10 major cultural tourism industry projects signed in Henan Province
On June 17, the 2024 Henan Province Cultural Tourism Investment and Financing Conference was held in Zhengzhou, where 10 major cultural tourism industry projects were selected for on-site signing.
A total of 10 projects were signed on-site, totaling 20.15 billion yuan, including Zhengzhou Fashion Industrial Park, Water World Large-scale Cultural Tourism Project, Luoyang Luoyi Ancient City Digital Smart Cultural Tourism Project, Zhonghua Tongmeng Mountain “Fengshen” Cultural Business Tourism Complex, Zhongxin (South Taihang) International Integrated Study Base, Yuntai Longzhimeng Mine Park Cultural Tourism Industry Complex, Zhenping County Taigong Lake Tourist Resort Boyi Stone Village, Mulan Animation Cultural Industry Project, Nanwan Lake Tanmiao Village Mufeng Valley Homestay Cluster Operation, and Wangwushan First Cave Health and Wellness Cluster. These projects cover various formats such as cultural creativity, tourist resorts, and leisure and wellness. At the same time at the conference, Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism signed the “Yu Jian Qi Lu Shan He You Yue” Framework Agreement for Deepening Cultural and Tourism Exchanges and Cooperation between Henan and Shandong Provinces. Henan Cultural Tourism Investment Group signed cooperation agreements with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Minsheng Bank, Zhongyuan Bank, and others, further stimulating the development vitality of cultural tourism and creative industries across the province.

11 key cultural tourism projects concentratedly signed in Tai'an City, Shandong Province
On June 1, the Tai'an City Cultural Tourism Project Signing Ceremony was held during the 2024 Tai'an City Cultural Tourism Industry High-Quality Development Conference.
At the conference, 11 key cultural tourism projects across the city were concentratedly signed, with a total investment of 11.87 billion yuan. These include the Tai'an District China Incense Valley Zero-Carbon Industrial Base, Daiyue District Xinge Lin Agricultural Cultural Tourism Smart Complex Project, Xintai City Xinfushan Cultural Tourism Health Resort Project and Zhongti Zehua Sports City Project, Feicheng City Junyi Haoke City Cultural Tourism Integration Demonstration Project, Ningyang County Baosheng Hotel Project, Dongping County Baifoshan Scenic Area Supporting Infrastructure Improvement Project, High-tech Zone Dingshu Wenhao Library 配 Base Project, Mount Tai Cultural Tourism Group Digital Cultural Tourism New Business Project, Tourism Economic Development Zone Chongxin Square Hotel Project, and Wenhe New Area Wenshui Renjia-Wangyue Tourist Homestay Cluster Project.

15 cultural tourism projects signed in Ningbo
On June 27, the 2024 Ningbo Cultural Tourism (Shanghai) Promotion and Industry Investment Conference was successfully held.
This promotion and industry investment conference was the first stop of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism's series of investment promotion activities, and also the first large-scale special cultural tourism project investment conference held outside Ningbo. 15 cultural tourism projects were signed on-site, involving cultural tourism complex construction, hotel commercial development, and co-construction of MICE tourism destinations, with a total investment of 8.977 billion yuan.

China's Hainan Island to build a 'French resort'
On June 19, the French magazine "Entreprendre" published an article: Laurent Tapie to build a 1 billion euro 'French Village' in China.
Laurent Tapie, son of French political and business legend Bernard Tapie, has the ambition to build a "French resort" on Hainan Island, China. A few weeks ago, he signed a relevant agreement with Chinese authorities, witnessed by former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin. Tapie said: "The architecture will be designed by French designers; several French celebrity chefs have agreed to go; some French luxury brands have also confirmed their presence. The theme of the resort is 'Automotive Passion,' and there will be dedicated car racetracks, an automotive museum, etc."

