. With ice and snow as its core theme, it covers seven major industries: the world's largest indoor ski resort, indoor deep diving base, super creative ark office group, urban central green oasis living room, JW Marriott Hotel, pure talent community, and new sports community commerce.
The biggest highlight of the project is the world's largest indoor ski resort - Huafa Super Snow Center, with a construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters, an 83-meter vertical drop, and a 441-meter indoor single track. After completion, it will be the first in China in terms of height difference, the most professional in terms of ski slopes, and the longest single track, and the largest indoor snow world in the world.

The Xi'an Jihuayuan Ice and Snow Sports Center project covers an area of 92 mu (approximately 61,333 square meters), with a total construction area of 54,000 square meters and a total investment exceeding 750 million yuan. It mainly constructs an indoor ski hall, an indoor international ice rink, an ice and snow hotel, a multi-functional comprehensive training hall, and related supporting facilities. It is the only large-scale comprehensive indoor ice and snow sports center in Northwest China that integrates skiing, skating, and comprehensive sports and leisure activities. It is also the first indoor project in China that integrates indoor skiing, indoor skating, and indoor multi-functional comprehensive sports and leisure experiences with hotels, catering, and shopping.

Construction of the Shijia Mountain Ecological Tourism Area Project in Meizhou, Guangdong Province
On April 16, a series of activities in Fengshun County, Guangdong Province, to support the "Hundred Million and Ten Thousand Projects" with social forces—Hanjiang Middle School, Liuhang Town Citizen Center, water supply project, welcome avenue, Gebou Central Park, and Shijia Mountain tourism project groundbreaking ceremonies—were held in Liuhang Town, Fengshun County.
It is understood that the Shijia Mountain Ecological Tourism Area project takes Shijia Peak (located in the south-central part of Fengshun County, with an altitude of more than 1400 meters, the third highest peak in eastern Guangdong) as its core. It is invested by Guangdong Zilin Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. with 1.101 billion yuan to create a comprehensive cultural and ecological tourism destination that integrates rural tourism, sightseeing and leisure, cultural experience, and forest health preservation. The first phase of construction is planned to be completed in 2027. After completion, the scenic area will be developed into a national 5A-level tourist attraction, providing strong support for Fengshun to build a whole-region tourism demonstration area.
Suqian Releases Updates on Multiple Cultural and Tourism Projects
On April 16, the Suqian Release platform released updates on multiple cultural and tourism projects in Suqian.
Phase 1 of Suqian Sendi Wildlife World Construction includes a wildlife park, an international equestrian theater and its related supporting facilities, an ice and snow polar world, an ice and snow hall, and the transformation of a civil air defense base, aiming to promote harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Currently, the preliminary preparation work for the project has been completed, all above-ground structures and attachments have been relocated and cleared, all pre-construction procedures have been completed, and the foundation of the surrounding walls along Jinshajiang Road and Jiangshan Avenue has been protected. Construction is expected to be completed in November this year.
Niujiao Village Happy Countryside Resort (Phase II) project, Covers an area of approximately 350 mu (approximately 233,333 square meters), with a total construction area of approximately 4,600 square meters. It mainly constructs a children's playground, a cultural and creative commercial street, a homestay, a pine culture park, and supporting facilities such as roads, rainwater and sewage pipelines, strong and weak electricity lines, and greening. Currently, the main body of the first floor of the cultural and creative commercial street has been completed, and the construction of the second floor is underway; the main body of the supporting houses for the children's playground has been completed, and the secondary structure is under construction. The amusement equipment for the children's playground is also being installed. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Shuyang Ocean World Project Located north of Xueyuan Road and west of Beijing South Road in Nanhu Street, Shuyang County, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters, including 15,000 square meters for the oceanarium, 18,000 square meters for commercial buildings, 27,000 square meters for entertainment and leisure areas, and 20,000 square meters for underground buildings. This project incorporates elements of the night economy, constructing a children's playground, a water world amusement area, and a children's science and education area, using tourism to promote commerce, shaping new cultural and tourism industries, and creating a leading cultural, tourism, and commercial complex benchmark in northern Jiangsu. Currently, the project is undergoing the construction of civil air defense foundation engineering and underground parking garage foundation.

