A water park is an entertainment venue mainly featuring water amusement facilities, providing a place for the public to relax and play during summer vacations. What are the challenges in building a water park? This article starts with the types and characteristics of water parks, analyzes the main problems and challenges in the design and construction of water parks, and provides corresponding solutions for reference by relevant personnel during planning and construction.
This summer, Meizhou Island Film and Television City will grandly stage "Originating from Meizhou," the nation's first Mazu cultural interactive immersive real-scene performance. It mainly features Mazu culture and fishing village customs, telling the Meizhou spirit and national character passed down in Meizhou Island for thousands of years.
Meizhou Island, located 42 kilometers southeast of the center of Putian City, Fujian Province, is only 1.82 nautical miles from the mainland. It is the second largest island in Putian City, the hometown of Mazu, the "Goddess of Sea Peace," and the birthplace of Mazu culture. It is known as the "Penglai of the South."
"Originating from Meizhou" includes five scene performances and eight performance locations, with more than 100 professional actors participating, presenting more than 30 dreamlike performances every day to provide tourists with a newer, more unique, richer, and more immersive experience.

Unlike traditional performances, "Originating from Meizhou" integrates modern projection and lighting technology with traditional culture to create a new space and present a strong historical and cultural heritage. The performances in different scenes have relevance and visual freshness in different periods. The interaction and integration of light and shadow with actor performances make the stage space more layered and three-dimensional.