Hangzhou New Center Intime Complex Project Signed
On June 28, Intime Group and the People's Government of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, signed an agreement. Intime Commercial Management Group and Yuhang Urban Investment Group will cooperate to invest 7 billion yuan to build Hangzhou's future new commercial center on the central axis of Hangzhou New Center.
The "Central Axis" Intime Center project plans to acquire approximately 290 mu of land to create an "in" series commercial complex, which will better meet the consumption needs of young people. The project will also achieve interconnectedness with other commercial formats in the region, jointly building a "hardcore" urban core business district.
Total investment: 5.06 billion yuan
Huoshaoping Tourist Resort Project Signed
On June 7, Changyang signed an agreement with Wuhan Mulan Grassland Tourism Development Co., Ltd., officially launching the Huoshaoping Tourist Resort project with a total investment of 5.06 billion yuan.
The Huoshaoping Tourist Resort will leverage Huoshaoping Township's unique alpine climate and meadow resources to create a large-scale tourism complex integrating a grassland-themed scenic area, leisure resort, and wellness community. The project aims to meet the standards of a national-level tourist resort and is planned for construction in three phases to accommodate 800,000 visitors annually.
Total investment: over 5 billion yuan
Taicang Alps International Resort Project Phase II Officially Signed
On June 18, the second phase of the Taicang Alps International Resort project was officially signed.
It is reported that the second phase project has a total investment of over 5 billion yuan, funded by the Taicang Municipal Government platform and operated and managed by Fosun Tourism Group. The total area of the snow field is approximately 190,000 square meters. Upon completion, it is expected to become the world's largest indoor snow field. Its exterior design is inspired by auspicious clouds and Ruyi sceptres, echoing the outdoor "Snow Ruyi" in Chongli, Beijing, aiming to create a new pattern for China's skiing industry: "Snow Ruyi for winter skiing in the north, and Cloud Ruyi for year-round skiing in the south." The snow field features three ski slopes: a snowboard slope, an intermediate slope, and an advanced slope. The longest single slope reaches 690 meters, with a maximum vertical drop of 120 meters, and a total slope length of 1700 meters, catering to skiers of all levels.
In addition, the Phase II project will include a snow-view hotel and a themed hotel, offering diverse themed rooms including ice and snow, caves, and suspended designs, creating an immersive accommodation experience. Supporting facilities include a comprehensive water park, a land park, a unique hot spring, an aquarium, and dining shows, combined with a series of leisure and entertainment activities such as dome walking, snow-top bungee jumping, and shuttle light and shadow stairs, providing a rich and diverse one-stop ice and snow themed urban resort experience.
Contract amount: 3.326 billion
Gansu Province's Cultural Tourism Industry Chain Investment Promotion Conference
21 cultural tourism projects signed
On the afternoon of June 21, the provincial cultural tourism industry chain investment promotion conference, jointly organized by the Propaganda Department of the Gansu Provincial Committee, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Tianshui Municipal People's Government, was held in Tianshui City.
During the promotion session, the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism gave an overall introduction to Gansu's cultural tourism resources and industry chain investment. Tianshui City, Gannan Prefecture, Wuwei City, and Changchang County of Longnan City respectively promoted their cultural tourism resources and industry chain investment. The Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Financial Support for the "Expanding Domestic Demand and Stabilizing Growth" in the Cultural and Tourism Sector" with the Gansu Provincial Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Gansu Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd. signed a "Comprehensive Cooperation Letter of Intent" with Ctrip Group. The Gansu branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China granted a credit line of 300 million yuan to Gansu Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd., and the Lanzhou Chengguan branch of Industrial Bank granted a credit line of 390 million yuan to the Provincial Urban and Rural Investment Group. A total of 21 cultural tourism projects were signed, with a total contract amount of 3.326 billion yuan.

