Announcement on the Public Solicitation of Opinions

In order to further improve the legal and regulatory system for special equipment, the State Administration for Market Regulation has organized the revision of the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment." Based on the opinions collected in 2023, the content has been further improved and revised, forming the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment (Draft for Public Comment)", which is now open to the public for comment. The deadline for feedback is August 8, 2024. The public can submit their opinions through the following channels and methods:

1. Submit your opinions by logging onto the official website of the State Administration for Market Regulation (URL: https://www.samr.gov.cn/), and submitting your opinions under the "Interactive" column on the homepage under "Opinion Collection and Surveys".

2. Send an email to: houwentao@samr.gov.cn. Please indicate "Opinions on the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment (Draft for Public Comment)" in the subject line.

3. Send a letter to: No. 9, Madian East Road, Haidian District, Beijing, Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation (Postcode: 100088). Please indicate "Opinions on the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment (Draft for Public Comment)" on the envelope.