On April 12, the Yunyang Network platform released the latest progress of Phase II of the Hubei Hanshui Jiuge Project.
It is understood that the main streets of Phase II of the Hubei Hanshui Jiuge Project have all reached the foundation construction stage, and the overall work surface has been deployed. The main body is planned to be completed by the end of June, merchants will move in for decoration in July, and it will officially open before October 1.
Phase II of the Hanshui Jiuge Cultural Tourism Complex project covers an area of 4,000 mu (approximately 2,666,667 square meters), with a construction area of 1,600 mu (approximately 1,066,667 square meters), and a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan. It is a complement and enhancement to the current commercial project, using the Chu Yi street block texture as a carrier, inheriting the Chu and Han culture in Shiyan, and creating a night consumption gathering place, a weekend leisure accommodation place, a cultural tourism research and study experience place, and a health preservation and vacation destination. The main construction content includes a Chu culture and customs ancient town, a comprehensive performing arts square, boutique hotels and homestays, landscape water systems, a health preservation and rehabilitation center, and health preservation commercial supporting facilities.
Chongqing Beishanping Tongle Jiajia Original Power Parent-Child
Park project is expected to enter trial operation in mid-July
According to Fuling Transportation and Tourism Group, the Chongqing Beishanping Tongle Jiajia Original Power Parent-Child Park project has been completed by about 70%, and is expected to be basically completed in early July and enter trial operation in mid-July.
The park covers an area of 200 mu (approximately 133,333 square meters), with an estimated investment of 105.79 million yuan. It is built around five major themes: "entertainment+", "sports+", "leisure+", "forest+", and "research and study+", creating five play areas: the civilization source area, the colorful sky area, the coastal beach area, the brave explorer area, and the mountain soaring area, with nearly 50 play items. After the park is completed and put into operation, the daily carrying capacity will reach 10,000 people, and the recommended play time is 10 hours.
Wuhan Junli Chun Shen Wharf Food and Cultural Tourism
Complex Project Starts Construction
On April 12, the Junli Chun Shen Wharf Food and Cultural Tourism Complex project in Wulijie Street, Jiangxia District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, officially started construction.
It is understood that the Junli Chun Shen Wharf Food and Cultural Tourism Complex project is located in Quanjing Liubawan, Jinshi Village, Wulijie Street, covering an area of approximately 110 mu (approximately 73,333 square meters). It will be built into a cultural and tourism complex integrating wharf-themed catering, a Wuhan folk custom market snack street, a series of immersive cultural and tourism activities, a wharf market, and an e-commerce service platform. The project is planned to be completed by the end of this year and officially open to the public in May next year. The estimated annual revenue is 50 million to 80 million yuan, and the maximum annual number of tourists is 800,000.
11. Laohutan Ocean Park
A new killer whale performance venue will be built
On April 14, the Dalian Release platform released the progress of the Laohutan area quality improvement and upgrading project.
It is understood that the Laohutan area quality improvement and upgrading project is divided into the construction of the killer whale town (Phase 1 of the project) and the quality improvement and upgrading project of the Laohutan Ocean Park (Phase 2 of the project). Phase 1 will build a new killer whale performance themed venue, creating another killer whale themed venue after the Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park, and a new tourism and vacation landmark in Northeast Asia, including the sunken legend (killer whale theater), ocean adventure town, and ocean academy (ocean science education) themes.
Phase 2 will renovate and upgrade the existing Laohutan Ocean Park. It plans to build a themed entertainment area, covering ocean parks, water parks, and equipment parks, etc., to form the most distinctive coastal tourism and vacation leisure center in China.
Phase 1 has completed the land acquisition and storage work and the preliminary conceptual design of the project. It is currently undergoing detailed design. Phase 2 has completed three projects: the renovation of the coral museum, the renovation of the fire protection facilities of the coral museum, and the upgrading and transformation of the smart parking lot. Currently, the renovation of the main gate, the construction of the river channel cover, and the painting on the outside of the sea dike are under construction.

The "Chaoyang Impression" integrated project officially starts construction
On April 16, the "Chaoyang Impression" project, a large-scale indoor cultural tourism and cultural and creative commercial complex project in Qinghai, held a groundbreaking ceremony in Xining.
It is understood that the "Chaoyang Impression" project will be located in the Chengbei District of Xining City, with a total area of 65,000 square meters, including 53,000 square meters for the complex and 12,000 square meters for the pedestrian street. 13、Dalian Forest Zoo Phase II Performance Venue Renovation Project
Planned for trial operation during "May Day"
On April 14, the Dalian release platform released the progress of the Dalian Forest Zoo Phase II performance venue renovation project.
It is understood that the Dalian Forest Zoo Phase II performance venue renovation project (that is, the Ultraman Ice and Snow Theme World) has a total floor area of 10,000 square meters and a construction area of 6,728 square meters. The venue design combines traditional amusement facilities such as ice rinks with IP content, covering catering, entertainment, and shopping functions. The venue has themed restaurants, themed museums, themed shops, performances, and ice rinks. Through immersive performances, themed exhibitions, themed catering, and new retail, it creates a new type of IP theme entertainment area with high participation, multi-dimensional experience, and emotional resonance. The opening time can be extended to 10 pm.
Currently, the civil engineering of the project has been basically completed, and the decoration and equipment installation and commissioning of the performance theater, themed restaurant, and themed museum in the ice and snow world are being carried out. It is planned to trial operate during "May Day" this year after the copyright holder's inspection.
14、Hubei Huangshi Yueya Bay Characteristic Cultural Tourism Project

It is planned to trial operate on April 20 and officially operate on May 1. The Huangshi Yueya Bay Characteristic Cultural Tourism Project covers an area of about 1,500 mu and is operated by Wuhan Pengke Camping Co., Ltd. It is understood that Qijie Cultural Tourism Town consists of scenic spots such as the former site of the Red Sixth Army Command Post, the former site of the Red Sixth Army's Long March encampment in Dayao, the former residence of martyr Zhao Zuochuan, Zhao Zuochuan's mausoleum, and the former site of the Qijie People's Commune. It is a cultural tourism town that integrates Party history and Party spirit education, patriotic education, inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of the Long March, and experiencing red culture. It is also the core area of Dayao's "one residence (former residence of martyr Zhao Zuochuan), one mausoleum (Zhao Zuochuan's mausoleum), one square (Dayao County Red Culture Square), one museum (Dayao Red Culture Memorial Hall), and one route (the route of the Red Army's Long March through Dayao)" red culture education system.