Signing of the Cloud Dragon King Mountain All-Season Tourism Complex Project
On June 28, the Anji (Shanghai) promotion conference was held at the Songjiang District Talent and Science and Technology Innovation Center in Shanghai. Cloud Tourism Group, Anji Salamander National Nature Reserve, and Anji County Baofu Town signed the Cloud Dragon King Mountain All-Season Tourism Complex Project.
It is reported that the Cloud Dragon King Mountain project, with a total investment of 3.12 billion yuan, will create a multi-dimensional mountain tourism complex integrating cultural tourism, health and wellness, cultural exchange, and outdoor sports.
Total investment: approximately 1.8 billion
Seven cultural tourism projects signed in Zhejiang Nantaihu New Area
On June 28, the Zhejiang Nantaihu New Area held a signing ceremony for major cultural tourism projects. Seven cultural tourism projects were successfully signed, with a total investment of approximately 1.8 billion yuan.
● The Piano Museum and Research Base (Gu Mu Art Museum Phase II) project plans to invest 110 million yuan. The project includes parent-child research and learning and piano exhibitions. According to the plan, the project will be built into a characteristic museum themed on pianos.
● The Taihu Jiuyue (Sports Park) project has a total investment of 330 million yuan, creating a complex project featuring sports, hotels, and cultural tourism.
● The comprehensive strategic cooperation project with Renmin Cultural Tourism has a total investment of over 300 million yuan. The new area and Renmin Cultural Tourism will carry out comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation in investment, cooperation, development, operation, and joint investment promotion of cultural tourism projects.
● The Fengchao Business Building Hotel project plans to invest approximately 310 million yuan. Phase I is planned to be located in the Fengchao Business Building, a mid-to-high-end hotel project including accommodation, dining, and leisure and entertainment; Phase II is planned to be located in the Chen Banqiao Industrial Park, a wedding culture industrial park, including planning, banquets, and wedding peripheral product display and sales.
● The Heyan Yuese project has a total investment of approximately 150 million yuan. The project plans to build a "1+3+4+4+N" rice-themed leisure and sightseeing agricultural system, creating a rice-themed agricultural park integrating rice field sightseeing, rural camping, farming experience, rural research and learning, smart agriculture, and scientific research and innovation.
● The OCC (Open chat center) project has a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan. After completion, the project will become the largest cultural and entertainment complex in the country, integrating Live House, PartyK, and luxury goods sales, becoming an important window for Huzhou to showcase its cultural charm.
● The Huzhou Langliz Hotel project has a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan. The hotel plans to have 1-3 floors for the lobby, kitchen, a 1500-square-meter banquet hall, and small meeting rooms, with approximately 240 rooms.
Investment secured: 1.374 billion
Shaanxi Ningshan signs 8 tourism and homestay projects
On June 6, the 2024 Cool Ningshan Tourism Season and Investment Promotion event was held in Beijing. Eight key projects were successfully signed, with a total investment of 1.374 billion yuan.
It is reported that a concentrated signing ceremony for key tourism and homestay projects was held on site. Eight projects were successfully signed: Shengfeng Tea and Tourism Integration Project, Samsung Health and Wellness Complex Project (Phase II), Jiangkou Hui Nationality Town Hot Spring Hotel Project, Ningshan County Wenshui Ecological Tourism Project, Ningshan County Huangguan Town Xinglong Rural Comprehensive Development Project, Ningshan County Yunxi Valley Project, Yuwan Yigu Hot Spring Resort Community Project, and Tianhuashan Forest Health and Wellness Base (Phase II).

Seven cultural tourism projects signed in Lianjiang City
On June 29, Lianjiang City held a symposium on the signing of investment projects and the commencement of key projects for the second quarter of 2024, with 36 projects signed and commenced, totaling 5.354 billion yuan in investment. Among them, there are 7 tourism projects with a total investment of 750 million yuan.
Specific projects include: Tangshanling Scenic Area Sightseeing Vehicle Project (100 million yuan), Herbal Coffee Farm Comprehensive Development Project (320 million yuan), Huasheng Agricultural Ecological Tourism Project (200 million yuan), Longjian Hotel Project (100 million yuan), Guesthouse Complex Project (50 million yuan), Yongsheng Commercial City Project (120 million yuan), and Vienna International Hotel (Yatang Store) Project (30 million yuan).

Signing of the Shandong Feicheng Shanhe Tourism and Health Base Project
On June 4, the Shanhe Tourism and Health Base Project was officially signed and settled in the Feicheng High-tech Zone of Shandong Province.
It is reported that the Shanhe Tourism and Health Base Project has a total investment of 500 million yuan and aims to build a comprehensive base integrating cultural tourism and health and leisure. The project utilizes the resource advantages of six villages in the northern mountainous area of Feicheng High-tech Zone, especially the barren hills, farmland, and reservoirs of Luo Zhuang Village, with a planned area of over 1,000 mu, providing tourists with a unique natural experience. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed within 36 months, covering the construction of cultural tourism facilities and the initial construction of the health and wellness base.

Signing of new tourism projects in Guyan Huaxiang
On June 6, the mobilization meeting for the creation of the Guyan Huaxiang National Tourism Resort was successfully held. A large number of tourism projects were signed on-site, including Shanhai Xingqiu, the "Nineteen Du PARK" art and cultural commercial street project, the Liberty Hill International Boutique Mall project, Wendong cultural brand, and the National Tide Digital Beauty Museum, with a total investment exceeding 300 million yuan.
It is reported that the most eye-catching project is the "Nineteen Du PARK" art and cultural commercial street project, with a total area of 24,300 square meters. This project will integrate the resources of the Huaxiang Fengqingyuan community in Daganghou Town to create a large-scale art and cultural commercial street.

Jiangnan Manggu Red Common Prosperity Rural Revitalization Demonstration Project
On the afternoon of June 13, the Fanchang District Government and the Wuhu Municipal State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Company signed a cooperation framework agreement to jointly build the Jiangnan Manggu Red Common Prosperity Rural Revitalization Demonstration Project.
It is reported that the project has a planned total investment of 300 million yuan and is planned to be constructed in phases. The initial phase will focus on the construction of a theme park, gardens, and plant factories, aiming for the integrated operation of Zhongfen Village. Combining existing boutique demonstration villages and red cultural resources, the project plans to create an exploration journey of red imprints and a beautiful and romantic garden journey, and to build rural tourism and rural industry integration projects covering the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.

Signing of the Hubei Ezhou Wudu Qiaojie Amusement Park Project
On June 17, Ezhou District of Ezhou City, Hubei Province held a signing ceremony for a number of major investment projects for the second quarter of 2024 and a government-bank-enterprise-production-sales docking meeting.
Among them, the Wudu Qiaojie Amusement Park project has a total investment of 200 million yuan and mainly constructs a night market, a dreamland, Wudu Tiandi, a water park, a romantic camp, a music and dance space, a hotel, and supporting facilities. As the first comprehensive cultural tourism resort in Ezhou District, this project will greatly enhance Ezhou's tourism appeal, stimulate the development of the local service industry, and drive the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure.

Signing of the Xintanwan Smart Surfing Tourism Project
From June 21 to 22, Dongao Town went to Zunyi, Guizhou for investment promotion and held a signing ceremony for the Xintanwan Smart Surfing Tourism Project in Zheng'an, an ancient county with a history of thousands of years in Zunyi.
It is reported that the Xintanwan Smart Surfing Tourism Project covers an area of approximately 88.2 mu, with an investment of approximately 150 million yuan. Focusing on the creation of four major sections: "Reassuring Dongao, Warm Dongao, Technological Dongao, and Humane Dongao," it aims to make up for and improve the supporting facilities of Dongao Surfing Bay, optimize and enhance the quality of "food, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment" services, enhance the reputation, popularity, and brand value of Wanning's surfing industry, and form a new highland for Dongao surfing culture; creating a new cultural landmark for Wanning's water sports, forming a unique and irreplaceable surfing sports and culture internet celebrity check-in point and tourist destination both domestically and internationally.
